PT Rekayasa Cakrawala Resources (RECARE) was established on July 27, 2006, in Jakarta by PT Rekayasa Engineering, one of the leading engineering companies in Indonesia. When it was founded, RECARE's main business was Man Power Supply to meet the workforce needs of PT Rekayasa Industri (REKIND), and along the way we also provide a professional workforce for bigger-scope projects.

We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

1. CONTRACT ENGINEER

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering

• Min 5 years experience in EPC Company

• Min 3 years experience in contractual

• Fluent in English both speaking and writing

• Be able to work in various location

• Have a good communication skill

2. INTERNAL AUDIT ISO

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

• Experience in EPC, Oil and Gas, or Petrocemical Company

• Min. 3 years experience in related position

• Excellent in Microsoft Office

• Well organized and attention to detail

• Contract-Based

• Willing to work in South Jakarta

3. MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Bachelor Degree (S1) Graduated from Marketing Management, Marketing Communication or similar background from reputable university.

• Having min 2-3 years experience in handling proposal / bidding for EPC or Oil and Gas project.

• Contract Based

• Placement: HO - Kalibata, South Jakarta

4. COST CONTROL ENGINEER

• Bachelor degree on related major from reputable university

• Posses 3-5 years experience as Cost Control in EPC or Oil & Gas Industry.

• Comprehensive knowledge in Primavera, Ms. Project.

• Contract Based

• Placement: HO - Kalibata, South Jakarta

5. IT BUSINESS ANALYST

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analyst or related field from reputable university

• 5 years experiences as IT Business Analyst

• Strong communication skill

• Highly analytical and structured approach on problem solving

• Experienced to make reports of relevant business trends and opportunities for business improvement

• Contract based

• Willing to work in South Jakarta

6. CORPORATE STRATEGY

• Bachelor's Degree in Economy, Management or Business

• Min. 2 years experience in this position

• Good knowledge in Business Plan and Risk Management

• Experience in Internal Audit is preferable

• Contract based

• Willing to work in South Jakarta

7. PROJECT CONTROL

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

• At least 3 - 5 years experience as Project Control

• Experience in general construction/ building/ mining/ plant

• Comprehensive in using Ms. Project, Primavera

• Have knowledge in various project control practices

• Great Skill on Scheduling and Costing Methods

• High Skill for Communication and Coordination

• Proficient in operating Ms. Office

• Willing to work in surface Mine, UG Mine, Papua

• Contract Based

8. SALES ENGINEER

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

• At least 5 years experience as Sales Engineer in EPC / Material Industry Trading

• Experience in EPC/Oil & Gas/Power Plant/Renewable Energy Company

• Contract Based
