Position: Project Procurement Manager
Location: Jakarta

Job Requirements:
o Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
o Project Procurement Manager shall have good inter-personal skills, possess knowledge of multi-discipline, and possess knowledge and awareness of Project Management principles, documents, and plans.
o Project Procurement Manager shall be “hands-on” type and must be able to and be prepared to get their sleeves rolled up and get stuck into all procurement activities issues at a detailed level.
o Pleasant, good, and likable personality, good communication skill
o Experience in Oil and Gas upstream Industry.
o Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Procurement Manager
Job Responsibility:
o Sets work objectives, directs, supervises, and reviews staff and staff assignments.
Provides overall technical/administrative guidance on work requirements and methods.
Maintains good working relationship with vendors.
o Review of Client Contract documents to highlight the general requirements and the obligations to be met during the performance of the purchasing activities.
o Develop project specific procurement procedures in compliance with contract obligations covering all phases of procurement (Buying, expediting, logistic);
o Prepare Procurement Monitoring Schedule (PMS), the schedule of execution of the purchasing activity with the indication of the date of the main events, from the receipt of RFQ, PO issue and up to the delivery to site.
o Developing bid packaging, qualify vendors, obtaining bids, evaluate responses, develop procurement strategy, and coordinate inspection, transportation, custom clearance, and receiving and storage of materials.

o In coordination with relevant department(s), identify and prepare list of planned Inquiries (RFQs)

Position: Senior Pipeline Engineer

Job Requirements:
o Engineering degree qualified –Pipeline / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
o Candidate must have overall 10 years’ experience in offshore / subsea pipeline engineering in FEED or detailed design projects, particularly he/she must have minimum 8 years’ experience in subsea / offshore pipeline global buckling and walking design and associated advance pipeline engineering.
o Candidate must have experience in deterministic and probabilistic methods / VAS and should have latest technical know-how and well versed with latest technical publication / papers/ research works with regards to pipeline global buckling and walking design
o Candidate should be familiar with other pipeline design software such as DNV-OS-F-101 spreadsheet, AGA, DNV Stable lines, Off pipe/ Orca Flex, Sage profile, Auto PIPE, DNV Fat-free and Ansys, and Mathcad and MS office tools (Preferable)
o Candidate should have exposed to pipeline design – pipeline design basis, wall thickness design, on-bottom stability design, coating selection, cathodic protection design, free span and on-bottom roughness analysis, crossing design, shore approach design, riser & expansion spool design and installation analysis, and pipeline route selection.
o Exposure to clad / lined pipelines, piggyback / bundle pipelines, sour service pipelines, long trunk or export lines
o Candidate should be familiar with pipeline design standards & codes – ASME, API, DNV, ISO etc.

Position: Senior Process Safety Engineer
Location: Jakarta

Job Requirements:
o A minimum of 10 years of experience in onshore/offshore projects, with at least 5 years dedicated to EPC projects.
o Specific experience in gas processing, LNG, and pipeline projects is essential.
o Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
o Professional certifications in process safety or related areas are highly desirable.
o Strong knowledge of international safety standards, risk assessment methodologies, and process safety management principles.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
o Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Job Responsibility:
o Lead and manage process safety aspects of onshore/offshore projects, with a particular focus on gas processing, LNG, and pipeline projects.
o Conduct risk assessments, safety studies, and hazard analyses, ensuring all aspects of process safety are comprehensively addressed.
o Collaborate with the PMC team and interface with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safety measures align with project objectives.
o Develop and implement process safety management systems, ensuring compliance with local and international safety standards and regulations.
o Provide expert advice on process safety issues, mitigation measures, and risk management strategies.
o Participate in design reviews, safety audits, and inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
o Coordinate with the engineering team to integrate process safety requirements into project design and operations.
