PT Tawun Gegunung Energi, an Oil & Gas company with operation field in Tuban – East Java, we are inviting candidates with high commitment and integrity to join the team.
1. DRILLING MANAGER
Job Roles:
- Leading the team of drilling supervisors and drilling engineers to provide drilling technical and engineering advice on Work Program & Budget, AFE’s Projects, procedures, and equipment/ technology required to improve cost effectiveness, operational efficiency, and safe delivery of current and proposed drilling projects.
- Plan or propose drilling projects and responsible for achieving the drilling targets in a safe manner at the estimated expenditure.
- Conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Manage drilling service providers and vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling operations while maintaining drilling operating records.
Requirement:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years drilling experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Having drilling experience in East Java area will be advantaged.
- In-depth knowledge on oil and gas field drilling procedures and practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders i.e. Pertamina EP, SKK Migas, etc.
- Understand the regulations and procedures that apply in the Pertamina EP and SKK Migas areas.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
- Ability to identify and resolve drilling operational issues and challenges.
- Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
2. FIELD DRILLING SUPERVISOR
Job Roles:
- Collaborate with drilling teams in Jakarta and Field Operation team to ensure all preparatory work for projects in the field runs smoothly, effectively, and efficiently and within budget.
- Prepare, coordinate, and evaluate the use of services and materials related to drilling operations so that they are in accordance with specifications and support the smooth and effective implementation of programs and reporting to drilling teams in Jakarta.
- Prepare and execute drilling program’s documents.
- Reporting and documenting operational activities regarding the progress of drilling programs to Jakarta’s team.
- Supervise and coordinate with Contractor’s Team to ensure all activities runs effectively, safely, and in accordance with the programs.
- Provide post drilling technical summary including lesson-learnt and final well reports.
Requirement:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as Drilling Supervisor in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Having drilling experience in East Java area will be advantaged.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding presentation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Work professionally and effectively in individual as well as a team.
3. COMPANY MAN
Job Roles:
- Supervising daily drilling activity to make sure the drilling operation align with the drilling programs.
- Coordinating the drilling progress and drilling obstacles with Drilling Department Team in Jakarta and Field.
- Preparing daily reports related to crew, drilling progress and operational issues, drilling data and reports (daily drilling reports, mud reports, rig operations, geological data, etc.) sufficiently and accurately.
- Conducting rig operation monitoring to improve reliability and efficiency
Requirement:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of well design, petroleum, and drilling engineering.
- Have a valid IADC Wellsharp/IWCF Drilling and APB Certificate.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and other applied Oil & Gas Drilling System).
- Excellent leadership skill.
- Able to speak English actively, both orally and in writing.
- Will be hired under Third Party Contract (TPC).
4. OPERATIONS ENGINEER
Job Roles:
- Perform engineering planning, design, and key factor for operations activities.
- Prepare Work Program and Budget (WP&B) and AFE documents and processing to Pertamina EP & SKK Migas.
- Responsible for projects execution until completion (Construction, Installation, Commissioning and Start Up).
- Monitor all production facilities operation and conduct maintenance strategy/ planning.
- Reviewing and optimize surface facility operation.
- Conducting assessments and analyses of risks and give recommendations based on the assessment results and mitigation.
Requirement:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Ability to design, planning, and modification for oil and gas production facilities.
- Ability to design construction, prepare MTO and commissioning of oil and gas production facilities.
- Experienced in reviewing & improving the engineering aspects related to FEED, COI & PLO certification, HAZID and HAZOP for Oil & Gas Facilities.
- Having project management certification will be advantageous
- Understanding SKK Migas PTK related to Operations Facilities Projects starting from Design, Budget (AFE), Tender and Project Execution as well as close out.
5. FIELD CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Job Roles:
- Planning & analyse maintenance activities & cost for all equipment in the Field.
- Planning & control progress construction all project in the Field.
- Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and systems for surface and subsurface facilities, including pumps, compressors and generators.
- Providing technical advice on specific technical aspects pertinent to the maintenance of platform systems and equipment.
- Coordinating closely with the Production Supervisor to carefully plan and interface all maintenance activities related to production equipment and essential services to ensure optimum timing and minimal impact in achieving daily production targets.
- Manage and ensure the availability of necessary tools and materials for maintenance task.
Requirement:
- Minimum S1 Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Experience in the maintenance of rotating and static/piping equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
- Able to use MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project for S-Curve & Monitoring Project).
6. MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
Job Roles:
- Able to overhaul generators and other rotating equipment such as pumps.
- Able to calculate the MTO requirements for pipe and fitting equipment.
- Able to overhaul and troubleshoot centrifugal pumps.
- Accustomed to creating daily reports, PM reports, and equipment troubleshooting reports.
- Understand the principles of inspecting mechanical equipment such as engine parts and pipeline systems (corrosion, thickness, hydrotesting, etc.).
- Understand and be able to create flowcharts such as line diagrams, engine system flowcharts, pipeline isometrics, etc.
- Understand the principles of safe work according to company and international standards.
Requirement:
- Minimum D3 Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Preferably domiciled in Tuban area or the nearby areas of East Java.
- Understanding of occupational safety procedures (K3LL) in oil and gas operations.
- Will be hired under Third Party Contract (TPC).
7. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
Job Roles:
- Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experienced in installing controls (motors) and calculating the MTO requirements for electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot generators, genset controls, and other electrical equipment, including performing preventive maintenance on generators and other electrical equipment.
- Experienced in creating daily reports, PM reports, and equipment troubleshooting reports.
- Able to read, modify, and understand the principles of wiring diagrams, such as One-Line Diagrams (SLDs) and similar diagrams.
- Experienced in testing and commissioning electrical equipment such as generators, panels, lighting, grounding, and lightning systems.
- Understands safe working principles according to company and international standards.
Requirement:
- Minimum D3 Graduate in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Preferably domiciled in Tuban area or the nearby areas of East Java.
- Understanding of occupational safety procedures (K3LL) in oil and gas operations.
- Will be hired under Third Party Contract (TPC).
8. OIL CHECKER
Job Roles:
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy, safety, and procedural compliance during the receiving and unloading of crude oil from tanker trucks to the CPA Mudi facility.
- Ensure that work tools (such as thermometers, thief samplers, water finding paste) are in good condition and calibrated.
- Prepare and check administrative documents for loading and unloading activities.
- Check and ensure the readiness of the truck for loading and unloading activities.
- Conducting measurements and recording of oil levels (ullage/innage), crude oil temperature, and BS&W Check in truck tanks.
- Supervise oil unloading activities at CPA Mudi in accordance with procedures and complete and sign all handover documents (BAST) with the driver and CPA Mudi.
Requirement:
- Minimum D3 Graduate in Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in related field in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Preferably domiciled in Tuban area or the nearby areas of East Java.
- Understanding the basics of measuring liquid volume (ullage/innage).
- Familiarity with field measuring instruments (thermometers, samplers).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel for record-keeping).
- Understanding of occupational safety procedures (K3LL) in oil and gas operations.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Will be hired under Third Party Contract (TPC).
