We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:
11. Senior Counsel Contracts
JOB ROLES
• Support Chief Counsel Contracts and provide high level legal support to all relevant Departments and Teams with respect to procurement and other contracts, including confidentiality agreements, service contracts, survey contracts, supply contracts, drilling contracts, lease agreements, FEED, EPCI and O&M contracts and other relevant oil & gas industry contracts ("Contracts");
• Draft and review Contracts to ensure that all Contracts are (i) in compliance with (a) all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines including PTK-007 (as revised), (b) INPEX policies, guidelines and procedures and (c) the highest professional standards, (ii) reflect the commercial agreement between the parties and (iii) adequately protect INPEX’s interests from a legal and risk perspective;
• Prepare and maintain standard model Contracts as applicable;
• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders with respect to Contract implementation, including queries on potential disputes, complaints or referrals to the relevant Regulator; and responding to external parties with respect to the same;
• Representation on the INPEX Procurement and Tender Committees;
• Assist in managing the engagement of external legal advisors, including assessing the performance of external legal advisors, managing budget and controlling expenditure;
• Provide regular and ad hoc updates to Chief Counsel Contracts and Sr. Manager Legal on ongoing matters.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Law. Masters or other advanced post-graduate degree in Law preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience with 8 years of legal experience in the oil and gas industry and with experience on Contract drafting and advice.
• International experience/background preferred.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, with a strong ability to draft legal documents in English.
12. Mechanical Superintendent (Static & Piping) (FPSO)
JOB ROLES
• Control and Monitor FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping project plan, strategy and target; Evaluate FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping strategic plan, detailed design and detailed project plan and target according to knowledge, best practices and engineering principles for FEED phase as guideline; Coordinate FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping engineering project schedule interface and integration to other Groups and Departments, in order to ensure availability of integrated FPSO mechanical engineering project plan;
• Review, Monitor, and update FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping engineering capital expenditures (CAPEX) and project schedule as an input in annual budget and authorization for expenditures (AFE) to be submitted to SKK Migas; to ensure complete and accurate FPSO mechanical static & piping engineering CAPEX and project schedule submission;
• Lead the team to provide technical aspects inputs and technical aspects evaluation in project tenders related to FPSO development especially in Mechanical Static & Piping Engineering; Lead the team to Provide technical advice related to FPSO project contract preparation and evaluate terms and conditions;
• Lead the team to review and monitor the Contractor’s works in executing FPSO development project especially in Mechanical Static & Piping Engineering with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; Lead the the team to review, and monitor Contractor’s deliverables and submit the evaluation result to the Contractor; Manage and communicate FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping Engineering interface with other FPSO Group, SURF, and HSSE as well as FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping interface data and development status, in order to ensure FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping Engineering execution achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards;
• Lead the team to monitor and review FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping procurement, working progress, quality and standards; Lead the team Solve any issues and problems, in order to achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards;
• Lead the team to monitor and evaluate FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping engineering/technical aspects on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed/occurred in all phases of project, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures;
• Lead the team to provide expertise input for risk assessment in engaging with FPSO Contractors/Vendors, conduct manufacturing facilities visit to gather information that support detailed FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping engineering and preparation, and to obtain feedback on manufacturing limitations, testing, lead times, IMR, etc. for input into EPCI project phases related to FPSO mechanical engineering;
• Lead the team to monitor and control in setting up plans and/or procedures related to the operations and/or integrity management for rotating equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Science; Tertiary degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferable.
• A minimum of 13 years of working experiences. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.
13. Senior Engineer Integration (FPSO)
JOB ROLES
• Monitor management of integration best practices in oil and gas project development around the world, and develop and propose engineering integration consisting of methodologies, policy and procedures, standards, etc., for overall project activities as integration guidelines; to ensure available standards and/or adopted standards for engineering integration of FPSO production system as guidelines;
• Administer integration, act as person in charge (PIC) for change issues, and ensure project changes are identified, documented, reported, and monitored to closure;
• Review, monitor and evaluate the implementation of integration methodology, policy and procedures, standards, etc. on arisen change in project activities, and monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks; to ensure interface management of each arisen change is implemented properly within the timelines, and minimize unpredictable change impact;
• Develop and/or implement early identification and tracking system and tools of all potential changes, develop and maintain change registers and issue reports as well as log and track all changes and their status including closed items.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
• Minimum 10 years in Project Engineering within upstream hydrocarbon or manufacturing industry. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.
14. Senior Engineer Civil / Structural / Painting / Insulation (FPSO)
JOB ROLES
• Monitor and review Structure & Civil, Painting & Insulation engineering design and technology best practices and improvement in the FPSO Engineering; provide recommendations of FPSO Structure & Civil, Painting & Insulation strategic plan, target, and standards according to knowledge, best practices and engineering principles for each of Engineering project phase as guideline; develop and propose project schedule to other Groups and Departments to ensure availability of integrated project plan;
• Review and analyze Structure & Civil, Painting & Insulation engineering in the FEED/ EPCI tenders, and provide technical inputs and technical evaluation related to tender proposal submitted by prospective Contractors/Vendors, provide recommendations to FPSO Structure & Civil, Painting & Insulation project contract preparation and its terms and conditions;
• Provide risk assessment and develop technical inputs in engaging with Contractors/Vendors, conduct manufacturing facilities visit to gather information that support detailed FPSO Structure & Civil, Painting & Insulation engineering design, and to obtain feedback on manufacturing limitations, testing, lead times, IMR, etc. for input into FEED project phases related to FPSO Structure & Civil, Painting & Insulation engineering design;
• Monitor, review and evaluate Contractors’ works related to FPSO Structure & Civil, Painting & Insulation engineering design in overall FPSO project execution including FPSO interface and integration with respect to engineering design, data input, and information in the FEED/ EPCI project phase; provide solution on any issues and arisen problems; set up communication of FPSO Structure & Civil, Painting & Insulation engineering design with SURF, HSSE, and other FPSO Groups; in order to ensure FPSO Structure & Civil, Painting & Insulation engineering design meet national and international standards and minimize/mitigate unpredictable risk for overall FPSO Structure & Civil, Painting & Insulation engineering design;
• Review, monitor and evaluate FPSO Structure & Civil, Painting & Insulation engineering risks on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed in the FEED/ EPCI phases, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures, related justification and determination of change approval; in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for FPSO Structure & Civil, Painting & Insulation engineering comply with Company policy and procedures, and meet HSSE requirements and standards, and engineering principles;
• Review, analyze and evaluate FPSO Structure & Civil, Painting & Insulation engineering in the FEED/ EPCI tenders, and provide technical inputs and technical evaluation related to tender proposal submitted by prospective Contractors/Vendors, provide recommendations to FPSO project contract preparation and its terms and conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
• A minimum of 10 years of working experience. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.
15. Senior Topside Construction Engineer
JOB ROLES
• Monitor and review floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) project plan, strategy and target and approved FPSO Topside Construction engineering design in the Construction and Installation project phase; provide recommendations of FPSO Topside Construction strategic plan, target, and standards according to knowledge, best practices and engineering principles for each of Construction and Installation project phase as guideline; develop and propose FPSO Topside Construction project schedule to other Groups and Departments; in order to ensure availability of integrated FPSO Topside Construction project plan;
• Define FPSO Topside Construction processes/methods/systems and participating in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) related to FPSO Topside Construction process equipment both trouble shooting and equipment/system performance improvement;
• Evaluate and review risk assessment in engaging with FPSO Contractors/Vendors, conduct manufacturing facilities visit if required to gather information that support detailed FPSO Topside Construction and preparation, and to obtain feedback on manufacturing limitations, testing, lead times for input into Construction & Installation project phases related to FPSO Topside Construction;
• Monitor, review and evaluate Contractors’ works related to FPSO Topside Construction execution plan including FPSO interface and integration with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information in the each of Construction and Installation project phase; provide solution on any issues and arisen problems; set up communication of FPSO Topside Construction status with SURF, HSSE, CSU, TEI, and other FPSO Groups; in order to ensure FPSO Topside Construction meet national and international standards, and minimize/mitigate unpredictable risk for overall FPSO Topside Construction;
• Review, monitor and evaluate FPSO Topside Construction risks on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed in the each of Construction and Installation phases, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures, related justification and determination of change approval; in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for FPSO Topside Construction comply with Company policy and procedures, and meet HSSE requirements and standards, and engineering principles.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas offshore or marine industry. Offshore facilities, FLNG and/or FPSO construction experiences are preferable.
16. Senior Engineer Hull / Marine
JOB ROLES
• Prepare recommendation of FPSO Hull/ Marine System Engineering plan; coordinate project schedule interface and integration to other Groups and Departments, to ensure integrity of FPSO Hull/ Marine system including interface;
• Prepare update FPSO Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) and project schedule for Hull/ Marine Engineering as an input in annual budget and authorization for expenditures (AFE) to be submitted to SKK Migas; to ensure complete and accurate Hull/ Marine Engineering CAPEX and project schedule submission;
• Provide technical inputs and technical evaluation in the EPCI tenders related to FPSO Hull/ Marine Engineering, provide technical advice related to FPSO project contract preparation and evaluate terms and conditions;
• Review and monitor the Contractor’s works in executing FPSO Hull/ Marine engineering with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; coordinate and monitor INPEX Indonesia Management evaluation on the Contractor’s deliverables and submit the evaluation result to the Contractor; prepare report of FPSO Hull/ Marine engineering interface with other FPSO Group, SURF, and HSSE as well as FPSO Hull/ Marine interface data and development status; in order to ensure FPSO Hull/ Marine engineering execution achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards;
• Monitor and review FPSO Hull/ Marine engineering working progress, quality and standards; solve any issues and problems; in order to ensure FPSO Hull/ Marine construction and installation achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards;
• Monitor FPSO Hull/ Marine engineering/technical aspects on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed/occurred in the each of EPCI phases, implementation of Company policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for FPSO Hull/ Marine meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Ocean Engineering, Naval Architect, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Civil/ Structure Engineering or any other relevant faculty.
• Minimum 10 years of working experiences. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.
17. Senior Engineer Rotating Equipment (FPSO)
JOB ROLES
• Provide technical aspects inputs and technical aspects evaluation in project tenders related to FPSO development especially in Rotating Equipment Engineering, provide technical advice related to FPSO project contract preparation and evaluate terms and conditions;
• Review and monitor the Contractor’s works in executing FPSO development project especially in Rotating Equipment engineering with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; Review, and monitor Contractor’s deliverables and submit the evaluation result to the Contractor;
• Monitor and review FPSO Rotating Equipment procurement, working progress, quality and standards; Solve any issues and problems, in order to achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards;
• Monitor and evaluate FPSO Rotating Equipment engineering/technical aspects on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed/occurred in all phases of project, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for FPSO Rotating Equipment meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures;
• Provide expertise input for risk assessment in engaging with FPSO Contractors/Vendors, conduct manufacturing facilities visit to gather information that support detailed FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping engineering and preparation, and to obtain feedback on manufacturing limitations, testing, lead times, IMR, etc. for input into EPCI project phases related to FPSO mechanical engineering;
• Monitor and control in setting up plans and/or procedures related to the operations and/or integrity management for rotating equipment;
• In coordination with other Group, Provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select rotary machinery, its methods, and conduct specific studies and researches previous and after FEED including technical interface and technical integration for Masela block.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in technical science or engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years of working experiences. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.
18. Senior Engineer Process, Automation, Control & Optimization (FPSO)
JOB ROLES
• Develop detailed Process Automation and Control Engineering for FEED and EPC in Abadi project; Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering, process automation and control solution and design as per design basis, project specifications, design codes and standards, and internal standards; Setting up plans and procedures related to the operations management, process automation and control to ensure process automation and control solution can optimized process in Abadi project based on common engineering practice, HSSE and company target;
• Assist engineers and all related department on process automation and control solution application, instrumentation specification, configuration, validation of process equipment, process automation and control system; Provide technical guidelines in execution of the Abadi projects related to process automation and control to address project needs during project;
• Create and estimate resources needed in process automation and control solution; Provide expert technical advice in the forms of discipline peer reviews, technical input and / or support of Abadi project, whether executed internal or by contractors/ third party; Cooperate with other technical disciplines: process, instrumentation, safety, mechanical, electrical to ensure resources in the project are align with project need and project target can be achieved on time;
• Prepare technical document for Process Automation and Control Engineering contract; Assist and monitor procurement process for Process Automation and Control Engineering contract; Provide solutions to queries from contractors; Review and analyze contractors technical specification to ensure contractor deliver on time based on contracts and project schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in installing instrumentation system within hydrocarbon or manufacturing industry. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.
19. Senior Engineer Mooring Systems
JOB ROLES
• Monitor and review mooring system and technology best practices and improvement around the world and provide recommendations and advance knowledge in selecting/screening the most effective and efficient mooring design in Masela block; develop Mooring System plan based on deep analysis, engineering principles and philosophy, strategy and engineering standards;
• In coordination with internal team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works related to Mooring System FEED including interface and integration, Mooring System engineering aspects, HSSE requirements, economic and financial perspectives, and other matters in developing Mooring System project strategic plan on Masela block; provide recommendations and technical input on Mooring System engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors; in order to ensure Mooring System FEED meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the Masela block characteristics;
• Review, monitor, conduct and evaluate risk assessment on developed Mooring System FEED including Mooring System engineering risks possibilities of any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed by related Parties, monitor and review Company MOC availability and develop Company MOC policy and procedures if necessary; in order to minimize/mitigate unpredictable risks, and any change and/or deviation of Mooring System design and engineering comply with Company policy and procedures, meet HSSE requirements and standards and engineering principles;
• In coordination with other Group, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select Mooring System study, its methods, and conduct specific studies and researches previous and after FEED including technical interface and technical integration for Masela block.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Ocean Engineering, Naval Architect, Mechanical Engineering, Civil/ Structural Engineering or any other relevant Faculty. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• A minimum of 10 years of working experiences. FPSO and/ or FLNG project exposure is preferred.
20. Senior Engineer Mechanical (Static & Piping) (FPSO)
JOB ROLES
• Provide technical aspects inputs and technical aspects evaluation in project tenders related to FPSO development especially in Mechanical Static & Piping Engineering; Provide technical advice related to FPSO project contract preparation and evaluate terms and conditions;
