We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

(Assignment: Head Office)

A resource in a complex technical discipline who is seen as a leader in that field within the organization, mentors less-experienced staff with responsibility for their technical development.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6-10 years of experiences

• Advanced degree desirable from  Business, Management, and Human Resources Management

• Perform selection process include application screening, preliminary interview and test

• Develop  sophisticated plans that may require the integration of multiple disciplines

• Being recognizes as expertise of organizational and talent development typically has some established contacts with other professionals within industry, technical associations, conferences or academia.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as an advisor within organizational and talent development disciplines

• Manage plans, schedules, conducts or coordinates detailed phases of organizational and talent management work for a part of a major project or total project of moderate scope

• Able to effectively utilize resources and lead individuals to produce optimal results

• Helps a business evaluate its current operations and suggests changes in the process

• Assess the current organizational structure of the company and suggest recommendations on ways to improve specific areas of organizational management

• Recommend a new method of management to improve the morale of employees or provide consultation when an institution is changing management structures or is in the middle of a merger or acquisition

• Examine current policies and practices, identifying issues or weaknesses, and recommend solutions to align with business goals

• Designs and implements organization development policies to improve company performance.
