We are currently seeking experienced and highly qualified candidate to join our Team across Indonesian projects:
SAP S4HANA Trainer (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)
Work Location: Jakarta
Some of your duties will include but not limited to:
• Deliver high-quality, user-focused training programs to ensure competency
• Bridge knowledge gaps and accelerate end-user proficiency
• Support business continuity by enabling operational readiness
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars on the functionalities, features, and best practices of SAP S4/Hana EAM, Inventory, Maintenance and Procurement modules
• Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to identify training needs, develop training plans, and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives
• Assist in providing support and guidance to users during the implementation and migration of EAM, Inventory, Maintenance and Procurement modules, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and facilitating user adoption
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make continuous improvements based on the results
• Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for employees seeking assistance or information regarding SAP S4/Hana EAM, Inventory, Maintenance and Procurement modules
• Collaborate with the Technology and Training teams to ensure that training environments and resources are set up and maintained effectively
What skills and experience do you need?
• Over 5 years of experience specializing in the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module, with strong cross-functional knowledge in Procurement (MM), Inventory Management, and Asset Management
• Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for diverse user groups within an organisation
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies, with the ability to develop comprehensive training materials and resources that cater to different learning styles and preferences
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, project teams, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to identify training needs
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address user questions, issues, and challenges related to SAP S4/Hana EAM, Maintenance, Inventory, and Procurement modules during training sessions and implementation phases
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Passionate about driving innovation in workforce management and making a positive impact
• Flexibility to travel domestically/internationally to support the project
• Experience working in multilingual and multicultural environments
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English
