7. Position: QA ENGINEER

Minimum Education: University graduate from reputable university

Working Experience: More than 5 years in similar position / field

Work Location: Papua

Status Employment: Contract

Required Working Skill / Qualification / Certification:

a. Higher National Certificate in an Oil & Gas sector related discipline

b. Experience of working with QHSE Management Systems and Quality processes

c. Knowledge and understanding of Oil & Gas equipment, Manufacturing processes, Industry Regulations, Specifications, Codes & Standards

d. Practical and theoretical knowledge and understanding of drilling, completion, intervention and maintenance operations

e. IRCA registered Lead Auditor qualification

f. Experience with leading investigations, Root Cause Analysis techniques and report writing

g. Experience in preparing and delivering technical documents and presentations

Brief Job Description:

a. Provide technical support, advice and guidance to QA & QC Engineers where required Evaluate QAQC technical content of equipment and service tenders, purchase orders and contracts

b. Review, Approval and update of Vendor Quality Plans to ensure current standards are followed and lessons learned are captured for continued improvement

c. Lead equipment / service failure investigations to identify lessons learnt and improvement opportunities

d. Resolve Inspection related anomalies and non-conformities

e. Undertake verification and auditing activities on Contractors equipment and services to assure Vendor & Equipment conformance to Company & Industry Standards and Specifications

f. Optimise the performance and reliability of products and services

g. To fully investigate failures and determine root cause, recommendations and opportunities for improvement to control / minimize risk

h. To provide Quality input, advice & support at any and all stages of equipment or Service supply

i. To support the QA/QC Leader to improve & develop systems and processes to continually improve Quality

8. Position: PROJECT ENGINEER

Minimum Education: University graduate from reputable university

Working Experience: More than 5 years in similar position / field

Work Location: Papua

Status Employment: Contract

Required Working Skill / Qualification / Certification:

a. Knowledge of tools to 2D and 3D modeling activities

b. Basic knowledge of methodologies related to construction / installation and commissioning activities

c. Capability to manage interfaces with all the disciplines

 Brief Job Description:

a. Support construction management ensuring availability of engineering documents within own area of responsibility

b. Support Field Engineering Manager (FEM) with site activities related to specific system or 3D model

9. Position: YARD PLANNING ENGINEER

Minimum Education: Diploma from related reputable technical academy

Working Experience: More than 5 years in similar position / field

Work Location: Karimun – Batam

Status Employment: Contract

Required Working Skill / Qualification / Certification:

a. Extended knowledge on fabrication yard

b. Proven experience on fabrication yard

c. Quantities follow-up / KPI / productivity

 Brief Job Description:

a. Built fabrication schedule and regularly update it

b. Follow progress on quantities and analyse productivity trend

c. Reporting to yard and PCON team

d. Understand fabrication sequence and challenge fabrication team

10. Position: CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT MECHANICAL

Minimum Education: University graduate from reputable university

Working Experience: More than 5 years in similar position / field

Work Location: Papua

Status Employment: Contract

Required Working Skill / Qualification / Certification:

a. Experience in structure installation

b. Experience in methodologies of construction

c. Experience in marine works (jetty)

a. Supervise pipe work installation of jetty

b. Review proposed construction methodologies

c. Supervise construction activities (jetty)

11. Position: HR PROJECT COORDINATOR

Minimum Education: University graduate from reputable university

Working Experience: 3 - 5 years in similar position / field

Work Location: Jakarta

Status Employment: Contract

Required Working Skill / Qualification / Certification:

a. English native speaker mandatory

b. Excellent writing skills. Organization, anticipation, listening, adaptability and accuracy

c. Act a project leader with short deadlines and regular follow-up

d. Excellent command of MS Office ( excel and word )

e. Experience in oil and gas or technical industry would be an advantage

f. Having good knowledge in mobilization plan and HR scheduling

Brief Job Description:

a. Collection of the information through all partners

b. Drive individual interviews with all employees in different sites (onshore, offshore and logistic base)

c. Act as an advisor/coach on the identification of the relevant department and project for the mobilization plan

d. Transpose, adjust and ensure that all relevant and consistent information are mentioned

e. Coordinate with all partners related for the scheduling of mobilization plan for local and expatriate

f. HR activities
