B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

Involved in EPC & EPF phase 1 execution, involved in FEED activity (value engineering), involved in preparing CAPEX & ITB phase 2, involved in phase 2 process tender, involved in in-house engineering activity (technical note / technical justification) Ensure the Pipeline engineering design, procurement, construction and project completion is completed in compliance with the project objective and contractual requirement i.e. project schedule, cost, HSE, company Standard and procedures.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Responsible for Pipeline Engineering design, quality assurance and expertise in accordance with the project deliverables and execution schedule in greenfield project environment.

2. Supervise Contractor's activities with regards to quality and schedule of the project.

3. Review, comment and approve deliverables produced by EPCI Contractor. The Documents/Deliverables for review/approval include Project Specifications, Data Sheets, Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluation Reports, Vendor Data and Drawings.

4. Review EPCI Contractor’s Deviation/Concession List for its acceptance or rejection.

5. Attend various meetings, workshops like HAZOP, HAZID, 3D Model Review etc.

6. Ensure EPCI Contractor for engineering works are implemented and completed in accordance with the scope, schedule and other contract requirements with quality of high Standard and integrity.

7. Developing an understanding of the overall plant to enable the assessment of impacts on the overall plant.

8. Responsible for site surveys to validate design for all aspects of the Project execution.

9. Responsible for Monitor EPCI Contractor’s performance for Pipeline Discipline, provide advice and takes necessary actions to achieve Company’s design goals and meet specification requirements.

10. Responsible for Resolve in a timely manner Field pipeline-related issues that arise between the EPCI Contractor, PMT, vendors, and other interfaces.

11. Provide technical support as required on the pre-commissioning activities and trouble-shooting support during commissioning and start-up activities.

12. Responsible for ensuring the execution of work is technically aligned and in compliance with Company’s Operations, Policies, Standards of Business Conduct and Project Management System.

13. Responsible for preparing ITB AKM Project Phase 2 for Pipeline scope of work

14. Responsible for being involved in AKM Project tender including LLI for Phase 2

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience: Minimum 8 years as Pipeline Engineer in Oil & Gas Industry

Kualifikasi / Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably mechanical or ocean engineering)

• Experience in practical application of international standards and codes such as ASME 31.8, B31.4, DNV, ASTM, API & other project standards

• Experience in design or construction of CRA Pipeline

• Experience in design or construction of Onshore Pipeline

• Experience in working with large-scale EPCI contractors.

• Experience in technical reviews (Pipeline Route, Pipeline Calculation, Specification Datasheet, Material Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation, PFD, P&ID) of large-scale project / complex facilities is essential.

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

Responsible for completeness with high quality in the delivery of all aspects of Mechanical Static Equipment Engineering execution of detailed design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning. Ensures technical requirements (e.g., project specifications, calculations, data sheets, material requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation etc.) are correctly developed and implemented during EPCI and fully comply with project requirements.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Responsible for Mechanical Static Equipment Engineering design, quality assurance and expertise in accordance with the project deliverables and execution schedule in greenfield project environment.

2. Responsible for related scope of work in EPCI Tendering, advise and recommend design procedures, processes, deliverables, and alternative studies, as required, to optimize project cost and schedule.

3. Responsible for Interact with Engineering Management Team to complete multi-disciplined engineering activities, ensuring alignment with the Section-head and Engineering Team on project engineering needs, objectives, and requirements.

4. Responsible for ensuring execution of work is technically aligned and in compliance with Company’s Operations, Policies, Standards of Business Conduct and Project Management System.

5. Responsible for EPC Contractor's activities smooth execution, including validation and qualification of the documents. 11. Assess and validate EPCI Contractor capability in providing all contract documents, progress measurement and reporting, and recommends additionaltechnical support to addressgaps.

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

The Instrument, Control System and Telecom Engineer is responsible involved in the development of project specifications, review and approval of design and supply of Instrument, Control System and Telecom System for production facilities, ensuring that facilities meet project objectives, industry standards and best practice for safety, reliability and cost. Performs all activities related to Instrument, Control System and Telecommunication System engineering design and review; assist contract in preparing scope of work for bid document for the related works; assist procurement for technical aspect in preparing bid document for purchasing related materials; and if required, to assist construction in fabrication, installation, and testing of related works at fabrication/construction site; assist during pre-comm/commissioning and start-up at site.

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience : More than 10+ years of experiences in

• Oil and gas projects with major consultancy companies

• Different stages of project (Conceptual, FEED, Detail Design, Construction and Installation) of large size Onshore / Offshore Projects.

• Piping Engineering (Layout, Piping Material, Valves and Stress Calculation) Onshore Processing / Refinery Plans.

• Breakdown minimum experiences as follows; 5 years as Layout and Stress Engineer, 5 years as Material Engineer

Kualifikasi / Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering)

• Experience in practical application of international standards and codes such as ASME 31.3, ASTM, API & other project standards.

• Experience in working with large-scale EPCI contractors.

• Experience in technical reviews (Plot Plan, Piping GA, Piping flexibility analysis, Piping Specialty Item Datasheet, Manual valve Datasheet, Material Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation, PFD, P&ID, 3D Model) of large-scale project / complex facilities is essential.

• Must be able to develop appropriate technical Solutions for specific piping design issues, in accordance with relevant industry or project codes and standards.

• Lead and supervise a team of piping engineers and designers

• Experience must include detailed engineering design, Procurement, construction and Installation of oil and gas facilities

• Must be able to work with the minimum of supervision and be technically strong.
