PT Energi Tanjung Tiga is an oil and gas E & P company and is currently operating for the production of brown-fields in South Sumatera under the Operation Cooperation Agreement (Kerjasama Operasi / KSO) with PT. Pertamina EP.

1. OPERATION MANAGER (OM)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for exploitation, operational and production activities such as activity programs, policies, guidelines and standard procedures (including determining strategies in handling & managing natural resources), ensuring that these are implemented in the process of day-to-day operations and making continuous improvements, continuous in exploitation, operational and production activities to ensure the achievement of objectives.
- Responsible for Work Plan & Budget (WP&B) & Authorization For Expenditure (AFE) for the Operations Department, including ensuring all supporting documents are available to ensure cost recovery and manage budgets effectively and efficiently.
- Responsible for GGR project feasibility studies & analysis and monitor project implementation to ensure projects are executed on time, accurately and within budget.
- Ensure that all activities in the Operations Department comply with company policies, procedures, standards, organizational culture and leadership to ensure the achievement of reliable, efficient and sustainable company business performance.
- Monitor and implement the implementation of HSSE regulations to minimize any possible risks and comply with company and government regulations.
- Motivate, develop, and evaluate subordinates to ensure that they have the knowledge, skills, behavior and competencies that meet requirements and are able to achieve the targets production.
- Developing new strategies to increase production with safe and cost-efficient methods.
Requirements :
- Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related Engineering field with 20+ years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of Reservoir, Drilling, Operations and Geology for effective interactions and acquisition review and evaluation.
- Good understanding in HSE regulation for Oil & Gas Operation.
- Good understanding in production operation both Oil & Gas Processing Plant and Oil & Gas Wells Operation.
- Having experience in HP HT wells is preferred.
- Understand the KSO mechanism and have good relations with PT Pertamina EP and SKK Migas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command in English both written and speaking.
- Point of Hire : Jakarta.
- Working Schedule : 5:2.
2. SR. PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Responsibilities :
- Provides practical engineering and technical support in order to achieve the maximum levels of production.
- Perform nodal analysis for new well completion design or nodal analysis to optimize production from existing production wells.
- Monitor the production trend and design stimulation program in order to maximize the oil recovery.
- Collaborate with Geologist in interpreting well logs in order to assess the log quality of oil and gas wells.
- Monitor production rates, and plan rework processes in order to improve production.
- Prepare AFE for projects related to management and production optimization.
- Evaluating and selecting appropriate equipment and material to achieve good operating objectives.
- Prepare tender specification and bid evaluation for equipment and materials required.
- Perform technical and economical evaluation of production activities and produce an accurate and updated report to management which will be used as a basis for decision making.
- Conduct technical evaluations and prepare workover or well service or production optimization proposal. Supervise the implementation of these programs directly in the field.
- Maintain good working relationships with site personnel through effective communication
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Production Engineer.
- Highly proficient in running nodal analysis software.
- Good command in English both written and speaking.
- Based in Jakarta with frequent field trip to the site.
- Having experience in HP HT wells is preferred.
- Familiar to meet, discuss and report to PT Pertamina EP & SKK Migas for WP&B and AFE budgeting.
- Point of Hire : Jakarta.
- Working Schedule : 5:2.
3. JR. DWO (DRILLING & WORK OVER) ENGINEER
Responsibilities :
- Coordinates and participates in the planning and control of drilling/work over operational activities.
- Prepare a detailed drilling/work over programs and proposals including engineering design, selection of material & services and AFE cost assessment.
- Prepare AFE, WP&B related to drilling and work over projects and get authorized approval. Establish good communication with PT Pertamina EP.
- Intense communication with all services company to define engineering & performance improvements.
- Quality Control (QC) on Daily Drilling/Work Over Report and prepare the Final Well Report (including Geological Report, Drilling/Work Over Report).
- Prepare Close Out Wells Report and get PT Pertamina EP/SKK Migas approval.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree of Petroleum Engineering from a reputable university.
- Having min. 3 - 5 years of experience as DWO Engineer.
- Good understanding in drilling and work over equipment and materials.
- Having experience in drilling and work over in deep and deviated well environment is preferred.
- Having experience in designing multi packer completion is preferred.
- IADC or equivalent certificate holder is preferred.
- Familiar to meet, discuss and report to PT Pertamina EP & SKK Migas for WP&B and AFE budgeting.
- Strong capability in Safety Environment work ethic.
- Point of Hire : Jakarta.
- Working Schedule : 5:2.
