1. Position Title: Principal IT Pillar Specialist
Local - Batam – Permanent with 6 months’ probation
Requirements:
- Application Engineering
- IT for Projects, Supply Chain, and Fabrication/Construction functions
- Smart Construction Administrator
- Hexagon Smart Construction
- Hexagon SmartPlant Foundation architecture and schema mapping
- Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and Work Face Planning (WFP)
- Global / Cross-functional matrix environment
- Leadership / Project Communications
Responsibilities:
- Build partnership with functional key stakeholders
- Understand business needs and prepare IT programs, budget & business case.
- Become subject matter expert in fabrication / construction domain.
- Manage IT Programs following PMO Tollgate process.
- Own end to end Program Execution including scoping, functional requirements, project budget estimates, vendor selection, resource management, risk management and transition to support team.
- Liaison and build relationships with global / regional functional & IT leadership.
2. Position Title: Document Controller
Local – Jakarta (1) and Balikpapan (1) - 24 months renewal
Requirements:
- 5 years as Document Controller
- Engineering technical background
Responsibilities:
- Perform document control services on various projects in accordance with the Company document management systems, controls, processes and procedures. Also, any project specific or other regulatory requirements.
- Receives and registers document for detail engineering or construction engineering project.
- Controls issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document
- Registers for detail engineering or construction engineering project.
- Maintains specifically assigned project database system.
- Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving.
- Reviews completeness of documentation and prepares document transmittals.
- Performs document quality check in accordance to Company engineering document control procedures.
- Performs file backup to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers.
- As required, receive, enter, transmit and file project documentation including the Company, client and third party documentation.
- Ensure all project documentation is processed, transmitted and filed in accordance with the relevant document management system, and easily be retrieved in an accurate and timely manner.
- Handover, closeout and archive project documentation on time and in accordance with project requirements.
- Assist with the improvement of the project document control processes and procedures.
- Assist with Administration task as and when requires
3. Position Title: Electrical Engineer
Jakarta 31 months
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
- Has maximum age of 55 (fifty-five) years old
- Has minimum 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
- Has professional certificate of competency in electrical power system
- Has a wide range of experience in the Electrical engineering with specific InDesign and planning for Electrical Power Generating System, Power System Analysis (ETAP Software Program) System, Power
- Has experience to developed Electrical design basis, conceptual design of underground facilities and standard drawings and controlled all the Electrical design activities through the project execution.
- Has Experience in Electrical Distribution System including an integrated electrical power management system.
- Has Experience as Lead Electrical Engineer
- Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as:
o International Electrotechnical Commission ( IEC)
o American National standards Institute (ANSI),
o American Petroleum Institute (API),
o National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA),
o National Fire Protection association (NFPA)
o National Electric Code (NEC, NFPA 70),
o Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE)
- It has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Electrical systems. in gas processing plants and utility facilities
- Has a proven ability to perform Electrical engineering include study, calculation in Electrical System with a high level of quality.
- Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (latest electrical engineering software i.e ETAP) applicable to such designs
- Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
- Has a good medical record
- Fluent in Communication and writing in English
4. Position Title: Delivery Analyst
Local – Cikarang - 12 months
Requirements:
- You should have a degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a gas company or any MNC. In addition, you should have:
- Good background in safety management with knowledge of hazards involved in transport operations (of dangerous goods and cryogenic liquids).
- Proficiency in using MS Office skills, module etc.
- Familiarity with truck and transport operation including technical aspect required
- Understanding of supply chain management, scheduling and transport operations work processes & tools.
- System implementation: GOLD data integrity & SAP Process, Synergi, SRM and I-tract
- Understanding principles of distribution transport service contractors.
- Timely resolution of GOLD specific and GOLD-SAP interface problems to avoid prolonged interference to scheduling.
- Understanding of financial processes (budgeting, investment planning, accounting etc).
- Clear understanding of the logistics operation in the Location/country
Responsibilities:
- Your role as a Delivery Analyst is to ensure safe, efficient & effective Distribution performance. You are required to act as the first level of support for all GOLD System related issues and ensure that the contractor management framework (KPIs, etc.) is in place. You would also be tasked to improve customer satisfaction and enhance profitability of the business.
5. Position Title: Cost Engineer
Local – Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe – 24 months
- 15 years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
- Previously worked as Cost Engineer or Estimating Engineer in Refinery Project
- At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
- Fluent in Communication and writing in English.
- Willing to work in Balikpapan/Lawe-lawe with no rotation
6. Position Title: Field Engineer
Local – Gresik - 12 months; renewal
Requirements:
- Surabaya area resident is preferable.
- Must have 5-10 years of experience with Mining Company.
- BS in engineering or construction management
- Previous field engineer experience on a large-scale construction projects
- Expertise in large copper production and related facilities over USD 100 Millions
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa.
Responsibilities:
- Assists construction engineers in a broad range of construction engineering work within a specific engineering discipline for a particular area of the project. Provides engineering assistance to superintendents, directs assigned personnel in meeting cost and time schedules, verifies materials, equipment, and quality and assures results meet design requirements.
- Provides engineering assistance to superintendents, verifies materials, overview of contractors, equipment, workmanship, and assures results meet safety, quality, schedule and cost in regards to design requirements.
- Coordinates with other discipline engineers in a broad range of construction engineering work for a particular area of the project.
- Provides technical assistance to the Civil Superintendent and crafts; -Performs inspections and documentation of all civil work in progress on a continuing basis.
- Assist supervision and project controls in preparation of quantity tracking and schedule.
- Executes field takeoffs from issued design drawings.
- Provides verification of quantity tracking applications and reports weekly installed quantities to Project Controls.
- Prepares material requisitions for permanent and temporary materials; -Assist field procurement in inspection and receipt of materials;
- Structural Steel bolting, erection, fabrication requirement per Structural Steel code.
7. Position Title: Senior Process Engineer
Local - Jakarta - 25 months
Requirements:
- Experienced in Process Engineering for NHT, ISOM, CCR
- Experienced in Process Engineering for Alky, WSA, DHT
- At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Process Engineering
- Has minimum 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
- Has experience as Process Engineer in main unit in refinery (especially RFCC Plant, hydro treating, alkylation, isomerization, reforming, hydrogen plant, hydrocracking plant, SRU)
- Has Experience in engineering design for major Process Plant
- Has Experience as Lead Process Engineer
- Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as, American Petroleum Institute (API), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Instrument Society of American (ISA), American Society of Testing Material (ASTM), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)
- Has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Process systems and Specification in refinery
- Has a proven ability to perform Process engineering include study, calculation in Process System with a high level of quality.
- Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (latest process simulation software i.e HYSYS/Pro II/Flare Net) applicable to such designs
8. Position Title: Piping/Welding/NDE Inspector
Local - Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe - 32 months
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Has minimum 5 (five) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
- Has experience as Piping Engineer especially for developing systems of piping stress & vibration analysis in in piping engineering & design.
- Has Experience in construction of piping and piping rack.
- Has Experience as Piping Inspector.
- It has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Piping systems. in gas processing plants and utility facilities.
- Has a proven ability to perform Piping equipment engineering include study, calculation, datasheet in Piping System with a high level of quality.
- Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (latest piping design software, etc).
- Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
- Has a good medical record.
- Fluent in Communication and writing in English.
- Accreditation, Training Required:
- Local accredited certification by MIGAS for welding and local or international for NDT inspection to minimum level II for RT/UT/DPE/MPE.
- For NDE personnel, we need as a minimum CSWIP 3.2 and/or ASNT Level II (RT, UT, MT, PT) to cover the non-destructive testing overseeing the application and viewing results
Responsibilities:
- Construction / performance testing performed by construction and/or contractors as directed by the
- Assistant QA / QC Manager and/or Construction Managers, Commissioning Managers.
- Required to complete daily inspection reports / checklists and maintain records until time of turnover.
- Performs surveillances, assessments, or audits of Worley or subcontractor activities.
- Develops reports for the Assistant QA / QC Manager and/or Construction Managers, Commissioning
- Managers on the status and quality of work accomplished. Reports include quality control or related reports
- from subcontractors.
- Supports and participates in HSE audits and assessments.
- Provides input to monthly Quality Report.
- Completes other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Inspection and verification of both in-process and completed work activities including witnessing
9. Position Title: Cost Estimator
Local - Balikpapan - 50 months
- At least 5+ years’ Experience as Cost Estimator
- At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
- At least minimum 7 (seven) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
- has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and estimating bases
- be able to create estimating data bases from bids
- has been principal engineer responsible for the control of costs and cash flow on similar projects.
- Has experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of costs and cash flows on construction projects.
- Capable to plan and monitor costs for the project to identify the costs and cash flows.
- Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the estimates and cash flow forecasts to determine cash requirements and potential problem areas and corrective action to be taken.
- Fluent in Communication and writing in English.
10. Position Title: QC Coordinator
Local – Tangerang – 3 months
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least D3 or S1 in Mechanical Engineering 2. Minimum 3 years QC piping experience in power plant 3. Flexible to work under pressure 4. Has strong commitment to the job 5. Knowledgeable in all types of piping inspection 6. Proficient in Ms Office 7. Able to read work drawing 8. Fluent English skills both written and spoken will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
1. In charge as Punch List Coordinator. 2. Ensure that the work results are in accordance with company standards (work quality assurance). 3. Prepare daily, weekly & monthly report. 4. Report to QA/QC Manager and Project Manager. 5. Able to work as a team with Construction & Turn Over Package Division
