A. Informasi Pekerjaan / Job Information

Job Title : Construction Superintendent

Department : Project & Development

Direct Report to : Project & Development Manager

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

Organizing the implementation of construction projects through the development of project execution procedures, monitoring project progress, evaluating work progress, managing project documents, planning procurement contracts for materials and project Services, cost calculation and budget planning, as well as project activity reporting to ensure the timely execution of construction projects in accordance with the designated budget and construction design.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Developing project execution procedures in accordance with HSE standards and civil engineering designs to ensure compliance with project requirements and established standards.

2. Monitoring the implementation of construction projects, including project scheduling, material procurement, equipment usage, and corrective actions for misinterpretations of construction designs to ensure timely execution within budget and planned designs.

3. Regularly evaluating the progress of construction projects along with updating work execution documentation to ensure accurate Information on work progress, along with continuous improvement recommendations.

4. Planning the procurement process for materials and Services related to construction projects,  including preparing procurement contract documents and conducting technical bid evaluations to support effective and efficient material procurement according to project needs in the field.

5. Coordinating with project engineers, cost control, and relevant departments to estimate project costs, budget preparation, and approval of the Project AFE to ensure the effective and efficient availability of the construction project budget.

6. Preparing facility project activity reports to be submitted to relevant parties as a basis for recommendations and decision-making in optimizing production activities.

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience : At least 15 years’ experience in Upstream Oil & Gas Projects with last 5 years as Construction Superintendent in Upstream Oil & Gas Company or Upstream Oil & Gas EPC Company handling large gas project development Having experience in dealing with SKK Migas is an added advantage

Kualifikasi / Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Job Title : Interface Engineer

Department : Project & Development

Direct Report to : Senior Project Engineer

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

• Manage interfaces between engineering and non-engineering disciplines to ensure project execution aligns with project objectives.

• Manage interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and start-up activities to ensure seamless continuity of work and achievement of project objectives.

• Manage interfaces among various work packages to ensure effective coordination, minimize conflicts between packages, and reduce the potential for additional work.

• Manage interfaces with gas buyers to ensure effective execution and minimize potential field conflicts between the company and gas buyers.

• Manage interfaces with government institutions such as SKK Migas, relevant Ministries, and Local Governments to ensure project support, regulatory compliance, and minimize potential conflicts with authorities.

• Manage project risks by identifying risks, assessing risk frequency and impact, proposing risk mitigation measures, and performing regular updates.

• Provide input to the Senior Project Engineer and Project & Development Manager regarding project risks that may significantly impact the achievement of project objectives.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Ensure coordination among disciplines to deliver aligned designs in accordance with good engineering practices to achieve project objectives.

2. Ensure that technical designs are successfully realized through procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and start-up processes in compliance with engineering standards and HSE requirements.

3. Ensure interfaces among various work packages are implemented in the field in accordance with scope, schedule, cost, and without additional work.

4. Ensure timely coordination of manpower, material, and equipment deliveries in line with the project schedule.

5. Ensure supplied designs, materials, and equipment comply with project specifications.

6. Ensure compliance with all government regulations and applicable engineering standards to achieve project objectives.

7. Ensure all stakeholders receive accurate and relevant information according to their interests and roles. 

8. Ensure all project risks are properly managed and that risk mitigation measures are effectively  implemented.

9. Ensure the Senior Project Engineer and Project & Development Manager receive up-to-date information related to project management, interfaces, and risks.

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience : Experience as a Senior Project Engineer or Senior Interface Engineer within an Upstream Oil & Gas Project Management team, particularly in Interface & Risk Management, in Upstream Oil & Gas Companies and/or EPC Contractors for large-scale gas field development projects (project value exceeding USD 50 million)

Kualifikasi / Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Process / Chemical / Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation / Physics).

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in upstream oil & gas projects, preferably gas field development projects.

• At least 10 years of experience in the last role as Senior Project Engineer or Senior Interface Engineer.
