Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (abbreviated as “HCML”) is one of the Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) of Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business (SKK Migas), Ministry of Energy & Minerals, as a representative of the Government of Republic of Indonesia to conduct exploration and exploitation of Oil & Gas in Madura Strait. Our Company is based in Jakarta with operation fields covering some areas in East Java, including Sumenep, Sampang, Pasuruan, and Probolinggo offshore. To sustain its successful operation, the company has also opened its Regional Office in Surabaya.

Sr. Engineer Drilling
Responsibilities:
To conduct drilling technical studies and provide recommendations for drilling operations, completion and workover operations, in alignment to HCML procedures, to enable effective drilling.
The detailed Job Description as follows:
• To generate, prepare, and conduct optimization for Drilling and Completion program by evaluate technical studies related to drilling process, including offset wells, wells design, cementing, mud design and drilling procedure to support drilling operation.
• To be involve in procurement of drilling services and goods by generate and specify scope of work, technical requirement, engineering estimation, as well as to involve during technical inspection and evaluation.
• Assess and evaluate technical aspect related to drilling process in bidding documents submitted by third parties and provide recommendations on the technical capabilities of each third party.
• Drilling and completion operation monitoring, and provide recommendation for drilling and completion operation with objective of having effective drilling operation and minimize cost spending.
• Ensure that all drilling engineering activities comply with Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures
• Propose Authorization for Expenditures (AFE) estimation and provide advises to drilling management regarding equipment order with long lead time for purchasing.
• Prepare “post well” reports and other required technical reports.
• Support communication regarding technical analyses and recommendations of drilling process with third parties, partners and SKK Migas.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (S1) in Petroleum Engineering or related Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 8-10 years' experience in Oil and Gas industry.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Drilling Engineer
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the Offshore environment.
• Excellent Communication, especially communication in English (verbal and writing).

Drilling Supervisor
Responsibilities:
To lead the drilling activities on site and act as HCML’s representative in external activities in order to ensure the drilling runs in line with the plan on time in budget within meeting the QHSE requirement.
The detailed Job Description as follows:
• Act as company representative on the drilling rig during drilling & completion operation.
• To participate drilling program preparation and risk assessment.
• To monitor and control the drilling & completion execution (technical and management aspect) at the rig in order to ensure the activities runs in accordance with HCML requirements stated in drilling & completion program. The activities to be supervised by HCML Drilling Supervisor includes but not limited to Control QHSE, cost and progress of well-site operation as per the assigned program, etc.
• Work together with Drilling & Completion team in the preparation of all the goods and service tender for MDA-MBH drilling & completion project to ensure the tendering process in line with Drilling & Completion requirement.
• To participate in the Drilling & Completion peer review, Drill well on paper exercise, Complete well on paper exercise, Risk assessments, etc.
• Shorebase activities monitoring during operation preparation phase.
• Drilling inventory monitoring and supervise the maintainance and inspection.
• Service company workshop and equipment inspection.
• Lab test and drilling tools pre-assembly witness during preparation phase.
• To support, coordinate and supervise BD well integrity activities as may be required from time to time.
• Participate in EOWR preparation during and after drilling operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (S1) in Petroleum Engineering, Mettalurgical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering background.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil and Gas industry.
• Minimum 6 years' experience as a Drilling Engineer
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the Offshore environment.
• Having IADC/IWCF Well Control Certification would be advantage.
• Excellent Communication, especially communication in English (verbal and writing).

Sr. Engineer Completion
Responsibilities:
The role of Completion Engineer is to design, plan, direct and coordinate well completion, well intervention and well integrity activities to be in line with internal and external guidelines, to ensure HCML wells are safe, reliable and efficient for gas production.
The detailed Job Description as follows:
• Supervise and monitor well completion and intervention executed by third parties, including HSE and Security procedures to ensure compliance of well completion to HCML policies, guidelines, procedures and governmental regulations.
• Ensure that all well completion and intervention activities comply with Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures
• Ensure that all well completion & intervention activities, improvements, and non-conformances are adequately documented and readily available in database to optimize the knowledge management and study process.
• Apply strategy into activities of the completion and well intervention planning phase and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Develop procedures to carry out safe and efficient well completion, well intervention and workover programs.
• Direct the execution of well completion, well intervention and work over programs to optimize the well performance on site while ensuring safety compliance.
• Prepare well completion related tenders and evaluation of contractors’ proposals.
• Prepare wells completion AFE. Track daily cost of completion operations and compare it with estimated cost. Ensure that well completion costs are within the budget estimates.
• Provide Equipment forecast for Completion activity. Prepare Equipment Delivery Plans In conjunction with the logistics and drilling support team.
• Carry out risk assessment of each particular operation and communicate to the operation personnel.
• Coordinate and prepare recommendations and comment on End of Well Reports and continuous improvement programs. Update lesson learned database and make recommendations for avoiding problems experienced in the past.
• Coordinate and follow up preparation of the documents necessary for obtaining approvals from SKKMigas.
• Ensure correct data is entered in daily report database. Produce and issues reports for wells after completion activities. Coordinate processing of end of well reports from contractors. Update well files data after well completion.
• Keep track of latest new technological developments at the market. Select and recommend the most promising ones to achieve completion objectives or to improve the quality of & saving time of routine completion jobs.
• Develop and maintain policies/procedures/standards supporting well integrity activities
• Plan and organize well intervention diagnosis and remediation operations,
• Evaluate QA/QC of all consumables and materials delivered, to ensure they are conforming to HCML requirements and specifications.
• Evaluate reports issued from the completion contractors including the daily well-cost estimate in timely manner.
• Communicate the drilling & completion activities with third parties, partners (HCML JV) and SKKMigas.
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (S1) in Petroleum Engineering, Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering background.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil and Gas industry.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Completion Engineer
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the Offshore environment.

Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:
To provide mechanical engineering expertise to support the sustainability of production and safe operation.
The detailed job description as follows:
• Conduct mechanical engineering activities to ensure that all required technical activities are executed to support sustainability of production.
• Safeguard Company technical & contractual interests with respect to all Mechanical and Piping Engineering and Procurement activities
• Participate in all key design, operability and maintainability reviews and ensure timely close out of all review action items related to mechanical engineering.
• Design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning on piping, flowline, and other mechanical equipment.
• To lead the execution of small projects (brownfield modification) including, design, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising.
• Conduct troubleshooting, failure analysis, and participates in RCA, RCM, and RBI studies for the equipment
• Work with the facility integrity team to conduct the inspection processes, including under water inspection, pipeline inspection, pipeline cleaning, etc., to ensure that all necessary inspection processes are executed in compliance with HCML guidelines and policies as well as government regulations.
• Conduct the corrosion monitoring and coordinate the process of corrosion monitoring to ensure alignment with budget, schedule, as well as HCML procedures and standards
• Coordinate the Management of Change (MOC) process so that any change that has safety implications should can be carefully evaluated and monitored, including performing a hazard analysis as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering background and equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 6-8 years' experience in Mechanical Engineering function in Oil and Gas industry, with gradually increasing responsibilities in managing functions.
• Have experience in Corrosion management is an advantage
• Technical Oil and Gas knowledge.
• Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.
• Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products.
• Managerial and Communication skill, especially communication in English (verbal and writing).
