41. ORF Corrosion & Coating Inspector

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Material or Civil or Structural Engineering from University.

• 8 years of experience in QA/QC roles within oil and gas industry.

• Extensive experience with the design, engineering, construction, and commissioning.

• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO standards.

• Experience with quality audits, inspections, and surveillance activities.

• Ability to identify and document non-conformances, and lead the resolution process to prevent recurrence.

• Experience in supplier and vendor quality control.

• Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO standards.

• Experience with quality audits, inspections, and surveillance activities.

42. ORF Quantity surveyor

• Bachelor degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, Construction management, or related fields.

• 10 years eperience in project management, cost estimating, or contract law is more preferred.

• Experience in Quantity Surveying – Typically, 3 years in the field, with a focus on large-scale projects such as those found in the oil and gas sector.

• Relevant Industry Experience – Background in the construction, engineering, or oil and gas sectors is highly desirable.

• Cost Management Experience – Proven track record in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management in major construction or engineering projects.

• Experience with the specific requirements and challenges of oil and gas construction projects, including offshore rigs, pipelines, refineries, and infrastructure developments.

• Experience with various forms of contracts (e.g., EPC, FIDIC, or other industry-specific contracts).

• Experience with industry-standard software such as CostX, Procore, MS Project, and Excel for cost analysis and reporting.

43. ORF Process & Piping Commissioning Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, or material engineering (S1) from university in Indonesia.

• Min 8 years working experience in area production facility construction and Installation.

• 8 years supervisory experiences in relevant discipline engineer in upstream oil and gas facilities.

• Experience in review permit to work prior work commencement for piping commissioning activities.

• Experience with provide technical support during pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

• Experience with the ITR-A, ITR-B, and PTW (HOT / COLD).

• Experience with P&ID, isometric, and test circuit.

• Experience with and experience of applying codes and standards such as ASME 31.3, API, SNI and another relevant standard.

44. ORF Civil & Structure Inspector

• Bachelor/S1 degree in civil engineering or structural engineering.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil and structural inspection within the oil and gas industry.

• Experience with structural design and construction, particularly in onshore facilities.

• Holding CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent Welding Inspector certificate.

• Certified NDT personal to recognize standard (ASNT, PCN and BATAN), holding at least 3 (Three) method: RT, UT, MT/PT level 2.

• Have a good knowledge painting/ coating inspection in oil and gas facilities, certified NACE level 2 or equivalent is preferred.

45. ORF Permit & Social Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Law, Social Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in permitting, regulatory compliance, and community relations in the oil and gas sector.

• Experience in onshore facility development, dealing with local government agencies and local communities.

• Strong knowledge of oil and gas permitting processes, local regulations, and environmental laws.

• Experience in Act as a liaison between the company and local communities, NGOs, and government authorities.

• Experience in ESIA (Environmental & Social Impact Assessment) processes.

• Fluency in local language(s) and English is often required.
