PT SELE RAYA BELIDA as one of the Production Sharing Contract (PSC/KKKS) and operate oil and gas block at Belida Block in South Sumatera is hiring:

 

PLANNING & COST CONTROL ENGINEER

A. General Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with major in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the upstream oil & gas sector with minimum 8 years of experience in Planning/Scheduler & Cost Controller.

• Good communication skills (written & verbal) to interact with company management and field personnel.

• Having knowledge of project management and estimation software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, CostX).

• Very good understanding of project cycle (planning, scheduling & resources allocation) related to upstream oil & gas facilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines as well as being thorough with high accuracy.

• Knowledge of construction processes and oil & gas industry standards.

• Having experience in submission & preparation of project implementation monitoring reports, process of submitting technical, cost (Non-AFE and AFE), and WP&B proposals to SKK Migas.

B. Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain procedures and tools to ensure organizational and operational efficiency in scheduling, progress control, and reporting activities.

• Define and update the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) as required, to support progress control, cost control, and reporting across all project phases.

• Prepare, update, and revise the overall project package schedules as required by project management, and provide schedule analysis and simulations as needed.

• Support the Project Manager in reviewing and commenting on contractor procedures, schedules, methodologies, and progress control, as well as monitor contractors’ execution schedules, validate and approve progress measurements, and review contractor progress reports.

• Perform schedule analysis, conduct “what-if” simulations, and recommend corrective actions when project milestones are at risk.

• Establish and maintain the monthly reporting structure aligned with project package requirements.

• Execute reporting activities based on instructions and input from the EPC Project Leader.

• Prepare and deliver monthly and weekly project reports (and other ad-hoc reports as required) across all project phases, in line with EPC Project Leader directives.

• Provide general support to package and construction managers on all matters related to scheduling, progress reporting, and general reporting, while managing all scheduling and reporting activities as assigned.

• Report in a timely manner to the Project Control Leader and EPC Project Leader, highlighting progress achievements and areas of concern.

• Consolidate man-hour data from each project package for reporting and analysis purposes.

 

SR. FACILITY ENGINEER

A. General Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas sector with a minimum of 5 years in Facilities Engineering.

• Knowledge of petroleum engineering operations and oil and natural gas production methods.

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) to interact with company management and field personnel.

• Familiarity with applicable codes and standards as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and a multitude of engineering tools (HYSYS, PIPESIM, OLGA, etc.).

• Strong understanding of risk assessment approaches and HAZID-HAZOP studies related to upstream facilities.

• Experience in Pre-FEED, Detailed Engineering Design (DED), Construction, equipment testing, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Start-up of production facilities.

• Experience in preparing project implementation monitoring reports, submitting technical and cost proposals (Non-AFE and AFE), and WP&B submissions to SKK Migas.

B. Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing preparation and planning programs for Surface Facilities.

• Designing and developing the conceptual design scope of work for upstream oil and gas facilities, reviewing engineering design packages (Pre-FEED, FEED & DED), and managing installation with the field construction operations team.

• Preparing procurement documents and programs, including bidding documents, bidding plans, technical evaluations, and FAT.

• Supervising fabrication, installation, construction, SAT, individual testing, pre-commissioning, mechanical completion, commissioning, start-up, operational testing, and performance testing.

• Preparing Place Into Service (PIS), Close-Out Report (COR), and Operation & Maintenance readiness.

 

COORPORATE SECRETARY

A. General Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in a related field such as Petroleum Engineering or any background are relevan from a reputable university

• Having ± 1 years of experience, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

• Good communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal

• Can speak English, both spoken and written

• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and managers

• Ability to organize and manage employee related information

• Good teamwork

• Have a flexible attitude

• Required to send a full-body photo

B. Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the leader’s daily/weekly/monthly schedule.

• Prepare meeting agendas and appointments.

• Arrange business trips (tickets, accommodation, itinerary).

• Finalize letters according to company standards before being signed/sent.

• Send letters to internal and external parties (physically or electronically).

• Systematically archive important documents.

• Request the General Manager’s (GM) signature, either via e-signature or in person, as needed.

• Act as a liaison between the leader and internal or external parties.

• Answer phone calls, emails, and handle incoming/outgoing communications on behalf of the leader.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and executive information.

• Ensure the leader receives updates on the latest company policies.

• Remind about important deadlines and administrative compliance.

• Manage reimbursements, petty cash, and the leader’s expense reports.
