1. POSITION : Piping Superintendent

Education : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 7 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

Work location : Karimun

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Have a good communication in English

2. Having capability to interface the Client, managing the contract and the development of the activities.

3. Able to supervise and execute site commissioning activity in safe manner.

4. Knowledge of all the main international construction standards, codes and regulations.

5. Knowledge of prefabrication, fabrication and installation methodologies for piping, piping underground, & steel structures.

6. Ability to read and interpret technical project documents such as isometrics, standards for supports, P&IDs, piping arrangements, plot plants, alignment sheet, project installation procedures.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected.

• Ensure the fulfilment of the project quality and contractual requirements.

• Set-up time schedule adhering to the time frame allocated to the specific scope of work.

• Arrange for the correct and cost-effective performance of mechanical construction works, in accordance with the established operating programs, coordinating and controlling the activities performed by the dependent teams.

• Give all information regarding the progress of the work indicating the cause of deviations between the program and the work carried out and propose solutions and/or request instructions to overcome these problems. Control production parameters in terms of efficiency and productivity.

• Ensure proper discipline workflow, interfacing with all the project organization.

• Support the resolution of technical problems encountered during the execution of the works.

• Ensure the correct quantities accounts of the works, including updating man-hours and cost estimates for scope of work changes.

• Ensure the supervision and monitoring of the works performed, subcontracted or in direct hiring. Coordinate human and technical resources, indicating any needs or surplus. Plan and monitor vendors or any specialist activities at site.

• Manage the technical and administrative documentation

• Ensure the achievement of the MC certificate according to priority and systemization done by commissioning, being responsible for certification and punch list clearance.

2. POSITION : Material Coordinator

Education : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Have a good communication in English

2. Preferable experience in SAP system and proficiency in excel office

3. Having experience to co-ordinate assets personnel and supervise equipment maintenance and logistic Base activities

4. Capability to ensure efficient management of marine base in order to grant necessary support to the vessel and the project operating in the area, ensuring a proper application of marine, statutory and applicable codes and regulation.

5. Knowledge of functional requirements of the Port Facility Safety and Security Management System, the best practices of the ISPS code and relevant general administrative activities with regard to: smooth management processes, record monitoring and storage, fulfilment of the financial requirements, compliance with the best management practices

6. Capability to monitor lifting gears certification process in line with company and local regulations.

7. Having knowledge of the main risks during the operation activities and safe working and environmental protection procedures/practices & rules to be applied. Knowledge of adequate Personal Protective Equipment - purpose, use and maintenance Knowledge and the correct use of Permit to Work system.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Co-ordinate personnel, asset and safety on the base.

• Compile expenditure budgets and control costs.

• Ensure timely follow-up of required maintenance of Base facilities and equipment.

• Ensure appropriate level of reliability.

• Grant regular reporting as per company rules.

• Manage the base warehouse and replenish stock in accordance with scheduled repairs.

• Supervise the correct operation of warehouse management information packages.

• Supervise the correct application of safety procedures and standards.

• Review the inventory of Patrimonial Assets on the base and handle technical and operational requests on the base.

• Supervise the correct storage and maintenance of assets in the base.

• Control of schedule and costs

• Grant the management of marine/logistic base concerning the support to vessel operating in the area.

• Ensure the correct application of the ISPS Code for the Port Facility in line with contracting government requirement and in line with international standards.

3. POSITION : Hook Up Leader

Education : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

Work location : Karimun

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Having at least 12 years experience in construction and oil gas

2. Have a good communication in English

3. Specific knowledge and site experience of multidisciplinary hook-up works, and their coordination with construction activities, offshore installation, marine spread operations and commissioning sequences.

4. Capability to develop, coordinate and supervise hookup engineering.

5. Capability to prepare offshore manpower histogram and hook-up job cards based on hook-up scope of work and in accordance with the defined plans for construction, installation and commissioning.

6. Capability to analyse engineering documents.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Propose engineering solutions aiming at identifying optimised configurations for transportation and installation with available marine spread, minimizing offshore Hook-ups and optimizing construction sequences and methodology at Site.

• Provide Hook-up inputs to the engineering reviews (Constructability, 3D model, HAZID, etc.).

• Participate in the execution of the Hook-up engineering, including identification of multidisciplinary Hook-up activities, preparation of Hook-up procedures and assembling of necessary project documentation in disciplines Work Packages.

• Liaise with Hook-up Planning and Control Analyst for setting up Hook-up Job Cards based on scope of work and in accordance with the defined plans for construction, installation and commissioning.

• Elaborate Hook-up project deliverables list and ensure that documents and procedures are developed and issued accordingly.

• Define the preparation of Subcontracts scopes and Technical Bid Evaluations related to Hook-up activities.

• Ensure the correct interfaces with other project functions during Hook-up engineering activities.

• Collect red mark-up engineering documents at site for final As-Built drawings preparation.

• Support Hook-up Manager ensuring the necessary follow-up of Hook-up engineering activities either from Home Office, Yard or Site, including inputs for Job Cards updating as necessary.

• Supervise the analysis of Hook-up requirements relevant to Welding, Painting, Coating and Quality Control activities and the implementation of any special requirement, ahead the offshore campaign.

4. POSITION : Painting & Coating Engineer

Department/Project : Offshore Engineering – Material and Corrosion

Education : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position specially in Oil & Gas

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Education background Material or Metallurgy Engineering

2. Familiar with Coating Engineering, Inspection and application

3. Familiar with international standard and code related to Material and Coating

4. Good technical writing skills

5. Able to work under supervise & instruction from PSL/HOD and work with other discipline as team

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

The Engineer executes the activities within own area of responsibility, ensuring the compliance with the QA/QC and HSE requirements.

Tasks include:

A. Research and Development

• Research and develop coating, painting and field joint coating materials and systems

• Research and develop FJC equipment

• Witness the field joint coating related trials

• Prepare the technical specification related to development of the field joint coating equipment and consumables

• Perform review and technical evaluation of offers from the field joint coating equipment manufacturer

• Perform/supervise the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

• Prepare the budget related to the field joint coating research and development operations

• Optimize the existing field joint coating equipment

• Provide technical assistance to the R&D department for the field joint coating equipment and materials

B. Feasibility Study

• Perform the feasibility studies for suitability of the coating, painting and field joint coating systems and equipment C. Bidding Phase of the Project

• Review the received documents and elaborate the input data related to the coating, painting and field joint coating works

• Select the suitable coating, painting and field joint coating materials and systems

• Prepare the technical qualifications related to the coating, painting and field joint coating

• Prepare the specifications and technical requisitions related to the coating, painting and field joint coating materials and services

• Estimate the field joint coating cycle time (assisted by the Field Joint Coating Technology Engineer)

• Estimate the required man-hours related to the coating, painting and field joint coating engineering works in case of the project award

• Perform the technical evaluation of the offers received from Vendors related to the supply of the coating, painting and field joint coating materials and services (if any)

• Interface with the Asset Department for determination of the lay out of the FJC stations onboard the pipe laying vessel and for of availability of the field joint coating equipment

• Evaluate the equipment necessary to perform the job and feasibility study of the field joint coating operation on board pipe laying vessel including equipment that shall be developed fit for purpose

• Prepare the FJC method statement when the FJC operations shall be carried out directly by Saipem

• Prepare the technical offer for the field joint coating operations done by Saipem

• Prepare the budget related to the field joint coating operations done by Saipem

5. POSITION : Cost Control Engineer

Education : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : 10 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

Work location : Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Fluent in Microsoft Excel.

2. Understand SQL Language.

3. Knowledge of international and national accounting standards and principles (mainly IAS/IFRS) in order to understand and analyse financial books and records.

4. Capability to manage complete project cost estimation critically analysing different cost estimate solutions on the basis of external input or elements arising from new contexts, supporting the risk evaluation with cost estimate elements.

5. Knowledge of the process of preparing, evaluating, negotiating and proposing contractual documentation concerning partners, suppliers and customers.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

At project initial phase:

• After contract award, ensure the implementation of the Cost Control System, elaborating the consolidated Cost Breakdown Structure according to the relevant procedure, reviewing the procurement/accountin g system adopted in each Operating Companies/Branches involved into the project, and verifying the application of the CBS and the cost traceability.

• Issue the Project Cost Control Procedure, Cost Coding Manual and Risk Managemen t Plan, for the Project Control Manager verification, according to standards and contract specification and configure the Cost Breakdown Structure to monitor procurement and accounting activities.

• If not provided during the commercial phase, split the Commercial Budget according to the intercompany scheme, contract and work schedule, in order to report revenues/costs by entity, currencies, and main cost accounts and prepare the cash-flow by currency.

• Coordinate the risk management activities startup organizing the first brainstorming and the qualitative / quantitative assessment of the identified risks and opportunities.

• Carry out the Montecarlo Analysis.

During the project execution phase:

• Ensure the Cost Control System works effectively and cost status is soundly assessed and reported.

• Monitor activity progress and the relevant earned value, as well as the value of work done against the invoices received, determining the monthly accruals (to have accounts in line with works progress).

• Support the Project during the contract changes/claims process providing the cost impact analysis and keep updated the cost/revenues forecast relevant to intercompany services.

• Analyze committed costs and activities to-date, review the estimate to complete, isolating any deviation from baselines or adverse trend and warn the PM on time to take corrective actions in order to prevent overruns.

• Maintain the risk management process organizing periodic meetings and verifying the risk owner feedback.

• Issue the project and company reporting.

At project closure

• Support the Project Control Manager in the preparation of the Project close-out Report and the costfeed-back data to Project Control and Commercial Departments.
