Release: PT Inco announces completion of new labor agreement

JAKARTA, January 21, 2011 --- PT International Nickel Indonesia Tbk (PTI) today announces that it has finalized negotiations with the Workers Union (FSP-KEP PTI) on a new two-year (2010 to 2012) Collective Labor Agreement (CLA).
A CLA is required based on Law No. 13 year 2003. This is the fourteenth CLA between the Company and the Workers Union. PTI is very pleased to have reached this agreement which demonstrates the company?s strong commitment to its workers. (end of edited release)
