GGR (Geology, Geophysics, Reservoir Engineering) Manager

As an experienced professional, you will be leading a team undertaking Exploration and Reservoir Development, managing and developing current projects and new business in multi-national environment as directed by, and reporting to, senior management – specifically, for matters relevant to the above areas of responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support management in daily operations of the organization

• Manage geological, geophysical and reservoir evaluation and operations

• Manage and supervise consultants and service companies undertaking projects

• Manage the budgeting and financial control of operational expenditures

• Manage the receipt, filing and storage of relevant data according to corporate policies

• Ensure the Company's occupational safety, health and environment policy is effectively implemented

• Manage compliance with government, provincial and local regulations

• Manage socialization activities to ensure smooth running operations

• Undertake technical and commercial evaluation of new business opportunities as required

• Contribute as a member of the senior management team to develop company policy

• Perform other related duties as directed or as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications, Minimum Bachelor degree in Geological Sciences

• Minimum of 10 -15 years relevant experience

• High level of proficiency in spoken and written English

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, collaborates freely across business units

• Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to translate complex exploration issues for a lay audience, including executive, board and investors

• Technical knowledge and strategic planning skills to underpin strong Geoscience Management

• Proven record of managing multi-million dollar budgets across diverse teams and locations

• Commercially focused, adept at risk management and results driven

• Experience in complex business environments (domestic and international), including negotiation with government and legal professionals

Government Relations and Office Manager

As a committed professional with relevant experience, you will be leading the team in government relations and human resources management, in multi-national environment. You will also have developed relationship management skills within the government agencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and Support management in managing Government relations and Office management including relationship with Pertamina

• Provide business leadership support in developing and implementing government and its agency / state-owned enterprises policy initiatives including Ministry of ESDM, SKK Migas, Pertamina etc.

• Engage with government officials at all appropriate levels

• Lead and support all levels of management in obtaining approvals, licenses, permits from the government offices and/or Pertamina

• Identify and quantify the top governmental issues for the business

• Own, develop, and execute of a wide variety of marketing communications projects that support the strategic and operating goals of company’s business; projects include, but are not limited to: public relations, business press relations, branding, brochures, product data sheets, collateral, executive presentations, advertising, promotions, public relations, web content, trade shows, technical seminars, and customer events

• Manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. This position plans, directs, and coordinates human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, payroll, recruitment, personnel policies, training development, develop performance management system and regulatory compliance

• Manage relation and general affair activities

• To implement and manage the Industrial Relationship at the company efficiently

• Manage and control Company assets, facilities, services and day to day office operations. (Apartment, Office, Company car ect.)

• Manage the expatriate formalities strictly including fostering good relations with relevant government agencies, such as Manpower Office, Immigration Office, Local Government, etc.

• Manage the corporate legal documentation covering business licenses, reporting and registration

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Law or related

• Prior experience working on government affairs and industry-related issues

• Understanding of governmental policy development and decision-making processes, including ability to identify and have access to key decision maker

• Experience in Government Relationship

• Experience in Human Resources and General Affairs;

• Have thorough understanding on regulations relating to HR Field and Company operation

• Organized, analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure that daily HR & GA operations are running effectively and efficiently

• Fluent in English

• Strong orientation towards business growth

• Ability to advise personnel on cultural sensitivities critical to their effectiveness

Administration and Finance Support

As a professional with the right skills, you will be supporting management team in running the operations day to day. You also need to have the right attitude in working in dynamic working environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support management in daily operations of the organization

• Maintain Contracts and Agreements digitally, filing documents and maintaining log to ensure compliance.

• Work with the Finance and Procurement team for approval process

• Maintain record and keep track of inventory and assets lists

• Prepare, record, and process any expense, billing and related activities

• Assist accounting team with supporting documentation for journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation.

• Maintain required records, reports, and files in an organized manner.

• Perform other related duties as directed or as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline from a university in good standing

• Ability to use Microsoft suite of software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exits.

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

• One to two years office experience. Experience in accounting a plus but not required.
