Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (abbreviated as “HCML”) is one of the Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) of Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business (SKK Migas), Ministry of Energy & Minerals, as a representative of the Government of Republic of Indonesia to conduct exploration and exploitation of Oil & Gas in Madura Strait. With the vision of becoming the biggest gas producer in East Java, our Company is based in Jakarta and regional office in Surabaya with operation fields covering East Java areas of Sumenep, Sampang, Pasuruan, and Probolinggo offshore.
To support its growth and operations, we are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:
1. Jr. Analyst Commercial
Responsibilities:
• Provides commercial assistance, reconciliation, reports, and justification support, to All Departments, Management, and Stakeholders of each project being evaluated.
• Calculate Natural Gas and Oil entitlement share for block operator, partners and Government based on interest share.
• Review and analyze changes in cost recovery in accordance with changes of gas price/ICP and production quantities and which will directly affect gas/oil entitlement.
• Prepare document and paper work related to Condensate lifting operations.
• Shipping Coordination Meeting with SKK Migas.
• Prepare tender and HSE documents of commercial activities.
• Analyze and forecast crude oil price / Indonesian Crude Price (ICP).
• Support Lead Analyst Commercial during GSA/SPA process.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or any other relevant majors.
• Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience working in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Minimum 1 year experience handling Oil & Gas lifting and commercialization schemes based on Oil & Gas Operations in Indonesia.
• Prior experience in Crude oil commercial and shipping coordination.
• Have experience of being involved in getting lifting permit (export recommendation to Directorate General of Oil and Gas/export permit to Directorate General of Foreign Trade is preferable).
• Having experience when dealing through communication and correspondence with MIGAS, SKK MIGAS, Government institutions, and Buyers.
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills, along with a proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Basic level of computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Point of hire & Work Location: Jakarta – Jakarta Office (required to travel to sites)

2. Sr. Analyst Gas Marketing
Responsibilities:
To conduct gas marketing activities, including gas data evaluations, gas market survey/studies, marketing to potential buyers and monitor contract development in compliance of the activities to government regulations.
The detailed Job Description as follows:
• Seek gas market opportunity and implement the contract contents in order to ensure the continuity of off-taking for gas and to support sales achievement of HCML target.
• Assist in developing and analyze and implement the contract realizations to ensure all agreements are realized and in compliance to applicable policies and regulations at the highest profit.
• Prepare reports for concerned parties in compliance with defined standards and reporting methods.
• Implement Health, Safety and Environment programs and philosophy during all legal and relations activities and embed HSE philosophy in all contracts and agreements to ensure compliance to corporate and government regulations.
• Support communication proactively of gas marketing activities to buyers, potential buyers, SKK Migas, and partners.
• Ensure that all activities related to gas marketing are adequately documented and documents are readily available in database to optimize the knowledge management and study process.
• Develop and maintain marketing database and to maximize the company revenue and recommend the marketing strategy.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Business Administration, Petroleum/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering, Law or other related disciplines.
• Have 4 – 6 years of experience in Marketing/ Commercial in Upstream Oil & Gas Industry.
• Experience in downstream oil and gas would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in Project Economic Modelling and Gas Sales Agreement.
• Have strong communication skills and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
• Good interpersonal and organization skills such as collaborating with others, fostering communications, problem-solving, analytical and conceptual skills, negotiating, and also innovative able to think outside of the box.
