NES Fircroft is assisting clients in Engineering Services to fill the following positions:
1. HRBP
Location: Jakarta
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent (preferably HR related).
- Minimum 10 years of generalist HR experience or business partnering with department managers.
- Experienced in independently manage the full spectrum of HR for the country, especially in energy/engineering industry.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong negotiation skills.
2. HR Coordinator/Operations
Location: Jakarta
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator/Operations focusing on HR operational roles especially in energy/engineering industry.
- Expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledgeable in HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
