Centurion minerals to raise $2m to fund Aceh exploration

Centurion Minerals Ltd. announced Friday that it has engaged Maison Placements Canada Inc. to act as the lead agent in a private placement of 5,000,000 Units priced at $0.40 for total gross proceeds of C$2,000,000.

The agent shall have the option to increase the size of the issue by up to 15%.

Proceeds from this financing will be used for accelerating the exploration program on the Company's Banda Raya project in Aceh province, wherein significant gold assays from samples were recently reported, and for general working capital purposes.

Centurion Minerals Limited is an Indonesian-based, Canadian-headquartered company focused on the exploration and development of gold, copper and other precious metal projects in Indonesia.(alex)
