Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi,  PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation :

 

FLEET HARDWARE SPV (Code : FHS/VIII/25)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

DUTIES :

• Lead and motivate team members to maintain a safe, professional, and orderly work environment.

• Ensure Zero LTI by identifying hazards and managing reports through INX system.

• Conduct ICAM investigations, review safety programs, and ensure all personnel complete required safety training.

• Develop and communicate the risk register for all departmental activities.

• Facilitate daily PASS and weekly/monthly Toolbox meetings.

• Supervise hardware systems such as Fatigue Operator Alertness System and Fleet Management System (FMS).

• Oversee FMS technicians and ensure P2H procedures are followed during service/standby.

• Monitor hardware installation in cabin units to ensure safe and compliant operation.

• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fleet Hardware Supervisor in a Fleet Management System environment.

3. Proficient in MS Office and Linux.

4. Holds relevant certifications such as: POP, Electrical Safety (K3 Listrik), Electrical AC/DC, and Computer Skills.

5. Strong soft skills in: Communication, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Leadership.

6. Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.

 

SR DEWATERING PROJECT ENGINEER (Code : SDPE/VIII/25)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

DUTIES:

• Assist in delivering the full project lifecycle, covering FS, FEED, DED, construction, and commissioning.

• Lead or support reliability improvement projects and drive operational excellence in mechanical systems.

• Plan and control project schedules and costs to meet targets.

• Support procurement with technical bid evaluations (TBE) for mechanical equipment and piping components.

• Conduct QA/QC for minor and major projects to ensure technical and safety compliance.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and contractors.

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2. Minimum of 8 years’ experience, preferably in mining and EPCM.

3. Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

4. Strong computer skills (Office suite, CAD or equivalent) and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems.

5. Experience in mine dewatering systems, including pumps, piping networks, and related mechanical works, is an advantage.

6. POP certification.

7. Strong skills in communication, leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.

8. Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
