11. Senior Specialist MOC Coordination
JOB ROLES
• Assist Head of MOC in maintaining Management of Change (MOC)process during FEED and EPCI, oversight of the implementation and management of the MOC system throughout project life; provide preliminary screening of MOC Request from packages; maintain and
update the MOC database, tracking the status of all MOC requests and provide reporting to management periodically; in case of MOC
affecting multiple packages, to oversee overall impact assessmentprocess; endorse risk assessment by each package team with support
from other functions as necessary and keep track of actions raised by action tracking system.
• Assist Head of MOC in maintaining the implementation and management of the TQD system throughout project life; provide support in coordinating with technical experts and relevant departments to resolve technical queries and manage deviations effectively; ensure that all deviations are documented, justified, and approved according to company procedures; understand and assess the impact of any TQD of a package to other packages.
• Assist Head of MOC in establishing Technical Authority (TA) system and implementation in project’s overall business process; ensure appropriate MOC/TQD requiring rigorous technical review to be assessed by suitable TA; maintain an updated TA register for FEED.
• Review and evaluate technical documents for MOC and TQD procedures within contracts; review and evaluate contractors technical specification; act as company representative when contractors need technical consultation related to MOC/TQD matters; monitor contractor performance to ensure contractors performs all MOC/TQD activities in accordance with its obligations under the contract and contractor deliver on time based on contracts and project schedule.
• Monitor risk assessment related to MOC/TQD and process optimization to ensure best practice; review and update risk assessment related to Technical Integration; monitor TQD requests among relevant parties, issues, and potential risks to ensure potential risk spillover to other packages/departments is assessed and informed to relevant personnel swiftly.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Preferably, minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry
• Preferably. minimum 3 years project engineering experience.
12. Senior Engineer Project Assurance
JOB ROLES
• Apply and monitor project quality assurance management systems. Provide expertise on develop project quality assurance process and system for INPEX Indonesia project; Monitor and review project quality assurance management system applied/adopted by Company and required Standard, as well as its method such as quality manual, policy and procedures, documentation system, standards, forms, checklists, etc.; Review, develop and propose the control system if necessary and/or its revision/ improvement to ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with predetermined standards and quality;
• Assist, support and monitor project assurance implementation, Review, analyze and evaluate implementation of project assurance for all project phases including required documents according to the standards; Monitor any arisen issues and/or problems on the quality management system implementation, and provide recommendations and solution to solve the problem in order to ensure process assurance requirements in the quality standards are achieved;
• Coordinate and monitor internal and external auditing, assurance and peer review activities of quality and design within a project; Analyze and evaluate report and establish recommendation for improvement or changes; to ensure project implementation comply with manual, policy and procedures;
• Develop and recommend quality requirement for tender/purchase order based on criticality and established specifications, codes and standards. Monitor and review non-conformance quality process assurance system activities based on user information and inspection results; Review and analysis the reality of any deviations and prepare claim settlement to the respective contractors to ensure any deviations of quality are applied with proper corrective action according to the production system project quality standards;
• Review, analyze and monitor system QA/QC risk management and in coordination with related Departments and Groups develop and propose risk assessment method based on technical standards (DEP); Prepare risk assessment QA/QC process that conducted internal or by Contractors/Vendors in order to ensure availability of reliable risk assessment method and support detailed interface and integration technical preparation;
• Improve quality throughout the engineering, procurement, construction, installation or commissioning phases of a project and define a quality requirements for contractors are, vendor inspection services; Review and monitor the Contractor’s works in project assurance and review all potential risk with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; set up communication of process assurance status in order to ensure process assurance achieve the target and minimize/mitigate unpredictable risk for overall project.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences is preferable.
• Preferably ,minimum 10 years experiences in oil and gas Industry. Project Assurance Experience is required.
13. Manager Compensation & Benefit and Expatriate Administration
JOB ROLES
• Manage Company remuneration plan, strategy and implementation, evaluate and monitor effectiveness of Company remuneration system (grading system, salary administration, performance reward model, payroll system, etc.); and to provide recommendations of remuneration adjustment based on market survey analysis, company ability and other considerations; to ensure implemented remuneration is competitive compared to other oil and gas company, it complies with Government rules and regulations and Company remuneration policy and procedures.
• Manage team to prepare remuneration budget and payrolls for National and Expatriate employees, monitor and review budget completion which includes allowances, benefit and deduction according to agreement and Company policy and procedures, evaluate and provide solution on remuneration issues; in order to ensure valid remuneration budget and remuneration comply with Government regulations and Company policy and procedures.
• Manage and Evaluate job evaluation process for new position and/or enrichment/enlargement roles and responsibilities of current position, slotting process into grading system and salary structure; in order to set updated compensation and benefit system in accordance with Company policy and procedures.
• Manage HR&GS budget for personnel cost, non-personnel cost (recruitment, training, social activities, Outsourcing, HR&GS Consultant) and General Services; Manage the implementation of budget cycling in HR&GS department in planning, monitoring, evaluating, and revising; Set budget for HR & GS in order to ensure budget calculation are valid, accurate in timely manner, align with guidelines rules & regulation and support company activities.
• Manage and lead team to review and improve Business Process/ Standard/ Procedure/ Guideline related to Compensation & Benefit and Expatriate Administration.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Preferably, a Minimum 15 years of experiences in Human Resources. Having experience in PSC Company is preferred.
14. Lead People Development
JOB ROLES
• Monitor Company strategic plan in short term, middle term, and long term; coordinate the team to review current status of competency alignment to the Company strategic plan both competency as a position requirement and competency assessment result of employee; coordinate the team to develop and propose people development plan and program; in order to ensure availability of people development program and plan that align with Company strategic plan and target.
• Coordinate, define and propose talent pool criteria such as high performer of employees based on employee performance appraisals result (EPMS), competency requirement in current and in future position, competency gap assessment, employee working experiences, specific skills, etc.; coordinate to screen employees according to the criteria; in order to ensure talent pool data updated and complete as an internal sources of candidates to fulfill Management/Company strategic plan.
• Lead the team to prepare, propose and execute people development program for candidates in talent pool as a part of succession planning which consist of assignment in a position, individual development program (IDP), mentoring programs, leadership development programs, executive development, and others programs including mentoring, tutorial, OJT, training program and/or seminar/conference for Manager level and above; evaluate people development program effectiveness and the program impact to such employees; in order to ensure people development programs match to the need of Company succession planning.
• Coordinate competency assessment programs conducted by determined third party or internal party, monitor assessment method implemented in the assessment process and review the assessment result; coordinate and monitor in updating employee competency database; in order to ensure competency assessment process meet Company quality standards and competency assessment result of determined employee is valid and update as a base of development program implementation or in fulfilling Management/Company plan.
• Coordinate and monitor to develop and propose format and system of knowledge management, monitor and evaluate knowledge content submitted by individual employee to be uploaded in the system; coordinate and monitor to develop and propose sharing session programs for all departments; in order to ensure knowledge management and sharing session are in line with Company quality standards.
• Coordinate to provide explanation of employee education support and other policy related to people development and procedures to such employee, to ensure education support policy and procedures are implemented properly and well-informed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Preferably, a minimum of 13 years experiences with minimum of 3 years experiences preferable in oil & gas industry.
15. Head Recruitment
JOB ROLES
• Manage and evaluate annual recruitment plan based on the Manpower Planning provided by Studies & Organization Team.
• Evaluate and monitor recruitment budget execution based on the annual recruitment plan/activities.
• Control and monitor all required recruitment sourcing process and ensure all activities are aligned with the company standards &
• procedures; (i) define sourcing strategies to fulfil the vacant positons, (ii) sourcing candidates refer to the job requirements using the selected sourcing channels.
• As a focal point for Technical Manpower Supply coordinating with project function and other related HR Team members.
• Control and monitor all required recruitment selection process and ensure all activities are aligned with the company standards &procedures; (i) shortlisting candidates, (ii) defining required selection tools, (iii) scheduling recruitment tests/interviews and communicating the recruitment schedule, (iv) conduct reference check to the selected candidates, (v) managing and following up job offers, (vi) liaising with Medical Team to conduct pre-employment Medical Check Up.
• Control and monitor all required recruitment hiring process and ensure all activities are aligned with the company standards & procedures; (i) managing and following up employment agreement, (ii) verify original supporting documents.
• Monitor and control Induction Program and ensure that the program is aligned with the company standards & procedures and INPEX strategy.
• Monitor and control Internship Program and ensure that the program is aligned with the company standards & procedures.
• Monitor and control Apprenticeship Program and ensure that the program aligns with the company standards & procedures
• Monitor and control usability of E-recruitment System, Coordinate and evaluate recruitment policy and procedure in order to comply to law and INPEX strategy
• Review regular recruitment report to be informed to HR&GS Management and Management.

16. Senior Specialist Expatriate Formality
JOB ROLES
• Prepare expatriate legal documents; arrange proper arrival and reception of expatriates assigned in sites and head office; communicate and provide information related to expatriate regulations; to ensure HR matters for expatriate are fulfilled in timely basis and in compliance with related laws and regulations.
• Assist and monitor the process of visa and passport application for National Employee in regard to overseas training and business trip.
• Monitor database of existing expatriate stay permit, visa and other formalities; Provide recommendation to improve existing expatriate database; Collect, compile and check expatriate data and information related to stay permit, visa, and other formalities, and input and update expatriate data in HR data base; to ensure expatriate data in HR database complete and update.
• Prepare standard and procedure to accommodate formalities activities on missionary (visitors) formalities, including confirmation on budget.
• Prepare Expatriate Administration process for expatriate administration related to apartment, home leave, leave entitlement, children school, and other related matters.
• Provide related document for audit to relevant internal and external stakeholders and regulatory body.

17. Senior Specialist HR Project
JOB ROLES
• Take ownership of HR responsibilities for the Project Division, including PMC (Project Management Consultant) personnel across all Project Divisions.
• Lead, coordinate, and evaluate all HR lifecycle processes related to PMC staff: onboarding, placement, extensions, reassignments, contract terminations, and the performance review process.
• Review, revise, and improve HR operational workflows to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company policies and project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and corporate policies by working closely with all HR functions; Organization Development, Recruitment, HR Services, General Services, Security, IMT, Project Support, Finance, Compliance and other support teams.
• Assess resource requirements and upcoming workforce needs to support project manpower planning and scheduling based on the Project needs.
• Maintain, review, and appraise the accuracy of all personnel records, contracts, extensions, and project status reports, ensuring up-to-date data for internal / external report.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree, preference in Human Resources or Business Management.
• Preferably, a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with focus on HR roles in large/global company
• Experience in working with executive / high-level Management / stakeholder management at high level.

19. Senior Contracting Specialist
JOB ROLES
• Provide recommendations, advice and expertise to Project Teams in developing contracting strategies and procurement plans and overall support to Users with regard to their obligations and responsibilities in association with tendering processes and contract management (e., technical evaluation criteria, scope of work, compensation, etc.).
• In coordination with projects team and in support of the SCM team, support the development of tender and contract documents by considering and reducing all potential inherent risks. Participate in or lead the negotiation of terms and conditions in the tender process, develop recommendations, and secure win-win solutions on emerging issues which protect Company interests.
• Provide professional support to Supply Chain Management during the tender process implementation for major contracts (project and other contracts), and in order to obtain all SKK MIGAS approvals (where required).
• Provide support recommendations, advice and expertise in support of contract changes and amendment. Ensure contract change and amendment are fully evaluated and reasonable that protects Company interests.
• Provide advice in interpreting contract management system including standards and procedure to project teams and other department to ensure compliance with the contract management system. Recommend improvements to the contract management system.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any discipline preferably in technical or business discipline.
• Preferably, a minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years in contract function within Oil and Gas industry.
20. Specialist Project Procurement
JOB ROLES
• Collaborate with user department to develop annual procurement plan for preparation of Procurement List.
• Prepare Prequalification Document package and Tender Plan package. Submit such document package to SKK Migas and lead the discussion with SKK Migas to obtain approval for the PQ and Tender Process that require SKK Migas approval.
• Carry out market survey, prequalification and tender process for goods and services in compliance with prevailing procedure and regulation and conduct negotiation to seek best technical and commercial proposal favorable to the Company.
• Lead the processes toward the Contract Award including contract finalization, contract signing, ERP enabling and ensure that respective bonds and insurance are valid; Provide support in procurement reporting, contract close out and audit response.
• Understand the Contract and provide support to the Project team in managing Contract post Contract Award, contractor compliance to Contract requirement and milestone, prepare Contract Amendment and/or Variation Order documents as deem necessary and close the contract properly.
• Provide expertise and support to SCM Department in managing and undertaking strategic and tactical activities such development of SCM procedures, guidelines, reports, promote safety and zero incident, local content target and achievement, National Capacity Building, vendor database and performance, discussion and maintain good relationship with SKK Migas, etc.
