An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining, and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our expansion project in Fixed Plant area, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position :

SUPERVISOR INSTRUMENTATION UPSTREAM- FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Supervising, designing and calculations, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.

• Supervising, controlling and monitoring the installation and operations conform to standards and technical requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications and technical drawings.

• Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.

• Conferring with other functions, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.

• Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.

• Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or technical requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.

• Inspect completed work for conformance with requirements of local building and safety codes

• Supervise with scheduling major electrical projects from ordering parts to performing the work in a timely and cost-effectengineeive manner.

• Investigate component failures, communicating results to Operations and Associates to aid in increased levels of safe production

• Supervise with electrical and mechanical projects, installations, and shutdowns.

• Supervise in developing and maintaining a preventative and predictive maintenance program

• Maintain effective communication with plant operational personnel, maintenance, and supervision

• Help with all other plant maintenance as needed

• Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.

• Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.

• Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.

• Maintaining electrical equipment and following approved company procedures plan, schedule, control and completely document all work performed on the plant DCS system and distributed PLC’s including troubleshooting and configurations changes.

• Monitor and assist in the planning of daily and future scheduled plant repairs, included assist to work of Instrumentation and control and DCS personnel to ensure the are working in a safe and efficient manner while following approved company procedures.

• Working with a variety of technicians.

• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions consistent with extreme heat, cold, wetness, dryness, dust, and noisy conditions.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Engineering qualification at Trade, Diploma or Degree level in a Electrical field or equivalent industry with 8 years’ experience with electrical instrumentation maintenance in a milling/ processing operations/ fixed plant environment are necessary.

• Has minimum 4 years’ experience working in similar role as Supervisor Instrumentation Upstream maintenance/ fixed plant project management;

• Has experience in planning and engineering in the mining/concentrating industry, or in a specialty area are necessary

• Has Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.

• Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards;

SUPERINTENDENT SHIFT MAINTENANCE – FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.

• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.

• Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.

• Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.

• Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.

• Conduct preventative maintenance work & follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.

• Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time

• Directly supervises the Process Maintenance/ Fixed Plant Shift Senior Supervisor, Supervisor – Downstream/ Upstream and Process Maintenance/ Fixed Plant Planner - Downstream/ Upstream. Sets goals and coordinates the activities of the Mechanic/ Technician and Planner to ensure that schedule maintenance and emergency repairs are accomplished with minimal disruption to production schedule.

• Ensures that adequate resources are available for meeting scheduled maintenance and repair needs.

• Reviews all maintenance schedules and coordinates with other departments to assure optimal equipment and plant availability to meet business needs.

• Responsible for supervising all Downstream/ Upstream mechanical maintenance activities and ensuring that safe work practices are followed. Conduct periodic safety inspections.

• Monitors and reviews costs, establishes and maintains budgets and recommends the replacement or updating of equipment.

• Oversees new installations, including design, modifications, and new installation start-ups.

• Support and coordinate the development of maintenance plans, budgets and schedules.

• Manage the execution of maintenance plans and assessment of efficiency and execution improvements.

• Support the integration of a predictive and preventative maintenance culture reflecting use of technology, monitoring, data analysis .

• Coordinate maintenance plans and tasks with Operations, Reliability and Planning/Scheduling Groups.

• Responds to emergencies that could cause injury to personnel or loss of production.

• Ensures compliance with safety and job training programs.

• Ensures compliance with mining, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Engineering qualification at Trade, Diploma or Degree level in a Mechanical field or equivalent industry with 15 years’ experience in maintenance of large Fixed Plant (upstream/ downstream) equipment;

• Has minimum 4 years’ experience working in similar role as Superintendent in field process maintenance/ fixed plant project management;

• Has middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;

• Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards;

• Manage the Change Management process to ensure compliance, provide engineering input to the process, prioritize & coordinate resultant projects Review and critique work of others in the department for technical correctness (QA/QC).

• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of major failure/downtime events & follow up close out of corrective actions.

• Develops maintenance personnel to perform equipment trouble shooting.

• Compilefailure data, carry out FME analysis to provide input to planning for adjustment of PM/PdM frequency and spare parts analysis.

• Develop & manage departmental standards

• Act as a QA/QC resource when required

• Identify opportunity, initiate & monitor trials of alternative parts where feasible

Some of your duties will include:

• Monitor and control fixed plant production volume to meet schedules and delivery dates;

• Coordinate with maintenance plans for plant equipment to ensure production requirements are meet;

• Prepare work schedules and ensure that the process equipment is run to give the best economic return between equipment longevity and throughput;

• Prepare and maintain production reports;

• Coordinate activities with technical, metallurgical and assay departments; set and maintain metallurgical operations standards;

• Ensure implementation of job and safety training programs;

• Assure that applicable environmental regulations and compliance programs are implemented;

• Initiate projects and direct activities leading to continuous improvement of safety and production.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Mineral Processing or related field with minimum 8 years of experience in mineral processing plant industry are necessary;

• Has minimum 4 years’ experience working in similar role as Specialist or Supervisory process operations / fixed plant project management;

• Demonstrated expertise in grinding and flotation; Extensive experience in Specialist/ Supervisory level in the coordination of copper and other mineral processing operations.

Some of your duties will include:

SPECIALIST CONTROL ROOM - FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible to assist with and occasionally leads the supervision of the work of shift personnel to operate all facility equipment and systems in a safe, efficient, and reliable manner during normal operation and emergencies;

• Performs as Senior Control Room Operator in the Control Room Facility;

• Performs Lead Hand duties in the Control Room Facility as required;

• Assists with conducting weekly shift meetings to cover facility operations, safety, and work rules. Often directs or leads meetings personally;

• Maintains a high level of equipment availability by endeavouring to improve equipment reliability, operating procedures, and performing required equipment tests and preventative maintenance;

• Develops a strong sense of teamwork within group and with other facility groups;

• Conducts operations to comply with all safety, environmental and regulatory requirements;

• Keeps the Shift Foreman and Operations General Foreman informed of facility operating status and equipment problems;

• Maintains accurate records and submits all required reports in a timely manner;

• Serves as primary facility contact during non-business hours when the Shift Foreman is away from the Concentrator Plant or is absent;

• Plays a key role in maximizing facility profitability by developing a highly productive staff that is keenly cost conscious.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum Senior High School or equivalent with minimum 7 years’ experience in the mining and mineral processing industry are necessary;

• Has minimum 4 years’ experience working in similar role as Specialist Control Room or equivalent experience;

• Proven knowledge of mineral processing, particularly in control room Operations is essential; Has Technical knowledge of mining/processing processes and systems;

• Has frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.Certifications;

• Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards;
