1. PR COORDINATOR

Requirements:

• At least S1 (Law is preferred).

• Min. 7 years’ experience in the same field and/or 3 years’ experience as PR Coordinator.

• Have experience in the industrial sector or EPCI for Oil & Gas project is an advantage.

• Having ISO 9001 certificate or equivalent is preferred.

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Familiar to work under pressure.

• Willing to relocate anywhere.

2. GOV PERMIT COORDINATOR

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.

• Min. 5 (five) years of experience in permitting/licensing, including at least 3 (three) years in offshore oil and gas facilities.

• Experience in handling permits for Restricted and Prohibited Areas (DTT), updating the Indonesian Sea Map (PLI), Navigation Aids (SBNP), and the Indonesian Beacon List (DSI).

• Experience in handling building permits (IMB) for onshore oil and gas facilities, road crossing permits, land ownership certificates, pipeline routes, and land use permits (IPPT).

• The Gov Permit Coordinator must have good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Willing to relocate anywhere.

3. CLAIMS ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Law (particularly if the focus is on contracts/legal aspects).

• Professional training or certification in Contract Management or Construction Law is highly desirable.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as CLAIMS SPECIALIST in engineering or construction contract management. Experience in EPCI for Oil & Gas project will be viewed favorably.

• Demonstrated experience in managing EPC contracts, claim preparation and evaluation, and contract negotiations.

• Strong knowledge of various types of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, lump-sum, unit price).

• Proficient in contract drafting, review, and administration throughout project life cycles.

• Strong skills in documentation, technical reporting, and formal correspondence.

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.

• Willing to relocate anywhere.

4. HR MANAGER

Requirements:

• Minimal Bachelor’s degree in LAW from reputable university is a must.

• Minimal 10 years experiences in the same position.

• Have experiences in EPCI for Oil and Gas company is a must.

• Knowledge of general business law and procedures.

• Advanced knowledge of legislation governing human resources and labor relations.

• Excellent knowledge in Civil and Corporate law.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.

• Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in English, able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.

5. PROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGER (PPM)

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelors Degree in engineering, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or any related disciplines.

• Min. 10 years work experience with 5 years experience as Project Procurement Manager in Oil and Gas upstream Industry.

• Understanding Incoterm, PMS, Cashflow, Vendor List, and Material LL.

• Good knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market.

• Talent in negotiations and networking.

• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.

• Experience in collecting and analyzing data.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Fluent in English.

• Able to work under pressure.

6. EXPEDITOR-PROCUREMENT

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in purchasing and supply management.

• Min. 3 years’ experience as Expeditor in expediting EPCI projects, with preference given to those with similar purchasing experience in Oil & Gas projects.

• Be proficient in English, Microsoft Office, and computers in general.

• Have a thorough understanding of procurement workflows and supplier management.

• Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and judgment skills, with the ability to retrieve and organize information effectively.

• Able to work independently as well and able work under high pressure.

• Able to join immediately.

7. LIFTING SPECIALIST

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.

• Min. 5 years’ experience in the same position in Oil and Gas / Construction industry.

• Having LEEA, API or MIGAS or Disnaker or Recognized both Local or International Certification will be advantage.

• Valid BOSIET, Offshore Medical will be an advantage.

• Experience working in a similar role or Lifting Engineer or Inspector.

• Experience managing complex requirements to tight time scales.

• EPC or EPCIC project experienced will be an advantage.

• Strong communications skills both written and verbal in fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Computer literate and familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD.

• High level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Highly self-motivated and focused.

8. PROJECT SITE PLANNER

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field).

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Project Planner / Scheduler (fresh graduates may be considered for junior level).

• Proficient in project planning software: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.

• Good understanding of Project Management principles (scheduling, monitoring, controlling, risk management).

• Experienced in preparing S-curve, WBS, resource histogram, and project progress reports.

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills

• Able to work independently or in a team and accustomed to working under tight deadlines.

9. SITE QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Having 2–5 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).

• Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and construction.

• Proficient in QS software (CostX, Candy, AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, or equivalent).

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

10. WAREHOUSE SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

• Having 8 - 10 years of experience in warehouse and material management, preferably in EPCI, Oil & Gas, or Offshore/Onshore Construction projects.

• Strong communication and coordination skills with multi-discipline project teams and clients.

• Strong and wide knowledge of Materials, Equipment inventory control, preservation methods, and warehouse management systems.

• Familiar with international standards for material such as ASTM, ASME, ISO, API, etc.).

• Preferable to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Proven leadership, supervisory, and team management skills.

• Has good personality, friendly, communicative, result oriented.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
