We are currently looking for some professional and experienced candidates to fill the position for Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited as below:

1. Assistant Operator – Onshore

Work Location : Gresik – Jawa Timur

Work Schedule : Rotation

Responsibilities :

Report to Production Supervisor (Onshore) this position is accountable to Perform safe, compliant, environmentally friendly, quality and efficient day‐to‐day production activities at Pangkah Onshore Processing Facility (OPF) covering daily plant inspection, execution of first‐line maintenance, operations parameter monitoring and troubleshooting of Oil treatment facility, Gas processing facility and Liquified Petroleum Gas facility, adhering to SOPs, WIs and written or oral instructions from Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Graduated from Technical Diploma (D3), preferably Bachelor Degree (S1) major in engineering.

• Having valid certificate of Migas H2S/Gas Tester and Fire Fighting.

• Having valid certificate of Migas Operator Produksi is an advantage.

• Having minimum 3 years experience as plant operator or technician in the oil & gas industry.

• Good Knowledge on the oil and gas production, hydrocarbon separation and gas processing.

• Good Knowledge on the process equipments, rotary and static equipments.

• Good knowledge on the process control, instrumentation and utilities.

• Good knowledge on the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)

• Good knowledge on the HSE Management System, Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment and Permit to Work System.

• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

2. Assistant Operator – Offshore

Work Location : Gresik – Jawa Timur (Offshore)

Work Schedule : Rotation

Responsibilities :

Report to Production Supervisor (Offshore) this position is accountable to Perform safe, compliant, environmentally friendly, quality and efficient day‐to‐day production activities at Pangkah Offshore installation covering daily plant inspection, execution of first‐line maintenance, operations parameter monitoring and troubleshooting of Offshore wellhead platform and its facilities, adhering to SOPs, WIs and written or oral instructions from Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Graduated from Technical Diploma (D3), preferably Bachelor Degree (S1) major in engineering.

• Having valid certificate of Sea Survival, Migas H2S/Gas Tester and Fire Fighting.

• Having valid certificate of Migas Operator Produksi is an advantage.

• Having minimum 3 years experience as plant operator or technician in the Offshore environment of oil & gas industry.

• Good Knowledge on the oil and gas production and hydrocarbon separation processes, wellhead system, first line maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Good Knowledge on the process equipments, rotary and static equipments.

• Good knowledge on the process control, instrumentation and utilities.

• Good knowledge on the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)

3. Assistant Mechanical Technician – Offshore

Work Location : Gresik – Jawa Timur (Offshore)

Work Schedule : Rotation

Responsibilities :

Report to Maintenance Supervisor (Offshore) this position is accountable to Perform safe, compliant, quality and effective daily inspection, preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance, shutdown and unplanned maintenance for mechanical equipment (static, rotary and utility equipments) so that operating within design limits at Pangkah Offshore wellhead facilities adhering to the Company’s and HSE Standard & Policy and SOPs, WIs and written or oral instructions from Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Graduated from Technical Diploma (D3), preferably Bachelor Degree (S1) major in Mechanical engineering.

• Having valid certificate of Sea Survival, Migas H2S/Gas Tester and Fire Fighting.

• Having valid certificate of Lifeboat Coxswain is an advantage.

• Having minimum 3 years experience as mechanical technician in the Offshore environment of oil & gas industry.

• Basic Knowledge on the oil and gas production and hydrocarbon separation processes.

• Good Knowledge on the maintenance methode (PM, CM), mechanical maintenance tools and troubleshooting.

• Good Knowledge on the process equipments, rotary, static and utility equipments.

• Good knowledge on the maintenance and troubleshooting of pump, gas turbine compressor and gas turbine generator.

• Good knowledge on the Mechanical drawing, Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)

• Good knowledge on the HSE Management System, Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment and Permit to Work System.

• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

4. Assistant Electrical & Instrument (E/I) Technician – Offshore

Work Location : Gresik – Jawa Timur (Offshore)

Work Schedule : Rotation

Responsibilities :

Report to Maintenance Supervisor (Offshore) this position is accountable to Perform safe, compliant, quality and effective daily inspection, preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance, shutdown and unplanned maintenance for electrical and instrument equipment and tools, so that operating within design limits at Pangkah Offshore wellhead facilities adhering to the Company’s and HSE Standard & Policy and SOPs, WIs and written or oral instructions from Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Graduated from Technical Diploma (D3), preferably Bachelor Degree (S1) major in Electrical/Instrumentation engineering.

• Having valid certificate of Sea Survival, Migas H2S/Gas Tester and Fire Fighting.

• Having valid certificate of Lifeboat Coxswain is an advantage.

• Having minimum 3 years experience as E/I technician in the Offshore environment of oil & gas industry.

• Basic Knowledge on the oil and gas production and hydrocarbon separation processes.

• Good Knowledge on the maintenance methode (PM, CM), E/I maintenance tools and troubleshooting.

• Good Knowledge on the Instrumentation system, Process control, PLC and DCS (Honeywell, Yokogawa, Allen Bradley, and Scada system).

• Good knowledge and familiar with various instrumentation field devices inclusive F&G detections

• Good knowledge and having experiences with Turbotronic

• Good knowledge on the Process Flow Diagram (PFD), wiring diagram, and Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)

5. Sr. Operations Technical Analyst

Work Location : Jakarta

Work Schedule : Regular

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the development of Operations Annual WP&B Budget and AFEs proposal based on approved Integrated Field Plan which includes input from Subsurface, Drilling & Completion, SCM, HSE and if necessary Project & Development department and link with Finance for the WP&B and AFE consolidation as well as Closing out the completed AFE.

• Assist line Supervisor during project study, technical calculations, cost estimation and managing projects for plant improvement program.

• Supervise piping pre‐fabrication, installation that all of the work has meet with approved drawing and appropriate with specification. As well as pre‐commissioning and commissioning activities (Witness, monitoring, record and documentation)

• Provide piping engineering input during Pre‐FEED, FEED and Detail Design to the development of Scope of Work Document, monitor and review Contractor's piping engineering deliverables.

• In coordination with engineering discipline, define the Applicable Codes and Standard for Project

• Review Vendor documents to ensure that the vendor supplied meets the requirements (Approved Manufacturer List) and comply regarding to the technical specifications and data sheet.

• Perform internal and external inspections to determi ne if a product or equipment meets the acceptance criteria of a specific code, standard or document

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering

• 8 years relevant experience and minimum 5 years experience as Piping Engineer in major oil & gas and/or industrial project

• Have participated and contributed in regular quality assurance during the execution of project phases.

• Familiar with welding procedures and welding qualification.

• In‐depth knowledge on the project plan and stages

• Good knowledge on the oil & gas production and hydrocarbon separation processes will be advantage.

• Additional qualification such as Welding Inspector, Piping Stress Analysis and International codes and standard (ASME, ANSI, API, AWS, NFPA, ASTM) will be advantage.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• In‐depth knowledge and skills using Computer Literacy, AutoCAD.

• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines

6. Sr. Finance Officer – Cost Control

Work Location : Jakarta

Work Schedule : Regular

Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance to PTK SKKMigas on preparing all AFE cost controlling for AFE and expenditures:

• Cost Controller for Operations unit and Logistic activities according to business procedures, PTK and good governance compliance

• Maintain good coordination with Internal Technical team to support project activities related to AFE compliances process and cost monitoring.

• Monitor and review AFE actual cost for Operations and Logistic against budget

• Coordinate & analyze monthly accrual for Operations Opex and Logistic from budget owner

• Prepare PPP/PIS for completed projects; to be compliance with PTK SKK Migas and support the preparation for SKK Migas discussion

• Coordinate and prepare AFE closed out package to SKK Migas for Operations and Support AFE closed out meeting with SKK Migas PBO.

• Support WP&B meeting for Production Exploration Section (BS‐8)

• Support Forecast & Actual meeting and its its monitoring

• Conduct best practice research and provide recommendation to improve policy & procedures

• Good knowledge on HSE Management System

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting

• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience: Accounting Area, FQR, AFE, Cost Control activities preferable previous experience in oil and gas industry.

• Familiar with SAP FI‐CO

• Strong analytical skills

• High level interpersonal skill, Excellent communication skills and strong team player.

• English literacy, spoken and written.

7. Drilling – QA/QC Engineer

Work Location : Jakarta

Work Schedule : Regular

Description:

Drilling QA/QC Specialist is responsible for the delivery of Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities through the active participation in the monitoring, audit and review processes and providing advice on Quality related issues and plans in accordance with company standards. The role also requires the coordination of all inspection services on material, equipment and services pertaining to drilling, completion and intervention operations. The maintaining of records and preparation of documentation to meet operational and regulatory requirements. Maintaining, designing and controlling quality strategies and quality management systems, also consists of providing support to the QA/QC coordinator for ensuring that all risk factors have been scientifically assessed.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Establishing Quality Plans for the various phases and activities of drilling, completions and interventions

• Establishing Supplier/Contractor Quality Requirements

• Ensure all Supplier/Contractor documentation is verified and in place in accordance with material and equipment specification

• Perform QA/QC witnessing, monitoring and load out surveillance services in accordance with industry and company standards

• Conduct NCR investigation as required with Focal Point to determine root cause and corrective action.

• Undertaking the monitoring and measuring activities to monitor and measure Supplier/Contractor performance

• Conducting supplier audits to ensure compliance to quality and contractual requirements

• Managing the close out of NCRs arising and review for trends and report to Drilling Superintendent.

• Actively support a working culture based on respect for health, safety and environmental issues and maintenance of a high level of asset integrity

• Coordinate the execution of inspection assignments to ensure all expediting, progress measurement and verification activities are performed in accordance with the specified requirements

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor degree from recognized institution

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in oil and gas

• Experience QA/QC of Drilling , Completion, and Well Intevention equipment and environment.

• Practical and hands on experience of drilling equipment and associated components

• Detail knowledge and experience of QA/QC principles and practices

• Ability to communicate effectively by way of written reports and presentation to others

• Strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams

• Good knowledge on HSE Management System

• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines
