List of the Qualifications – 9 Personil

1. Project Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent

• Experience in preparing project management reports and/or supervising projects.

• Good understanding of employment law and HR functions.

• Must not hold any other position at the same time.

• Project Managers must have at least five (5) years of project management experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

 

2. Resource Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree that relevant in the field

• Experienced in preparing general project management reports and/or providing supervision to previous clients, with a strong understanding of employment law regulations and HR roles and activities.

• Must not hold any other concurrent position.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the same field, preferably in the same position.

 

3. Field Coordinator

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or an equivalent field

• Has experience in preparing general project management reports and/or providing supervision to previous clients, with a strong understanding of employment law regulations and HR roles and activities.

• Must not hold any other concurrent position.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the same field, preferably in the same position.

 

4. HSSE Coordinator

Requirements:

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or an equivalent field

• Has experience in preparing general project management reports and/or providing supervision to previous clients, with a strong understanding of employment law regulations and HR roles and activities.

• Must not hold any other concurrent position.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the same field, preferably in the same position.

• HSSE Coordinators must hold a valid K3LL certification.

 

5. Site Supervisor (Piping)

Requirements:

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree (S1 or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.

• Has a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience, including at least five (5) years in Oil & Gas EPSCI projects covering construction, fabrication, welding, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.

• Has held significant responsibilities in multidisciplinary projects.

• Possesses relevant and recognized technical expertise.

• Proactive with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 

6. Electrical/Instrumentation Supervisor

Requirements:

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree (S1 or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.

• Has a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience, including at least five (5) years in Oil & Gas EPSCI projects covering construction, fabrication, welding, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.

• Has held significant responsibilities in multidisciplinary projects.

• Possesses relevant and recognized technical expertise.

• Proactive with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 

7. HSSE Superintendent

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1 or equivalent) in Engineering or Physical Sciences, with formal HSSE training and recognized qualifications or certifications.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in an Oil & Gas safety supervisory role, particularly within EPSC Oil & Gas projects.

• Proven experience in directly supervising 5–10 supervisors or personnel.

• Experience working on projects valued at USD 20–50 million or higher is considered an advantage.

• Good knowledge and understanding of recognized national and international standards, codes, laws, regulations, including Indonesian Government regulations related to HSSE.

• Strong knowledge of risk assessment techniques, with hands-on experience in conducting HIRA, HAZID, JRA, JSA, and other qualitative risk assessment reviews.

• Good administrative skills, including proficiency in office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Extensive knowledge of project construction activities, including SIMOPS, construction, piping installation, hook-up, and commissioning, as well as a solid understanding of production operations and associated hazards.

• Strong safety awareness, initiative, assertiveness, planning and organizing skills, forward-thinking mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with high ethical standards.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Proactive with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to perform effectively under pressure.

 

8. Company Diving Representative

Requirements:

• IMCA or IDCI Air Diving Supervisor with valid membership, and proven experience in Oil & Gas diving operations.

• Minimum of 10 years of offshore construction and diving experience within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Self-motivated with strong judgment, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to lead, direct, and control operations.

• Proficient in both spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

 

9. Site Superintendent for PVV or Structure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1 or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, including at least 7 years in construction, fabrication, hook-up, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of EPSCI Oil & Gas projects, serving as a supervisor or in a related discipline.

• Proven experience with significant responsibilities in multidisciplinary projects.

• Possession of recognized and relevant technical expertise.

• Proactive with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work effectively under pressure.
