We are currently seeking experienced and highly qualified candidates to join our Underground Team across Indonesian projects:

 

Work Location: Sulawesi

1. PROJECT PLANNING & SCHEDULING - UG CONSTRUCTION

a. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using approved planning tools (MS Project)

b. Establish baseline schedules and update progress regularly

c. Perform critical path analysis, resource loading, and time impact assessments

d. Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the master schedule

e. Support planning workshops and schedule reviews with project teams

2. COST CONTROL & FORECASTING - UG CONSTRUCTION

a. Assist in the development of project budgets and cost breakdown structures

b. Monitor actual costs versus budget and forecast future expenditures

c. Support earned value analysis and variance reporting

d. Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to ensure cost data accuracy

3. PERFORMANCE MONITORING & REPORTING - UG CONSTRUCTION

a. Track project progress against schedule and budget baselines

b. Prepare internal reports and dashboards for project leadership

c. Identify schedule and cost variances and recommend corrective actions

d. Support monthly project reviews and stakeholder reporting

General Requirements:

• Teamwork player with a high level of Surface and Underground Safety requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the similar position

• Strong motivation and ability to operate independently with excellent time management skills

• Capable of involvement in multiple activities and projects and ability to deal with ambiguity
