Construction Manager – Tailings Storage Facility (TSF)

Role Overview:

The Construction Manager will oversee and drive the development of a tailings storage facility within a greenfield gold mining project. This position is responsible for leading construction execution, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring project delivery meets safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage design coordination with construction contractors

• Develop and implement constructability plans in collaboration with contractors

• Supervise execution of works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

• Monitor progress to achieve schedule and budget targets

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mining, civil engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)

• Experience: At least 15 years in management roles, with proven expertise in greenfield TSF and bulk earthworks projects in challenging environments

• Roster: FIFO rotation, 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off, site-based

• Location: Gorontalo

• Nationality: Chinese expatriate

• Languages: Native Mandarin with proficiency in English
