Under the Production Sharing Contract arrangements with SKK MIGAS, PETRONAS Indonesia Operations is looking for the following professionals:

 

1. Sr. Installation Engineer Offshore and Onshore

Ensure effective management and coordination with CSR onboard to control the installation barge spread, transportation spread, and offshore facilities installation, prioritizing adherence to project schedule, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and quality requirements, as stipulated in the contract, work processes, policies, procedures, guidelines, specifications, and governmental regulations to safeguard project success, mitigate risks, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold safety and quality standards throughout the installation process.

Requirements:

•   Degree in either Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering

•   With 7 years’ experience in Construction/Installation Management of facilities in the upstream and/or downstream Oil and Gas Industry.

•   Understand the details of offshore campaign and maintain direct reporting to the department and close coordination with Head Quarter Kuala Lumpur.

•   CSR qualified

•  Good understanding and knowledge of HSE policies/requirements, hazard identification, risk assessment process, accident & incident reporting.

2. Sr. Piping/ Mechanical Engineer Offshore and Onshore

Overseeing engineering activities from project inception to completion by ensuring meticulous planning, control, and supervision across all stages of surface facility development projects which involves devising contracting strategies, conducting technical evaluations, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Additionally, provide expertise in technical integrity solutions, continuously assessing and enhancing facility design concepts and standards for the successful execution of facility development projects. Also managing design, technical evaluation, purchasing simple rotating equipment i.e. pumps and unpressurized vessel.

Requirements:

•   Degree in Mechanical Engineering

•   At least 7 years direct experience in Mechanical Equipment & Piping  Design, Fabrication, Installation, Commissioning, Operations and Maintenance in the upstream and downstream oil & gas industry.

•   Have proficient knowledge of other related disciplines such as production process, mechanical equipment and piping layout and integrated activities.

•   Depth analysis, problem solving & decision making.

 

3. Sr. Process Safety Engineer Offshore and Onshore

Plan, develop and monitor all process safety requirements by implementing and maintaining comprehensive, robust and sustainable systems, practices and competencies for managing Process Safety for the safe, efficient and reliable operations to minimise the likelihood of a major hazard accident from occurring and to ensure that the necessary mitigation and emergency preparedness mechanisms are in place from feasibility studies, sustaining safety performance strategy and improvement implementation throughout the conceptual and detail design

Requirements:

•   Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Safety Engineering. Master’s degree in the Chemical or Safety Engineering is an advantage.

•   8-10 years’ experience in industrial safety and process safety in the oil and gas industry with special emphasis on Risk Assessment, Safe Systems of production facilities and Emergency Procedures

•   Excellent in English, both in writing and conversation.

•   Good organizational, communication, and supervisory skills.

•   Understanding of E&P Business and possess technical awareness in operations.

4. Sr Telecom Engineer

Develop, plan, and implement the overall strategic goals of business telecommunication and network system, whilst evaluating and recommending changes to current and future telecommunication and network requirements in meeting country business needs. Coordinate, strategize, develop and establish reliability Telecommunication system from feasibility studies, sustaining performance strategy and improvement implementation throughout the conceptual and detail design.

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or Engineering from accredited universities/institutions.

• 7 - 8 years’ experience in telecommunication engineering, Information Management and Information Technology, especially in network and telecommunication system, or any related field.

5. Mechanical Static Engineer

Coordinate, strategize, develop and establish reliability roadmap for static equipment system from feasibility studies, sustaining performance strategy and improvement implementation throughout the conceptual and detail design by providing the total technical integrity solutions and expertise through benchmarking exercise, technical review/compliance and specialized studies to ensure reliable and successful implementation that is critical to operational needs.

Requirement

•   Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent

•   Certified/ Licensed and member from International and/ or Indonesian Professional Engineers Institution is an advantage.

•   Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in upstream operations is an added advantage.

•   Having experience in Capital Project (both onshore and offshore) as a Mechanical Static/ Package Engineer is an advantage.

6. Rotating Mechanical Technician

Performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, conducting troubleshooting and inspections, including breakdown maintenance. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in maintaining gas turbine packages and expertise in dry gas seal operations.

Responsibilities:

•   Execute necessary repairs on mechanical equipment to support the operation and maintenance of regional/country oil and gas production, both onshore and offshore, ensuring the highest technical standards are maintained in a safe and cost-effective manner.

•   Preferably, candidates should have experience in condition monitoring for rotating equipment and turbo machinery.

•   Fluent in English.

•   Technical Diploma in mechanical engineering from Polytechnic or equivalent.

•   Minimum of 5 years as a Mechanical Technician and a minimum of 8 years as an Operation Technician in the oil, gas, and related industry, demonstrating knowledge and skills in mechanical tasks.

• Preferably domiciled in Madura, Gresik, or the nearby areas of East Java.
