1. Job Title: HSE Officer Risk Management

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe; 12 months

• 10+ years experience in HSE in Oil/Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical

• Bachelor Degree – Environmental Engineering or Diploma - Occupational Safety and Health

• Perform Risk Assessment Management i.e. Bow Tie ; HAZID and HAZOP ; Safety and Environment Critical Element (SECE)

• Ensure the effectiveness of implementation on Contractor EHS Management Plan focusing on High Risk Contractors

• Prepare and manage Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (Significant Hazard Risk Register-SHRR ; Job Risk Assessment etc )

2. Job Title: Field Inspector

Balikpapan, 24 months

- Inspection and verification of both in process and completed work activities including witnessing construction/performance testing performed by construction or contractor as directed by the Assistant QA/QC Manager or Construction Manager or Commissioning Manager

- Required to complete daily inspection reports/checklists and maintain records until time of turnover

- Performs surveillances, assessments, or audit of Company or subcontractor

- Develops reports for the Assistant QA/QC Manager or Construction Manager or Commissioning Manager on the status and quality of work accomplished. Reports include QC or related reports from subcontractor.

- Supports and participates in HSE audits and assessments

- Provides input to monthly Quality Report

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Naval Engineer

- 5+ years as Inspector in Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical Plant

- Valid Certification in MIGAS Inspection

- For Rotating Equipment Inspection:

o Has a wide range of experience in the Rotating engineering with specific in design and planning for Rotating Equipment of RFCC project and License Unit Plant, include Main Air Blower & Expander for RFCC plant, Large Steam Turbine and Compressors

- For Piping Inspection:

o Has experience as Piping Engineer especially for developing systems of piping stress & vibration analysis in in piping engineering & design, construction of piping and piping rack, responsible for the design, analysis and review for Piping systems. in gas processing plants and utility facilities, and perform Piping equipment engineering include study, calculation, datasheet in Piping System with a high level of quality.

- For Electrical Inspection:

o Experience in Electrical engineering with specific in design and planning for Electrical Power Generating System, Power System Analysis (ETAP Software Program) System, Electrical Power Management System.

- For Welding Inspection:

o Experience as Piping Engineer especially for developing systems of piping stress & vibration analysis in in piping engineering & design. Minimum CSWIP 3.2 and/or ASNT Level II (RT, UT, MT, PT) to cover the non-destructive testing overseeing the application and viewing results.

- For Stationary Equipment Inspection:

o Experience as Equipment Engineer especially for Major Process Equipment such as Reactor/Regenerator, Large Column, Steam Boiler

- For Marine/Offshore Inspection:

o Experience in Marine Vessel Inspection

- For Pipeline Inspection:

o Experience in the field supervisory of piping installation including pipeline routing, sizing, isometric, materials selection, corrosion protection and tie-in procedures. Proven ability to perform Piping and pipeline installation and testing with a high level of quality in gas processing plants and utility facilities

- For I & C Inspection:

Experience in Electrical & Instrumentation engineering with specific in design and planning for Electrical Power Generating System, Power System Analysis (ETAP Software Program) System, RFCC, Hydrotreating, reforming, and hydrocracking plant include Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) and Emergency Shutdown System (ESD)

3. Job Title: Assurance Officer

Balikpapan, Local, 12 months

• The QA/QC Assurance Officer is a member of the project quality team and undertakes the administration function across the various documents and records being managed, with support to the active projects during the various phases to completion.

• Become the Project champion and focal point for training personnel in the use of EMS, covering WKS and WPMP to ensure that Project Management Systems are understood and maintained to a high level of compliance.

• Develop and work closely with project quality management teams, project construction and project management community across the project. Champion the quality administration functions and deliver timely and accurate outcomes for the teams deliverables

• Suppliers, Contractors and Client’s Project Management Systems are implemented in compliance with the requirements of the Client’s Enterprise Management System (EMS) consistent with specific location, regulatory and contractual requirements through the developed project management plans.

• Effective implementation and coordination the assurance program across the quality team, covering internal and supplier assessments and audits, prequalification and selection processes.

• Adequacy of technical review of supplier data submissions typically including; Quality Plans, ITP’s and Quality verification records and reports as applicable to completions dossiers and data reports as a prerequisite to mechanical completion (MC1), pre-commissioning and commissioning handover dossier completion.

• Advanced proficiency with applicable software applications in related field (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Accuracy and attention to detail critical. Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities is critical.

• Key support to quality team with administration of various reports, records and data. Collation of data and records from the field activities and able to develop into reporting template for project deliverable. Capable of developing presentation slide packs for reporting quality management statistics and reviews.

• Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively communicate in English. Commitment to customer service and ability to assist others in applying knowledge and understanding in solving functional problems within area of expertise. Ability to maintain confidential information is critical.

• Undertake general administration activities such as typing, editing of documents as required, registering new documents with document control practices. Support creation of deliverable documents for submission  to Pertamina, plans, procedures, workflows, alerts, reports, presentations, photocopying and distribute  records as directed. Assist with organising meetings and conference rooms across various office locations.

Required:

• Proven experience in a business and/or project administration role or closely related fields of engineering office, records management or document control.

• 5+ years industry experience, including at least 2 year in project quality administration / assurance officer and/or closely related fields of engineering support, records management or document control.

4. Position Title: Officer HSE

Balikpapan, 37 months

No rotation

Requirements:

- Bachelor in Engineering

- 7+ years’ experience of managing HSE or Work Permit systems in greenfield construction/ commissioning/ startup projects in Oil & Gas, Semiconductors, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Power Generation.

- Familiar with the following HSSE Methodologies and procedure in refinery ISBL & OSBL process units:

1. Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) at site

2. Preparation and implementation of relevant site HSSE procedure

3. Hazardous waste management and control

4. Air pollution management and control

5. Noise management and control

6. Radioactive radiation management and control

Job Descriptions:

- You will be responsible for the coordination of the work permits on the project. General responsibility for work authorization/permitting and defining the permit conditions within a facility remains under the Facilities Owner (FO).

- Assure project compliance with Permit-To-Work system.

- Check work permits for administrative items, such as if all required signatures are in place, if PPHA is available for the job, if the permit validity period complies with FO’s defined time frame.

- Notify FO in case of a potential SIMOPS issues (e.g., work on the same equipment / area where other crews have open permits for).

- Review contractor work requests and ensure strict adherence to approval flow, timeframes, and other permitting requirements

- Ensures expired work permits are closed, cancelled or renewed as the case maybe

- Support contractors maintain compliance with the procedures and standards.

- Advise Monitor & Audit Permit-To-Work (PTW) activities.

- Operate permit system in areas simultaneous construction and commissioning activities

- Conduct site inspections, particularly high-risk activities that should be checked daily for adherence to PTW requirements.

- Mentor, train and develop trainees as and when assigned.

- Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment by following HES regulations and HES standards, policies and procedures.

- Set personal example to all employees regarding commitment and importance of PTW systems within the organization.

- Effectively integrate Permit-To-Work system into the project.

5. Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

Timika, Expatriate, 12 months

Provide commercial support to the project team, maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and ensure that the Company’s objectives are achieved. They will liaise with customer representatives and other third parties on commercial issues including agreement of variations, claims and any additional payments.

• Reporting ensure robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit level

• Ensure accurate cash flow reporting takes place

• Carry out cost management including forecasting Update the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans and have accountability, along with the project team for the commercial performance and strategy processes

• Help ensure that commercial processes are adhered to across the business unit

• Actively seek to improve processes and procedures

• Have a good understanding of the processes and procedures used by any JV/Alliance and assist in their development and improvement

• Ensure that any main contracts entered into have terms and conditions that are appropriate with commercial risks identified

• Ensure that the supply chain are engaged appropriately with the correct contract terms and conditions

• Ensure that good client relationships are fostered

• Be responsible for subcontract letting, negotiation and financial accounting Internal relationships

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

7. Job Title: Field Document Controller

Timika, 12 months

• 10+ years of experience as Field Document Controller

• The controller is in charge of workflow, including letting a person or group of people know that action needs to be performed on a file to complete a process. Recordkeeping may be needed for internal systems and external clients as well as regulatory and legal compliance, depending on the industry. Many companies use electronic document management systems to track digital documents. EDMS software acts as a digital file cabinet that allows for quick sorting and retrieval of digital "paperwork." The software works hand-in-hand with scanners that convert paper documents.

6. Has experience as SPM / Naval Architect Supervisor especially construction of the of entire offshore facility of SPM and mooring, specifications, performing mooring and SPM buoy design analysis, reviewing and implementing government regulations and industry codes.

7. Must have a working knowledge of the applicable codes and standards, and working knowledge of the applicable software to the SPM & Mooring design.

8. It has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Pipeline System in gas processing plants and utility facilities

9. Working knowledge in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs

10. Has experience in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Management System.

11. Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.

9. Job Title: HSSE Assistant Manager

6. Has Experience in Performing Construction Sites Safety Management and Establishment of HSSE management plan & procedures

7. Has an excellent knowledge of the latest edition of relevant internationally recognized Codes and Standards.

8. Has working knowledge for computer programs application in design activities.

9. Has a strong leadership and good interpersonal skill

10. Job Title: Project Field Engineer Manager

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe, Expatriate, 22 months

• Regional Exapt or KITAS Holder is preferable

• Expertise in Refinery, Petrochemical, LNG, Shutdown, and Turnaround

• Lead the IPMT Field Engineering Team all disciplines

• Verify items are installed per the drawings, standards and specifications

• Punch List and document defective items and maintain reports

• Verify "HOLD" items that has been identified in the ITBas the Pertamina Rep

• Verify Red Line Documents

• Sign off system turnover documents

• Act as leader in PSSR reviews

• Provide guidance to OA on NCR's

• Interface with Pertamina and PMC Engineering Team as required

• Attend site safety walks on a weekly basis

• Manage responses of site queries and requests from the EPC Contractors In a timely manner

• Liaise with Site Personnel, Contractors and Procurement team to obtain schedule and progress information, help develop schedules and report trends, highlight issues and trends that have the potential to impact project progress

• Verify Contractor progress claims and claims for variations

• Liaise with Operations in planning for construction activities dependent on plant shutdowns and Turnarounds

• Provide visible leadership to the PMC and EPC construction teams

• Provide construction guidance and input to the EPC detaiied design

• Participate in constructability and risk reviews

• Provide strategic instruction to the EPC construction and management personnel

• Liaise and align with the Pertamina Construction Manager on a daily basis

• Ensuring the EPC contractor is established and monitored for efficient and competent execution

• Ensure the EPC contractor has developed and implemented the required execution plans and procedures

Requirements:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Electrical/Instrument Engineering

• Max. 60 (sixty) years old with good with good medical record clearance

• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position AND min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position at least for 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical Project (i.e. refinery Project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).

• Has minimum 10 (ten) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical Project (i.e. refinery Project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).

• Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience with off shore subsea pipelines

• Has experience in refinery and petrochemical plant construction preferably large diameter tank with pipeline utilities.

• Has experience in refinery and petrochemical construction for at least 5 years.

• Has experience to conduct training, prepare manual, procedure for Start Up Plant Construction Method

• Has experience in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Management System

• Has working knowledge for computer programs application in design activities

• Has an excellent knowledge of the latest edition of relevant internationally recognized Codes and Standards.

• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed construction in mechanical activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
