Position Title  : Chief Operator

Employment Type : Full-time

Location  : Jakarta

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (or a Diploma with relevant experience).

- Have a good experience and knowledge about the Redress Packer.

- Experience:

o 4-5 years in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Mining industries.

o 2 years as a Chief Operator, or 4 years as an Operator.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising and implementing the operational activities of assigned slickline projects, ensuring the quality of equipment, the smoothness of work systems, efficiency levels, and result accuracy, so that company operations run smoothly and project goals and targets are achieved.

Main Duties:

• Supervise the achievement of predetermined work targets/programs through monitoring and evaluating project progress.

• Ensure there is no NPT (Non-Productive Time) in the assigned work area.

• Supervise slickline project activities and ensure they are executed correctly and in compliance with applicable procedures and standards.

• Resolve problems that occur or may arise in the slickline project under their responsibility.

• Ensure work permits are obtained from the client and that the tasks are clearly explained to each operator.

• Ensure scheduled maintenance of slickline equipment is conducted.

• Coordinate the availability of data and prepare daily progress reports (e.g., service tickets) to be submitted to the client.

• Supervise the arrival of units/materials/equipment from the warehouse or other project sites, ensuring they meet the project’s required quantity, type, and specifications.

• Supervise the return of units/equipment from the handled project to the warehouse or transfer to another site, ensuring completeness and inclusion of usage data, such as quantity, equipment condition reports, damage (physical and functional), and equipment register.

• Coordinate daily meetings/briefings (or other scheduled meetings) with the team to discuss arising issues, solutions, and evaluate target achievement.

• Coordinate and supervise inventory/data recording of units or equipment under responsibility during the project.

• Supervise the use of tools/materials/equipment during installation and dismantling, ensuring proper execution.

Position Title  : Completion Engineer

Employment Type : Full-time

Location  : Jakarta

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University.

• Having experience in downhole completion installation job for minimum 5 years

• Age in between 30 ~ 50 years old

• Proficient in both active & passive English communication

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (excel & word)

• Willing to placement both of onshore & offshore

• Good communication skills

• Having a good knowledge of drilling / work over & completion operations techniques

Responsibilities:

• Having knowledge of completion procedures, testing and splicing equipment and applying them.

• Performing functional test all completion accessories, including but not limited to test the variance of Production Packer especially ESP Packer, TRSV/Sub Surface Safety Valve, Sliding Slave (SSD), Landing Nipples and Flow Coupling at wellsite.

• Installing Upper Completion equipment in line with operating procedures to ensure flawless execution and minimizing down-time for our customers, able to make root cause analysis and trouble shooting in case of work failure.

• Redressing completion equipment at site.

• Providing front-line support with customer and accurately completing all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job.

• Documenting of completion equipment by maintaining pre and post job well-site records and communications to ensure compliance and regulations are followed.

• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members to deliver projects within time frames and scopes

• Be familiar in safety issues, ensuring to meet all QHSSE requirements and monitor all safety statistics related at site.

Position Title  : Rig Superintendent

Employment Type : Full-time

Location  : Site

Requirements :

• Typically requires 10-15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a significant portion spent in drilling operations.

• Having experience as a Rig Superintendent in 1500 HP minimum 3 years

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

• Strong understanding of drilling equipment, procedures, and best practices. 

• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage personnel, and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and challenges

• Having valid Ahli Pengendali Pemboran (AP3) certificate from Migas

• May include IWCF (International Well Control Forum) certification, IADC (International Association of Drilling Contractors) certification, and other oil & gas industries certifications.

• Have good interpersonal and communication skill, fluent in English is a must, Mandarin is advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a drilling rig, including the maintenance and servicing of drilling equipment, the coordination of drilling operations, the training and supervision of the rig crew, and the implementation of safety protocols.

• Verify the maintenance routines of the drilling equipment/assets are appropriate and they guarantee an efficient performance of the drilling activities.

• Be familiar with the established well control procedures.

• Ensure reporting routines are fulfilled.

• Verify the stock level of spare parts and consumables for the drilling equipment on the rig competence are kept at an appropriate level.

• Cooperate with the rig site personnel in performing during mobilization, rig moving, operation (drilling and completion) and demobilization by supervising the activity of subordinates.

• Ensure all classification society and authorities rules and regulations applicable to the activities are adhered to.

• Be safety conscious in all the work and behaviour.

• Optimizing drilling operations for efficiency and effectiveness, including troubleshooting problems and minimizing downtime

• Provide advice to clients to overcome hole problems and the equipment that will be used to overcome these problems.

• Ensure all rig equipment complies with the equipment specifications in the contract.

• Maintain all equipment in a ready-to-use condition before use to prevent delays due to equipment failure

• Ensure Company’s and Client’s HSE and Q/A policies and standards are implemented on the rig sites.

• Actively participate to HSE inspections/audit on the rig site.

• Call for / Participate to investigations in case of serious incidents.

• Apply and ensure the correct application of prescribed safety standards and regulations.

• Verify proper housekeeping is maintained on the rig site.

Position Title  : Toolpusher

Employment Type : Full-time

Location  : Site

Requirements :

• Typically requires 5-10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a significant portion spent in drilling operations often starting as a roustabout, roughneck, or driller.

• Having experience as a tool pusher in 1000 HP rig at least 3 years.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering or any major related with the field.

• May include IWCF (International Well Control Forum) certification Level 4 or WELLCAP for well control, valid BOSIET Certificate, and other oil & gas industries certifications.

• Having valid Ahli Pengendali Pemboran (AP3) certificate from Migas.

• Strong understanding of drilling equipment, procedures, and best practices. 

• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage personnel, and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and challenges

• Proficiency in using computer software for tasks such as reporting, record-keeping, and communication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading and coordinating the drilling crew, including assigning tasks, monitoring work progress, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures.

• Ensuring the rig has all necessary tools, equipment, and materials for drilling operations, and that they are in good working condition.

• Enforcing safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment on the rig.

• Ensure all rig equipment complies with the equipment specifications in the contract.

• Ensure that the handover of work that has been done, is in progress and will be done to the next shift replacement goes smoothly.

• Maintain all equipment in a ready-to-use condition before use to prevent delays due to equipment failure

• Communicating with the rig manager, drilling engineers, and other personnel, and providing regular reports on drilling progress and any issues encountered.

• Managing the inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring proper storage and maintenance

• Interacting with the client's representative on site to ensure their expectations are met.

• Ensuring that all drilling operations are carried out according to the approved drilling program and company procedures.

• The tool pusher acts as a foreman for the drilling crew, ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the rig.

• Report to the senior superintendent or OIM/Master daily and provide detailed handover at the end of hitch or shift.

Position Title  : Driller

Requirements :

• Typically requires 5-10 years of experience on land / offshore drilling rigs as driller.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering or any major related with the field.

• Having valid minimum Juru Bor (JB3) certificate from Migas.

• May include valid WELLCAP Supervisor Certificate for well control, other oil & gas industries certifications.

• Strong understanding of drilling equipment, procedures, and best practices. 

• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment conduct safety meetings, and respond to emergencies.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage personnel, and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and challenges during drilling operations.

• Proficiency in using computer software for tasks such as reporting, record-keeping, and communication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operating and maintaining drilling rigs and related equipment.

• Preparing drilling sites, assembling equipment, and positioning drilling tools.

• Monitoring drilling operations and adjusting parameters as needed.

• Managing the rig floor and driller's console.

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Communicating with supervisors and other crew members.

Position Title  : HSE Supervisor

Employment Type : Full-time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering or any relevant study

• Having minimum 10 years of working experiences in Oil and Gas Industry

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Familiar with SKKMIGAS regulation

• Hold Valid K3-Migas Certification

• NEBOSH IGC / ITC and NIOSH preferred

• Strong knowledge in HSE industry

Responsibilities:

To plan, organize, direct, coordinate, control the implementation of HSE activities

• HSE Procedures

o Set up HSE policy, guidelines and procedures based on the HSE standard regulation of SKKMIGAS and Manpower Department

o Develop project specific emergency management procedures and emergency response team by collaborating closely with government authorities and other relevant external institutions

o Provide assistance and support to develop Company’s HSE plan and objectives

o Ensure that the HSE procedures is in place in the field during drilling operations

o Socialize the HSE awareness to all Head Office employees and field employees

• HSE Implementation

o Ensure that the implementation of Contractor Safety Management Systems, such as Risk Assessment, Project Pre-qualification, Contractor Selection, Pre Job Activity, Work in Progress and Final Evaluation compliance with BPMIGAS regulations

o Manage and ensure that the implementation of day - to – day HSE compliance with procedures

o Manage and ensure that the implementation of day-to-day HSE during drilling operations compliance with HSE procedures

o Carried out HSE audit / inspection, perform risk assessment, incident / accident investigation and process analysis, provision of  proper personal protective equipment and coordinate training

o Maintain HSE statistical report in compliance with SKKMIGAS and Ditjen Migas reporting requirements

• Monitor and Track the HSE Findings/Corrective actions register for HSE issues ensuring actions are assigned, initiated and closed out in timely manner for such finding :

o ISO 14001

o ISO 45001

o SKK Migas HSE inspection

o Ditjen MIGAS HSE Inspection

• Liaise with government authority

o Maintain strong relationship with SKKMIGAS and other government authorities

o Provide OHS monthly report to SKK Migas, Migas, Kemennaker, Disnaker et.

o Close coordination with emergency agencies (BASARNAS, BPBD, SKKMIGAS IOC, etc)

Position Title  : Procurement Specialist

Employment Type : Full-time

Requirements :

• At least 3-5 years of working experience as procurement specialist in Oil & Gas Industries

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is generally a minimum requirement from Reputable University

• Experience in managing the full procurement lifecycle (supplier qualification, contract negotiation, performance evaluation) including inventory management and logistics.

• Familiarity with the specific types of equipment, materials, and services used in the oil and gas industry is essential.

• Professional certifications like CPSM or CPM are often preferred.
