ENGINEERING – CIVIL STEEL STRUCTURE

Job Requirements :

-  Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering

-  Min 5 years experience in steel structure project management within oil and gas industry.

-  Understanding to civil or steel structure test & read project schedule.

-  Ability in Civil / Steel Structure Engineering software (Teckla, Staad Pro).

-  Ability and familiar with engineering drawings (Plot Plant, Piling/Concrete Foundation, Equipment Layout), technical documents (Soil Investingation, Data Sheet), Engineering Standard & Codes (AWS, ISO,ASME).

-  Good command of English (written and spoken).

-  Willing to travel or assigned to project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities :

-  Perform Civil/Steel Structure software Tools design and Technical Analysis.

-  Develop and Review Engineering Documents, Drawings, Technical Specification, Civil or Steel Structure, SWP Special Working Procedure for Civil Soil, Concrete, Steel Structure Test and SOP for Lifting.

-  Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Project Control, Procurement, Construction, and Vendors).

-  Supervise and support installation, testing, and commissioning activities on site.

-  Ensure all engineering works comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations (HSE).

-  Prepare technical reports, documentation, and engineering deliverables.

ENGINEERING – MECHANICAL PIPING

Job Requirements :

-  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

-  Min 5 years experience in project management within oil and gas industry.

-  Understanding to understanding to mechanical static or rotating test & read project schedule.

-  Ability in mechanical engineering software (Caesar, PV Elite).

-  Ability and familiar with engineering drawings (Piping Plan, Isometric, Equipment Layout), technical documents (Static/Rotating Calculation, Data Sheet), Engineering Standard & Codes (API,ASME,ISO,WPS).

-  Good command of English (written and spoken).

-  Willing to travel or assigned to project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities :

-  Perform Mechanical software Tools design and Technical Analysis.

-  Develop and Review Engineering Documents, Drawings, Technical Specification, Mechanical Static or Rotating Calculation, SWP Special Working Procedure for Mechanical/piping Test, SOP for Mechanical/Piping.

-  Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Project Control, Procurement, Construction, and Vendors).

-  Supervise and support installation, testing, and commissioning activities on site.

-  Ensure all engineering works comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations (HSE).

-  Prepare technical reports, documentation, and engineering deliverables.

ENGINEERING - PROCESS CHEMICAL ENGINEERING

Job Requirements :

-  Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.

-  Min 5 years experience in process engineering oil and gas industry.

-  Proficient in Aspen HYSYS ; Pipesim.

-  Ability and familiar with engineering drawings (P&ID, PFD, Matrix Cause & Effect)

-  Strong knowledge of process design & international standards (API, ASME,ISO) and understanding to HAZOP/HAZID.

-  Experience in technical documents process calculation and data sheet. 

-  Good command of English (written and spoken).

-  Willing to travel or assigned to project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities :

-  Perform Process simulation Tools design and Technical Analysis.

-  Develop and Review Engineering Documents, Drawings, Technical Specification, Process Calculation, Feasibility Study to ensure optimal system performance.

-  Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Project Control, Procurement, Construction, and Vendors).

-  Supervise and support installation, testing, and commissioning activities on site.

-  Ensure all engineering works comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations (HSE).

-  Monitor project progress and provide technical solutions to engineering issues.

-  Prepare technical reports, documentation, and engineering deliverables.

ENGINEERING DRAFTER

Job Requirements :

-  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil).

-  Minimum 4 years of experience as Drafter in Oil & Gas / EPC / Construction projects.

-  Proficient in AutoCAD and knowledge of 3D software (PDMS, SP3D, Tekla, or similar) is a plus.

-  Familiar with engineering drawings such as P&ID, isometric, and structural drawings.

-  Good understanding of drafting standards and symbols.

-  Able to read and interpret technical documents.

-  Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to meet deadlines.

-  Good communication skills and teamwork.

-  Willing to travel or assigned to project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities :

-  Prepare and develop technical drawings, layouts, and detailed designs based on engineering specifications.

-  Create and revise drawings such as PFD, P&ID, GA drawings, isometric drawings, and shop drawings.

-  Coordinate with Engineers (Process, Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical) to ensure drawing accuracy.

-  Update drawings based on site conditions and project changes.

-  Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, codes, and specifications.

-  Maintain proper documentation and drawing control.

-  Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion.

QA / QC – CIVIL STEEL STRUCTURE

Job Requirements :

-  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / or related field).

-  Minimum 4 years of experience as QA/QC Engineer in Oil & Gas industry.

-  Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance & Quality Control practices.

-  Familiar with international standards such as ASME, API, ISO, and project specifications.

-  Hands-on experience in inspection activities including welding, structural, piping, and installation works.

-  Knowledge of NDT methods (RT, UT, PT, MT) is highly preferred.

-  Able to prepare and review ITP, Method Statement, and quality documents.

-  Capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents.

-  Good command of English (written and spoken).

-  Willing to travel or assigned to project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities :

-  Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS).

-  Prepare and review ITP, Method Statements, and quality procedures.

-  Perform inspections for Mechanical, Civil, and Installation works.

-  Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and international standards (ASME, API, ISO).

-  Identify and report non-conformities (NCR) and follow up corrective actions.

-  Witness critical activities (welding, structural, installation).

-  Coordinate and follow up certification to government authority.

-  Develop and collect documents for certification of equipment’s.

PROJECT MANAGER

Job Requirements :

-  Minimum a bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Petroleum)

-  Minimum 10 years experiences in project management within the oil and gas industry.

-  Proven experience to manage complex project.

-  PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

-  Familiar with international engineering standards and codes.

-  Strong leadership, ability to manage project team, communication and problem-solving skills.

-  Ability to manage complex project schedules including demonstrated skills to coordinate overseas resources.

-  Willing to travel or assigned to project sites as required.

-  Fluent communication skills English written and verbal.

-  Ability to manage as per project cycle to deliver project deliverables safely, on schedule, within budget and acceptable quality.

-  HSE compliance to all regulatory, policies and procedures.

Responsibility

• Develop, maintain project schedules and monitor project progress.

• Perform cost control, budget tracking, and variance analysis.

• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and forecasting.

• Identify schedule and cost risks and propose mitigation plans.

• Support change management, claims analysis, and project close-out.

Requirements

• Minimum a bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Petroleum)

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Project Control (Oil & Gas / EPC preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.

• Understanding of project lifecycle.

• Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Fluent communication skills English written and verbal.

FORMALITIES & LOGISTICS

Job Requirements :

-  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management or a related field.

-  Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics or formalities preferably oil and gas industry.

-  Familiar with oil and gas materials, heavy equipment and project logistics.

-  Good knowledge of logistics operations, customs clearance and transportation modes.

-  Strong coordinator, communication and problem solving skills.

-  Good knowledge of HSE and regulatory compliance in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities :

-  Prepare, compile, and maintain documentation and reporting formalities and documentation in an organized.

-  Coordinate ensuring timely, safe, and cost-efficient delivery to projects/customers, managing transportation, inventory, vendors, and compliance for offshore operations.

-  Control logistics costs and support budget monitoring.

-  Handle logistics related issues, delays and emergencies.

-  Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.

DOCUMENT CONTROL ENGINEER

Job Requirements :

-  Minimum a bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Petroleum)

-  Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Document Control in Oil and Gas Company, Engineering Company.

-  Good ability of the structure of Engineering and Project Documentations, Close-Out Reports, Project Management Methodologies and Techniques, Vendor Data Books, and Tendering Processes.

-  Strong abilities to computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access)

-  Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

-  Prepare the Project Data and Document Management procedure, identify relevant company standards, and verify their proper application.

-  Manage the distribution of technical documentation and ensure that all technical documentation produced on behalf of the project is in accordance with the project requirements and traceable.

-  Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company or standards based on project.

-  Tracking and report issue and diffuse monthly reports on Document Production Status and the latest revision of the Document List.

-  Manage document distribution according to the Project Document Distribution Matrix and ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.
