PROJECT MANAGER – COAL HAULING (PM)

• Minimum 10 year’s experience in the same field

• Experienced in coal hauling management

• Experienced in truck and heavy equipment mining operations management

• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical thinking and organizational skills

 

MINE SUPERVISOR (MSU)

• Bachelor degree in mining

• Minimum 5 years experiences in the same field

• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical and organizational skills

 

CHIEF MECHANIC (CME)

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 10 years experiences in the same field

• Experienced in Heavy Equipment & Truck Maintenance Management

• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical and organizational skills

 

HAULING SUPERVISOR (HLS)

• Bachelor Degree

• Minimum 7 years  experiences in coal hauling

• Experienced in coal mining company

• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical thinking and organizational skills

 

HSE COORDINATOR (HSE)

•  Bachelor Degree

•  Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same  filed

• Experienced in coal mining company is preferred

•  Have AK3 Umum Certification and preferably who have environment’s certification

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills

 

OPERATIONS AUDIT & COST CONTROL (OAC)

• Bachelor degree in accounting

• Minimum 5 year’s experience as accountant or internal Audit in coal mining company

• Fluent in English both spoken and written

• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical and organizational skills

 

PROCUREMENT SUPERINTENDENT (PSU)

• Minimum Bachelor  Degree

• Minimum 5 year’s experience as procurement in coal mining company

• Experienced in coal mining company is preferred (Site)

• Good communication, teamwork and analytical thinking

 

HR & ADMIN MANAGER (HAM)

•  Minimum Diploma degree

• Minimum 10 year’s experience as HR in coal mining company (site)

•  Good knowledge in Manpower Regulations

• Experienced in manage and handling industrial cases also government & social network on site

• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical and organizational skills

 

PERMIT & LICENSE MANAGER (PLM)

• Minimum Bachelor  Degree

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the same field

• Experienced in coal mining company

• Experienced in managing permits & license also compliance related to mining company

• Excellent communication, negotiation, teamwork, analytical thinking and organizational skills

 

LEGAL SPECIALIST (LGS)

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Law

• Minimum 5 years experiences in corporate legal

• Experienced in coal mining company is preferred

• Fluent in English both spoken and written

• Good communication, teamwork and analytical thinking
