Requirements :

• All position : must have experience in EPCI / Construction Company for Oil & Gas Project.

• For Manager : Bachelor degree of Engineering, minimal 10 years experiences in the same field and position.

• For others : Bachelor degree of Engineering, minimal 5 years experiences in the same field and position.

• Having experience with EPC contractor for platform construction, piping and pipeline, Pre-Comm and Commissioning.

• Holding International CSWIP 3.1 certificate, PAUT certificate, NDT ASNT level II certificate.

• Certified as lead auditor 9001 / internal auditor ISO 9001.

• Certified ISO 25001 is a plus.

• Good knowledge in Welding, Coating, Materials, NDT & applicable code such as ASTM, ASME, NACE, AWS & ISO, EN, etc.

• Proficient in English, able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.

• Able to join immediately.

• Placement – Jakarta & Site/ Outside of Java Island (if needed).

Qualification & requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in engineering, purchasing and supply management, or any related field.

• Min. 3 years experiences as PPM/ Expeditor/ Buyer in EPCI projects, with preference given to those with similar purchasing & procurement experience in Oil & Gas projects.

• Be proficient in English, Microsoft Office, and computers in general.

• Have a thorough understanding of procurement workflows and supplier management.

• Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and judgment skills, with the ability to retrieve and organize information effectively.

• Able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.

• Past involvement as lead engineers with major oil companies’ projects.

• Able to join immediately.

• Domiciled in Indonesia.

• Placement – Jakarta & Site/ Outside of Java Island.

9. CONTRACT & CLAIM ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Law (particularly if the focus is on contracts/legal aspects).

• Professional training or certification in Contract Management or Construction Law is highly desirable.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in engineering or construction contract management. Experience in EPCI for Oil & Gas project will be viewed favorably.

• Demonstrated experience in managing EPC contracts, claim preparation and evaluation, and contract negotiations.

• Strong knowledge of various types of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, lump-sum, unit price).

• Proficient in contract drafting, review, and administration throughout project life cycles.

• Strong skills in documentation, technical reporting, and formal correspondence.

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Claims Identification & Preparation

• Analyze the impact of the identify potential claims/Change.

• Collect and compile evidence (correspondence, daily reports, schedules, costs, etc.).

• Draft detailed claims or variation order justifications (including EOT and cost claims).

• Quantify claims in terms of cost, time, and impact on project deliverables.

2. Coordination & Interface

• Coordinate with planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and QS teams to gather technical and commercial inputs.

• Work closely with Contracts Engineer, PMT.

• Liaise with clients and subcontractors for submission and negotiation of claims.

3. Delay & Disruption Analysis

• Work with planning/scheduling team to conduct delay analysis (e.g., TIA, Window Analysis, Impacted As-Planned).

• Prepare Time Impact Analysis (TIA) reports for Extension of Time (EOT) claims.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive claims register and documentation trail.

• Support in dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration, etc.) if claims escalate.

• Assist Contracts Manager in preparing project risk or claims reports.

5. Negotiation & Settlement Support

• Participate in negotiations with clients to resolve claims.

• Support the Contracts or Commercial Manager in settlement discussions or strategies.

10. SNR CIVIL/STRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER (PM-CIVIL)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in Civil/Structure Engineering

• Min. 15 years of experience in EPCI Projects, particularly in Petrochemical, Energy, Oil and Gas projects. Having work experience in engineering is a plus.

• Min. 10 years of experience as Project Manager with minimum project contract value of USD 15 million.

• Have good engineering and construction knowledge, strong leadership, advanced knowledge and awareness of Project Management, HSES and Quality principles, plan and budget control.

• Have excellent presentation and written skills to enable clear and concise delivery of information to staff, customers, contractors, and supervisors.

• Be proficient in English, Microsoft Office (especially in Excel & Power Point), and computers in general.

• Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and judgment skills, with the ability to retrieve and organize information effectively.

• Excellent health as this position requires regular site visit to project site outside Java.
