(1) Product Support Sales Representative

Main Accountabilities:

• Executing Aftermarket Sales Activities

- Implement daily sales actions to achieve targets for parts, service jobs, and maintenance programs.

- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely delivery.

• Customer Support and Relationship Maintenance

- Serve as the primary contact for operational and technical inquiries.

- Build trust through regular site visits and responsive communication to maintain customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for developing existing & new customer activity Plan, arrange regular meetings, and build relationships with customers to understand their needs.

• Service Job Verification and Coordination

- Verify job details (scope, schedule, compliance) and manage PO/WO processes to ensure accurate documentation and smooth execution of service work.

• Market Awareness and Opportunity Identification

- Monitor customer equipment condition and usage to identify opportunities for upselling parts, service contracts, and value-added solutions.

• Collaboration with Internal Teams

- Work closely with Operations, Service Technicians, and Product Support teams to ensure timely completion of jobs and customer commitments.

• Compliance and Safety

- Adhere to SHEQ standards during site visits and service coordination, ensuring all activities meet company safety and quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), or a related field. A Master’s Degree in Business or Management is an advantage.

• Professional certifications in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, or Aftermarket Operations are considered a plus.

• 5–8 years of experience in aftermarket sales, key account management, or technical sales within the heavy equipment or mining industry.

• Proven track record in managing strategic accounts, negotiating service contracts, and delivering revenue growth.

• Strong exposure to technical support and commercial negotiations for parts and service solutions.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management, and warranty claim processes is desirable.

• Good understanding of aftermarket products, parts, and service solutions for heavy equipment or mining industry.

• Strong ability in contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and revenue growth planning.

• Skilled in building and maintaining long-term partnerships with key accounts.

(2) Key Account Manager – Underground

Main Accountabilities

• Behave as customer primary contact for sales and technical inquiries.

• Responsible to develop and execute activity plan for existing & new customers, arrange regular meetings, and build relationships with customers to understand their needs.

• Manage key accounts and maintain regular engagement with customers.

• Build customer trust through regular site visits and responsive communication to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Epiroc equipment and related solutions or package.

• Lead negotiations and support contract finalization with customers.

• Cover all customer positions: mining owner, mining contractors, drilling and blasting contractors, mining consultant

• Achieve annual sales targets and business growth objectives.

• Coordinate with internal technical teams and related divisions to provide equipment solutions tailored to customer requirements.

• Support customers during project planning, equipment selection, and commissioning stages.

• Work closely with service teams to ensure strong after-sales support.

• Track underground project developments include new mining and tunneling developments, expansions, and feasibility studies.

• Capture and report on any market insights and competitor activities.

• Keep update in the salesforce CRM for any sales activity from lead until close status.

• Act as an ambassador for our aftermarket business wherever possible.

Requirements

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree with preferable technical majoring in geology or mining

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as sales in the drilling or heavy equipment industry in the exploration and mining sector

(3) Drill Technician

Main Accountabilities

• General

- Attend & follow up meeting such as daily pre-shift meeting, safety meeting, and safety inspection.

- Proactively providing feedback to improve aspects of safety, health, environment, and service quality.

- Implement good communication ethics with Customers and with co-workers, both to receive information properly and to distribute/ convey information.

- Implement cooperation in the workplace, which includes identifying the goals and roles of the group to produce effective and appropriate contributions.

• Service

- To conduct preparation of service job, repair & installation including tools, parts, consumable etc.

- To conduct inspection and maintenance of machines, tools, equipment, facility, parts listing, refurbishment / overhaul customer equipment in a timely manner to ensure positive customer relations.

- Actively participate in the daily work plan; always promote a positive working environment with both co-workers and customers.

- Implement correct maintenance philosophy in all service agreements with customers and recommend continuous improvement.

- Perform the failure analysis to determine root cause and contribute to product and system improvement.

- Analyze and recommend order of goods to Admin & Contract Supervisor (for consumables) and Drill Foreman, Drill Supervisor and Maintenance Planner (for spare parts).

- Prepare required documents for warranty related issues and monitor warranty claim closing.

- Adopt a "pro-active" rather than a "re-active" approach.

• Reporting

- Provide detailed service report (schedule or non-scheduled) and spare parts used by Service Department.

- Perform pre-start inspection prior conduct an activity, completion of SHEQ documents during maintenance practice, manage documents archive as evidence and register in database.

• SHEQ

- Maintain the workplace cleanliness, healthiness, and safety.

- Immediately report to direct superior any "Near Miss, Incident and Accident".

- Conduct all activity complying and committed to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality aspect, applicable legal requirements & other requirement.

Job Qualification

Educational Background:

• Diploma/ SMK Majoring in Technical or have experience in relevant field.

Experience:

• A minimum of five (5) years’ related experience in the mining and construction industry or relevant.

• Strong knowledge of Epiroc products and services.

(4) Service Technician – RCT

Main Accountabilities:

• Provide support and consultation of technology integration.

• Provide product knowledge, technical skills and training to designated personnel.

• Carry out, provide support to and assistance with installations, repairs and maintenance of RCT Systems.

• Working with customer or other area within Indonesia to improve its current operations using technology and RCT's products.

• Guide and direct trainees in the development of a high standard in performance in their duties.

• Ensure that training, both formal off job and on job and related work, will be conducted in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standard best practice and Company standards.

• Comply with customer's and other site policies and procedures.

• Comply with the local laws applicable at customer's site and other sites.

Requirements:

• Majoring in Electrical (Low Voltage), Electronics, or Mechatronics with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Service Level 2 (SL2) – Automation / Electrical Specialist.

• Understand how industrial automation systems work, including PLCs, HMI, SCADA, sensors, actuators, and control logic used on heavy equipment and plant systems.

• Know how low-voltage electrical systems, motor control circuits, drives, and industrial instrumentation function, and how to troubleshoot and repair them.

• Know how to use electrical and automation diagnostic tools to find and fix faults, and how to read electrical schematics, control drawings, I/O lists, and automation manuals.

• Know how to inspect, test, and maintain automation and electrical systems to ensure system reliability and prevent unplanned downtime.

• Able to repair electrical and automation components and perform approved configuration, parameter, or component replacement tasks on control systems.

• Skilled in identifying root causes of automation and electrical faults using testing instruments, software diagnostics, and logical fault-finding methods.

• Know how automated equipment and control systems operate well enough to safely test, validate, and return systems to service after maintenance or repair.

• Able to maintain detailed records of electrical and automation work, including fault findings, parts used, configuration changes, and maintenance history.

• Careful and precise when working on automation and electrical systems, recognizing that small errors can lead to system or safety failures.

• Able to prioritize automation and electrical tasks efficiently to minimize equipment downtime and production impact.

• Understand electrical and automation safety rules and know how to work safely on automated systems in a mining environment, including isolation, testing, and verification.

• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa and English, both written and verbal, including explaining technical issues clearly to operators and supervisors.

• Competent in using computers and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) for reporting, documentation, and basic data handling.

• Able to drive a light vehicle (car) and holds a valid driving license.

(5) Business Development Manager – Exploration

Main Accountabilities :

1. Develop and execute business development plans to grow sales of exploration drilling capital equipment, consumables (pipes, rods, bits), and spare parts.

2. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with mining companies, exploration contractors, and drilling service providers.

3. Build and manage a structured sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up of opportunities.

4. Manage key customer relationships and act as the main commercial contact for exploration projects.

5. Drive aftermarket and service attachment to capital equipment sales to improve recurring revenue and margin.

6. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new exploration projects.

7. Coordinate with product management, service, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver competitive and compliant solutions.

8. Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing, and contracts in line with company policies.

9. Support equipment demonstrations, trials, and project execution together with technical and service teams.

10. Ensure compliance with internal processes, including CRM updates, approvals, and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5  years of experience in business development or sales within mining, exploration drilling, heavy equipment, or related industries.

• Demonstrated experience in selling capital equipment for exploration or drilling applications.

• Experience in retail / consumables / parts sales is highly preferred.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.

• Experience working with exploration or mining projects in Indonesia or similar markets is an advantage.

• Strong business development and commercial acumen with the ability to identify, qualify, and close opportunities across capital equipment and retail/aftermarket businesses.

• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships with mining companies, exploration contractors, and drilling service providers.

• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability in a fast-moving, opportunity-driven environment.

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to manage complex commercial discussions and approvals.

• High level of ownership and accountability for pipeline, revenue, and margin performance

• Solid understanding of exploration drilling equipment, drilling methods, and related consumables (pipes, rods, bits).

• Ability to manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reporting accurately.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, both internal and customer-facing.

- Work closely with Operations, Service Technicians, and Product Support teams to coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and ensure customer commitments are meet.

• Compliance and Standards

- Adhere to company policies and SHEQ standards in all sales and documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, inside sales, tele sales, or customer support, preferably in industrial of aftermarket products.

• Quotation and Order Management: proven ability to prepare quotations, process orders, and manage delivery follow-ups accurately and efficiently.

• CRM and Digital Tools: Experience using CRM systems, ERP platforms, and digital communication tools for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines.

• Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling inquiries, negotiating pricing within delegated limits, and maintaining customer relationships remotely.

• Market Awareness: Familiarity with aftermarket parts, service solutions, and maintenance programs is an advantage.
