We are a public company which operates in the Oil and gas field services sector. The Company provides onshore and offshore drilling services to oil and gas producers and other related services. The Company operates a fleet of drilling unit comprises submersible swamp barges, jack-up rigs and onshore drilling rigs.

We are looking for qualified candidates for the position:

Rig Manager (Onshore)

Objectives:

Responsible for the execution of drilling operations for all rigs under area of responsibility according to established operational procedures and HSE standards. Will be responsible to Senior Manager Operation & Technical Asset.

Requirements:

• Prepare work plan including man power plan and budget based on drilling program proposed by Client

• Negotiate with the Client on special conditions or problems to be solved during preparation and execution of drilling program

• Coordinate and monitor all activities in order to ensure the smoothness of rig operations for each rig

• Ensure the implementation of established operational guideline and QHSE standards

• Have excellent technical knowledge in drilling equipment & Drilling process for Onshore operation

• Excellent knowledge of rig emergency systems and procedures

• Excellent knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling

• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig practices

• Have practical knowledge on budgeting and cost control

• Legislative safe work practice knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Rig Manager position in Oil & Gas Industry

• Have valid IWCF/IADC certification

• Have valid APB Migas certification is an advantage

• Minimum Diploma with engineering background

• Have experience on overseas project will be an advantage

• Proficient in English (written & oral)
