We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

OFFSHORE DIVISION

1. Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Engineer

2. Subcontract Specialist for Marine Services, Onshore Base operation, Marine Formalities/Permits and shipping agency – Offshore Division

 

1. Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Engineer – Offshore Division

Requirement:

• Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering

• Have min. 8 years’ experience  as Commissioning

• Familiar with Oil and Gas / offshore EPCI company

• Familiar with Ms. Office, Commissioning software PMCMS/ICAPS, CAD, Ms. Project, mark up drawing

• Experience and knowledge of flow metering, instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, valves, pumps, sampling systems, analyzers, flow computers, E&I wiring and control panels.

• Has a good communication and interpersonal skill

• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

• Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment

• immediate availability

2. Subcontract Specialist for Marine Services, Onshore Base operation, Marine Formalities/Permits and shipping agency – Offshore Division

• This position is accountable for the overall commercial management of Marine Services, Onshore Base operation, Marine Formalities/Permits and shipping agency required in Offshore Oil & Gas Projects from receiving the end user requirement until final close out of the Subcontract.

• Coordinate closely with Operation and Marine team to ensure proper planning and timely issuance of Service Requisitions for different services on the project on time and accurately manner.

• Issuing the RFQ to potential subcontractor, coordinating and ensuring timely submission of proposal

• Reviewing the proposals, clarifying and coordinating with Operation and Marine team to ensure project requirements are captured and quoted correctly by bidders

• Preparing CBE and checking budget with PMT/Project services, getting management approval on the CBE

• Negotiating with Subcontractor to achieve best prices and best terms, checking Subcontract credentials, work history, reliability, professionalism and commitment before making award decision. KPI to be defined foreach services awarded under this division.

• To review and check all invoices and process for payment, ensure to close out all SCA/SO within 2 months after completion of the project. To check also invoices returned by Finance for clarifications/justifications by Coordinating with Subcontractor.

• Interacting and meeting with Indonesian authorities & Ministry for different permits required in Offshore Oil & Gas Projects (Heliport, Security Clearance and Security Officer, Liason Officer, Underwater Permit, Crane Certification, IKPA, BPI etc.)

• Maintain a status report for all Subcon finalized on a particular project

• Built the SubCon database for each region of offshore projects within Indonesia

• To prepare MSA (Master Service Agreement),  SCA (Service Agreement) and SO (Service Order)

• To check addendum SCA (Service Agreement)  & SO (Service Order)

Required Working Skill / Qualification / Certification:

• Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree in any major or Diploma

• Good experience in Marine agency and formalities for Offshore Oil & Gas Projects

• Change and claim management;

• Contract and subcontract management and administration;

• Legal content of commercial contracts;

• Purchasing/subcontracting terms and conditions;

• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

• Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment

• immediate availability
