An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining, and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our expansion project in Fixed Plant area, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position :

SHIFT COORDINATOR DOWNSTREAM - FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Supervise, control and monitor plant production volume to meet schedules and delivery dates;

• Coordinate with maintenance plans for plant equipment to ensure production requirements are met;

• Prepare work schedules and ensure that the process equipment is run to give the best economic return between equipment longevity and throughput;

• Prepare and maintain production reports;

• Coordinate activities with technical, metallurgical, maintenance, set and maintain high operations standards;

• Ensure implementation of job and safety training programs.

• Assure that applicable environmental regulations and compliance programs are implemented.

• Initiate projects and direct activities leading to continuous improvement of safety and production.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum Senior High School or equivalent with minimum 7 years’ experience in the mining and mineral processing industry are necessary;

• Has minimum 4 years’ experience working in similar role as Shift Coordinator - Downstream or equivalent experience in process plant operations;

• Knowledge of, and experience in, the metallurgical principles and processing strategies related to gold and copper concentrate production;

• Minimum has frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.Certifications;

SENIOR SHIFT METALLURGIST- FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Direct supervision of Metallurgists and Metallurgical Laboratory Supervisor; manages activities of Shift Metallurgists and Metallurgical Technicians through regular meetings;

• Coordinate and manage the work directly with the Upstream and Downstream stakeholders and Senior Process Operations personnel in Grinding Optimisation. This includes but is not limited to:

• Maintains contact with Process Operations and Mine personnel in aligning production strategy with weekly production forecast generated by Mine Engineering

• Oversees developmental metallurgical testing and analysis; reviews metallurgical test results; resolves metallurgical problems including method development when needed.

• Prepares annual plans and budgets for contracted services, consultant, and project under the Grinding Improvement program

• Ensure explanation in daily production recorded correctly in the Flash Report

• Report Critical Variability Control of Grinding Circuit performance in daily basis

• Daily monitoring of: Crushing - Grinding circuit KPI’s (throughput), Advance Process Control (SCS logic performance) and also Steel and Liner Consumables.

• Troubleshooting plant performance issues;

• Conducting circuit test work and plant surveys in the primary crushing, ore flow and grinding plant circuits to quantify impact of potential or initiated changes within the circuit; this includes the following discipline areas: Crushing - Grinding circuit KPI (throughput), Advance Process Control, Steel and Liner Consumables.

• Identify, investigate and recommend circuit optimisation opportunities and initiatives for implementation via Process Operations and Maintenance as appropriate; this includes the following discipline areas: Crushing - Grinding circuit KPI (throughput), Advance Process Control, Steel and Liner Consumables.

• Assist in implementation of operational and capital initiatives as required by Process Operations and Maintenance.

• Monitors and maintains performance of plant stream analyzers in the concentrator.

• Analysis of plant and mine operating data to identify potential opportunities for revenue improvement and cost savings initiatives.

What skills and experience do you need?

• A tertiary degree in Metallurgy or relevant engineering discipline with minimum 10 years’ experience in the mining and mineral processing industry are necessary.

• Has minimum 4 years’ experience working in similar role as Senior Shift Metallurgist;

• Proven track record in technical project evaluation, management and control is essential;

• Proven knowledge of mineral processing, particularly in grinding and base metals beneficiation techniques is essential; Has Technical knowledge of mining/processing processes and systems; Has Broad understanding of geology, mining and processing technical issues and operating processes/systems;

SENIOR METALLURGIST - PROD ACCOUNTING & DATA ANALYSIS

(National - Site Based)

• To provide various production reports, manage & control production database, ensure all data recorded are correct & trustworthy, and perform data & statistical analysis in Process Department;

• Generate various regular production reports, i.e. daily production report, weekly production report, monthly production reconciliation, yearly production report, etc. on time.

• Perform metallurgical balance for ore, concentrate, and tails in daily basis by using a designated software & system.

• Monitor the quality of sampling system and instrumentation devices related with the metallurgical balance

• Regularly check all assay results to ensure the balance generated is trustworthy and unbiased

• Do monthly production reconciliation ranging from executing sampling program & perform reconciliation calculation

• Do quality check for all production data recorded into a database

• Manage and control the database

• Perform data and statistical analysis as requested by various stakeholders.

What skills and experience do you need?

• A tertiary degree in Metallurgy or relevant engineering discipline and a minimum 7 years’ experience in the mining and mineral processing industry are necessary.

• Has minimum 3 years’ experience working in similar role as Senior Metallurgist – Production Accounting & Data Analysis;

• Proven knowledge and competency in Data Analysis & Statistics; Knowledge and competency in mineral processing industry; Experience in formulating, planning, and leading complex projects and work programs; In depth knowledge of comminution, flotation, and dewatering process; In depth knowledge of metallurgical accounting philosophy;

SENIOR CHEMIST – ISO TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT AND DOCUMENTATION CONTROL

(National - Site Based)

• Responsible to maintain and update related of Chemist’s document control system, preparation documents transmittal for all distribute documents, logging all received documents, reproduce and issue documents, maintain and update hardcopy and softcopy documents in Technical Document Control (TDC) system.

• To supports of technical QA & QC teams, Process Operations departments and projects in the the filing and storing of project related documentation. Documentation may be of a confidential or sensitive nature and needs to be stored in line with company and industry guidelines.

• To manage, compile, store and process information data and wholes documents of Mine Project effectively, so that they can be found and submitted quickly to document users.

• To manage, control whole QA & QC Process Operations’ Project Technical documents in the document storage system in compliance with applicable international standard requirements, by collaborating with internal & external ISO auditors.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineer or Metallurgy engineer with Minimum 2 years Project Management experience in Chemist’s ISO Technical Management and Documentation Control;

• Have experience minimum 4 years in similar position as Senior Chemist - ISO Technical Management and Documentation Control;

• Have knowledge of copper mining technology and mining technical management and Documentation Control;

• Demonstrate Project management skill in related field; Have experience in personnel management, in Technical Management and Documentation Control; Have experience in Laboratory Data Management; Have experience in the implementation of assays methodologies based on ASTM and ISO standards; Have  knowledge and experience in cost management; Have experience and knowledge on researching projects;

SENIOR CHEMIST – RESEARCH & CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible to manage Quality control of methodology and assays, constant method researching.

• Provide testing and technical support for the laboratory.

• Able to see the big picture as you will have to envision projects from start to finish. At the same time, having a keen ability to pay attention to details is important, as R&D managers ultimately need to closely supervise every step of the development process for new method.

• Support lab trials or other special projects at various locations as directed by management.

• Evaluate CAPAs for corrective or preventative actions, repetitive issues noted in meetings, emails, discussions, plant observations, etc

• Evaluate Quality Data for trends related to customer complaints, internal processes and communicate team members in a timely manner.

• Initiate and investigate root causes of CAPA cases when applicable and use independent judgment and discretion to resolve significant concerns.

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards as required

• Coordinate document development and review

 What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineer or Metallurgy engineer with Minimum 2 years Project Management experience in Chemist’s Research & Continous Improvement;

• Have experience minimum 4 years in similar position as Senior Chemist Research & Continous Improvement;

SENIOR CHEMIST – PREPARATION AND SHIPMENT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible to manage Shipment and sampling and sample preparation, and this position reports to the Laboratory Manager;

• Coordinate activities of laboratory, quality data analysis, plant sampling and sample shipment concentrate, through developing mine plans, statistical analysis of in-process material and finished product conformance to specifications.

• Coordinate with other functions to identify opportunities to improve the quality management system, understand the interactions between the sampling and quality data analysis.

• Assist with documentation of processes for effective operation and quality control.

• Coordinate and support Quality management systems (QMS) training activities.

• Management of sampling pairing, control of concentrate shipments. Is also responsible for overseeing the movement of samples throughout their entire life cycle. This includes sample preparation, sample reception and login, sample custodians and disposal, logistics and couriers.

 What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineer or Metallurgy engineer with Minimum 2 years management experience in shipment and sampler;

• Have experience minimum 4 years in similar position as Senior Chemist – Preparation & Shipment;

• Have contract management experience; Have knowledge of copper mining technology and mining sampling a shipment; Demonstrate Project management skill in related field; Understanding of all process samples and the ability to interpret and effectively communicate lab results to customers of the lab; Proficient in all testing conducted in all sample laboratories, quality control and management system;

ENGINEER PLANNING ANALYST- FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• To ensure the systems and processes that are required to robustly manage the financial and planning and scheduling aspect of the maintenance business are fully implemented and controlled.

• Develop and implement a robust Reliability Engineering function that includes COMO, RCA and other functions as required.

• Responsible in planning major maintenance work such as fabrication and installation of new equipment, new construction, modification to equipment or structure, differed maintenance and mobilization;

• Compiles maintenance history data for the purpose of establishing and expanding Maintenance Time Standard;

• Develop and evaluate plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities and devise new approaches to problems encountered;

• Plan and conduct surveys, tests or investigations, interpret results, and prepare recommendations, summaries, schedules, and cost estimates. Meet with representatives of other departments to coordinate planning and scheduling activities;

• Review drawing before the fact prepare detailed estimate showing labour and material costs on all major maintenance works;

What skills and experience do you need?

• A Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, metallurgy, mechanical engineering or a related discipline with 7 years’ experience in planning and engineering in the mining/concentrating industry, or in a specialty area are necessary;

• Has minimum 4 years’ experience working in similar role as Engineer – Planning Analyst in a large scale mineral concentrating environment;

• Experience in RCM and RCA program; Knowledge of plan-making and project evaluation;

• Has Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;

SENIOR ENGINEER RELIABILITY MAINTENANCE- FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Provides Reliability and Maintenance Engineering expertise within the Process Maintenance Department to ensure the continuous improvement of Process Department equipment reliability and infrastructure integrity;

• Make important equipment and infrastructure reliability recommendations required to support improving machine maintenance and reliability improvements to minimize operating cost and minimize production losses. This is a critical position as mistakes may result in direct production loss;

• Provide senior level engineering maintenance and reliability engineering service within the Process Maintenance Department;

• Review and critique work of others in the department for technical correctness;

• Ensure all subordinates present work to originator and obtain satisfactory acceptance sign-off;

• Ensures that all work is properly documented, filed and recorded for future reference;

• Performs all functions of RCA, FMECA, and Pareto analysis;

• Provides engineering drawings/specifications; obtains construction bids; and performs construction management as required;

• Provides data interpretation with recommendations on vibration analysis, oil analysis, wear materials non-destructive testing, gear wear monitoring/failure analysis and equipment failure history analysis.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 10 years’ experience in reliability maintenance in the mining/concentrating industry, or in a specialty area are necessary;

• Has minimum 4 years’ experience working in similar role as Senior Engineer – Reliability Maintenance in a large scale mineral concentrating industry;

• Experience in RCM and RCA program; Knowledge of plan-making and project evaluation; Ability to carry out RCA, FMECA & Pareto analysis;

• Has Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.Certifications;

TECHNICIAN PREPARATION AND SHIPMENT

(National - Site Based)

Tugas tanggung jawab:

• Bertanggung jawab untuk mengumpulkan sampel dari pabrik konsentrat dan pengiriman, menyiapkan sampel Geologi, pabrik konsentrat, pengiriman, alat tes kelembaban;

• Mematuhi metode, prosedur, dan instruksi saat ditetapkan;

• Mengembangkan metode pengujian;

• Berpartisipasi dalam proses sesuai dengan rencana validasi dengan otorisasi pengawas laboratorium atau kepala laboratorium;

• Bertanggung jawab untuk melatih asisten teknisi junior

Persyaratan:

• Pendidikan Minimal Diploma/ SMK Kimia dan memiliki exposure pengalaman kerja di area Chemical Laboratory/ Pertambangan Mineral sebagai Chemical Lab. Analyst;

• Pengalaman Min. 4-5 tahun di posisi yang sama sebagai Technician Preparation & Sample di industry Chemical Laboratory/ perusahaan pertambangan mineral;
