Senior Mechanic - 1 (MEC 1)

Assignment: Site Based

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Able to maintain and repair unit heavy equipment.

• Repairs, overhauls and rebuilds engines and does other major repairs.

• Able to diagnose mechanical defects.

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model in Safety, Leadership Traits and Company Value.

Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School Any Major.

• Minimum 7 years of experiences in similar position.

• Have Basic Maintenance Course Certification.

• Willing to work with a roster system.

• Able to join as soon as possible.

Mechanic Grade 2 (MEC 2)

Assignment: Site Based

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Able to do Trouble Shooting & Test Adjusting 

• Fit and install any of parts also make changes or modification accordance the guidelines.

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model in Safety, Leadership Traits and Company Value.

Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School Any Major.

• Minimum 6 years of experiences in similar position.

• Have Basic Maintenance Course Certification.

• Willing to work with a roster system.

• Able to joint as soon as possible.

Senior Electrician (ELE 1)

Assignment: Site Based

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Able to do & evaluate maintenance program.

• A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment technology for electricians.

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model in Safety, Leadership Traits and Company Value.

Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School Any Major.

• Minimum 7 years of experiences in similar position.

• Have Basic Maintenance Course Certification.

• Willing to work with a roster system.

Able to join as soon as possible.

Senior Electrician (ELE 2)

Assignment: Site Based

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

Plant Foreman (Code : PLF)

Assignment: Site Based

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Familiar and able to do preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for heavy equipment and dump truck.

• Has an experience in mechanical repair main engine components which include identifying engine specifications and identifying structures and functions of mechanical systems, fuel systems, lubrication systems, hydraulic systems.

• Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failure.

• Review operator’s checklist summary and mechanical inspection sheet.

• Responsible to conduct trouble shooting. 

• Has an experience in mechanical repair main engine components which include identifying engine specifications and identifying structures and functions of mechanical systems, fuel systems, lubrication systems, hydraulic systems.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model in Safety, Leadership Traits and Company Value.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 5 years of experiences in similar position.

• Have POP Certification is an advantage.

• Willing to work with a roster system.

• Able to join as soon as possible.

Tyre Foreman  (Code : TYF)

Assignment: Site Based

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to make analyze performance tire in Project and also recommended the optional solution to increase lifetime tire

• Responsible to develop tire management system

• Responsible to coordinate with Head of Plant Department regarding the Type of appropriate tire

• Make the budget calculation of tire that accordance with the operational condition

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model in safety, leadership and Company Value

Requirements :

• Male

• Max. 35 Years old.

• Minimum D3 Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 6 years of experiences in similar position..

• Willing to work with a roster system.

• Have “SIO alat angkut” is an advantage.

• Have POP Certification  is an Advantage

• Able to joint as soon as possible

Senior Tyreman (Code : TYR)

Assignment: Site Based

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Have a competency to operating the tire handler.

• Responsible to decide and determine the condition of rims & components.

• Proactively review tire damage and assess repairs as needed.

• Responsible to determine the level of damage to tires, variations in tire pressure on equipment, variations in tire types and patterns, variations in rim types.

• Remove tires and rims from heavy equipment units and medium trucks safely and according to procedures.

Repair tires safely and refer to quality standards using tools recommended at the project site.

• Good at recording daily tire activity

Requirements :

Asset Control Specialist (Code : ACS)

Assignment: Site Based

Responsibilities:

• Record company assets in detail including residual value, location, condition, and user.

• Conduct periodic stock opname for all assets at site.

• Ensure administration of lost, disposed, or donated assets follows company procedure.

• Socialize asset management procedures to employees.

• Perform asset tagging and maintain asset database.

• Update asset utilization and propose relocation, sale, or disposal when required.

• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and Tax regarding asset records and residual values.

• Prepare and update Asset Register and purchase database.

• Ensure availability of Asset Handover Minutes (BAST).

• Implement and utilize Asset Management System.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in asset control, inventory, or administration (preferably in mining/contractor industry).

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/asset management systems.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in handling data.

• Able to work in site environment with high mobility.

Operator Trainer (Code :OPT)

Assignment: Site Based

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Conduct observation in the field to obtain training needs for operator

• Develop training programs (curriculum and evaluation) for operator according- to project needs.

• Responsible to review and evaluate Training packages for new operator (operating test tools, conduct theory and practice, pre-test, competency review and assessment for driver/ operator).

• Together with the production head evaluating and controlling the implementation of training program that has been implemented in work area.

• Conduct observation in the field to obtain the refresh and enlargement training needs for driver/ operator.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model in safety, leadership and Company Value

Requirements :

• Min. Diploma/ High School any major

• Min. 5  years of experiences in similar position.

• Communication & leadership skills.

• Have POP & TOT Certification is an advantage.

• Willing to work with a roster system.

• Able to join as soon as possible

Jr. Mine Engineer (Code :ENO)

Assignment: site Based

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to create of monthly, quarterly and annual plans, including one treatment forecast.

• Responsible to identify lack of potential accidents and environment damage and take steps to prevent and repair

• Ensure compliance and monitor effectiveness of mine plans.

• Responsible to conduct field review every single day to ensure the execution of mining operations.

• Earthmoving equipment simulation and scenario planning.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model  in safety, leadership and Company Value

Job Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.

• Min. 3 years of experiences in similar position.

• POP Certification is an Advantage.

• Understanding mining software (Minescape, Minex,Surpac & etc.)

• Good Analytical Thinking.

• Leadership & Communication skills

• Willing to work with a roster system.

• Able to join as soon as possible.
