We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:
1. Engineering & Supplies Coordination Long Lead Item Engineer (OLNG)
JOB ROLES
• Develop the equipment list and group the list based on schedule and cost priority;
• Compile all technical, schedule and cost data, and develop the justification, risk and opportunity to be presented to INPEX management, JV and SKKMIGAS;
• Develop the procurements requirements documents for the critical items (equipment);
• Support the communication with Vendors, Develop the agreement of Purchase Order Novation to EPC Contractor as part of EPCI Contract to the selected Consortium;
• Ensure that all technical data (Data Sheet) attached to PO is already agreed and countersigned by Potential EPCI Contractors;
• Responsible for monitoring the Long Lead Items manufacturing load that may vary from time to time depending on the order received by them, raise the concern to management for intervention if there is any sign of potential delay.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in LNG facilities is required.
2. Engineering & Supplies Coordination Long Lead Item Engineer (FPSO)
JOB ROLES
• Coordinating with the FEED Consortium resident Company Teams, develop strategies to progress the LLI Procurement for the latter stages of FEED through to EPCI start. This includes forms of procurement whether lump sum, open book, other forms of reimbursement and combination of such;
• Compile, present and seek feedback and endorsement from the Project Management Manager and FPSO Senior Manager in relation to the LLI Procurement Strategy(ies) as identified in item #1 above;
• Support Resident Company Team and Contractor in the development of identified LLI tender documents including TBE’s and CBE’s during the period post-FEED;
• Provide overall procurement guidance and support to Company Resident Teams throughout FEED in relation to the Contractor Procurement Plans for LLI items, other equipment procurement and bulk item procurement;
• Provide independent benchmarking of Contractor stated lead-times for procured items including bulks to sense-check Contractor EPCI schedule to meet required-on-site (ROS) dates or where required for engineering data input for design (or other procurement) activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics or Technical Science.
• Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in procurement of offshore facilities is required.
3. Senior Hull/Mooring System Construction Engineer (FPSO)
JOB ROLES
• Review and monitor FPSO Hull & Mooring Construction engineering plan; coordinate in monitoring detailed FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction Methods and Processes on FEED project phase based on knowledge, best practices and engineering principles; communicate the methods to other Groups and Departments; to ensure FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction technical integration including interface;
• Provide technical inputs and technical evaluation in the EPCI tenders related to FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction, provide technical advice related to FPSO project contract preparation and evaluate terms and conditions;
• Provide risk assessment of FPSO technical interface, its function and operation methods & process in FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction Contractors/ Vendors engagement activities; monitor and review FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction manufacture visiting results and evaluate the manufacturing facilities report/ information to support detailed FPSO Engineering preparation. Review and monitor the report feedback on potential risk manufacturing limitations, testing, lead times, IMR, etc. for FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction project plan;
• Review and monitor the Contractor’s works in executing FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction project and review overall operation methods & processes of FPSO project with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; coordinate and monitor INPEX Masela Management evaluation on the Contractor’s deliverables and submit the evaluation result to the Contractor; manage and communicate FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction interface with other Group, SURF, and HSSE as well as FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction interface data and development status; in order to ensure FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction execution achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards;
• Monitor and review FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction working progress, quality and standards; solve any issues and problems; in order to ensure FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards;
• Monitor and evaluate FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction engineering/technical aspects on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed/occurred in the FEED phase, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor in Engineering or Technical Science, preferably in Mechanical or Naval Architecture/ Marine Engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable;
• Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas construction field. Offshore facilities construction experiences are required.
4. Senior Process / Utilities Engineer (FPSO)
JOB ROLES
• Guide and monitor Contractor, resolving problems related to the production of Process Engineering deliverables for the Abadi FPSO FEED including: offshore facilities process/utilities plan based on determined offshore production system, deep analysis, engineering principles and philosophy, strategy, engineering standards and other analysis as a strategic proposal to be considered as part of offshore production system in developing Masela block;
• In coordination with internal team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works related to Offshore facilities process/utilities including interface and integration, process/utilities engineering aspects, HSSE requirements, economic and financial perspectives, and other matters in developing Offshore facilities process/utilities project strategic plan on Masela block; provide recommendations and technical input on Offshore facilities process/utilities engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors; in order to ensure developed Offshore facilities process/utilities meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the Masela block characteristics;
• Review, monitor, conduct and evaluate risk assessment on developed Offshore facilities process/utilities including Offshore facilities process/utilities engineering risks possibilities of any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed by related Parties, monitor and review Company MOC availability and develop Company MOC policy and procedures if necessary; in order to minimize/mitigate unpredictable risks, and any change and/or deviation of Offshore facilities process/utilities design and engineering comply with Company policy and procedures, meet HSSE requirements and standards and engineering principles.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in process engineering within hydrocarbon or manufacturing industry. Offshore facilities project exposure is preferred.
5. Senior Engineer System Engineering (SURF)
JOB ROLES
• Responsible for the overall Systems Engineering. Contribute and assure the basis of design, functional design and execution specification and multiple FEED deliverables. Responsible for ensuring sufficient quality of deliverables are achieved to pass project assurance events at the end of FEED and ahead of Final Investment Decision for the project;
• Provide sufficient depth of analysis of functional requirements and associated impact on an optimized scope. Review and responsible for subsea process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation, subsea connector selection, sparing logic and application of redundancy across the system as well as preservation, storage (wet park) and maintenance decisions. Responsible for leak detection and annulus management requirements and scope solutions analysis;
• Responsible for Subsurface, Wells, Flow Assurance, FPSO, and Export Pipeline. Analyze Subsurface and Flow Assurance advancements technically during FEED with attention to change management. Perform as an active leader in SURF contractors and suppliers HSSE and risk events.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
• Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Exploration and Production industry.
• Preferably with a minimum 5 years experience in Subsea Tree design and delivery.
• Preferably with a minimum 5 years experience in Subsea Structures design and delivery.
• Experience in SURF FEED and Subsea Project execution of EPCI.
6. Senior Subsea Production System Engineer
JOB ROLES
• Influence team members and contractors to deliver FEED successfully. Responsible for contribution and assurance of the Subsea Production System scope in key project deliverables;
• Provide technical expertise which include contributions and assurance of the SURF FEED deliverables relating to Subsea Production System facilities. Define the subsea choke design and supplier selection pool to accommodate life of filed service for the Abadi high rate, high thermal cycle operations. Responsible for advancing certain SURF In-house deliverables from previous project work;
• Manage project value drivers during decision making and managing threats and risks within the scope and cost promises established at FEED contract award. Provide contribution on hazard management to the SPS portion of the project integrating with contractor and HSSE & Sustainability Team;
• Contribute and assure on subsea facility design decisions balancing tradeoffs between manufacturing, fabrication, integration, and installation. Collaborate with EPCI suppliers to optimize the total installed EPCI cost.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science, preferably in Marine Engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Subsea project experiences are required.
7. Senior Specialist Project Management System
JOB ROLES
• Provide high level expertise in the establishment of project management system objective, strategy and plan including the transition to BMS in operating stage; to ensure positive and timely information flows to all stakeholder groups
• Coordinate, Review, analyze and monitor project management system (PMS) best practices in global world especially in oil and gas projects; in coordination with Tokyo Head Quarters and related departments, identify, develop and propose PMS / BMS need in INPEX Indonesia that consist of business policies, procedures, guidelines, rules etc.; in order to ensure availability of reliable project management system as project guidelines.
• Develop and propose PMS documentation and business process modelling (BPM) and monitor these delivery; review and analyze projects figures and indicators and its alignment with applicable regulation and guidelines under PSC, industrial practices, and Tokyo Head Quarters policy; in order to ensure availability of process documents within the timeframe and analysis of PMS figures and indicators.
• Review, monitor and evaluate project management system implementation and its user-friendly as project guidelines to control project process and progress, and propose necessary improvement; in order to ensure updated PMS.
• Coordinate with each department staff for supporting their documentation and BPM of under their responsibility; develop and provide socialization material for PMS and their document and BPM. Conduct the socialization according to plan.
• Review a current PMS and propose a strategy for the improvement of PMS and the transition to BMS; Evaluate the need and benefit of BPM and coordinate related departments, introduce suitable a BPM tool and develop relevant procedures, conduct a socialization for employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably 10 years of experience with 7 years in the Oil and Gas industry in Project Engineering, Project Management team, Business Development departments or relevant team.
8. Project Contract Advisor
JOB ROLES
• Prepare Terms and Conditions for the combination of reimbursable and lump-sum contracts.
• Provide advanced professional expertise to standardize different EPC contract proposals for bid evaluation.
• Advise all contract types such as lump sum, reimbursable or major unit rate contracts for bid evaluation.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of work experience, preferably in Oil & Gas industry as project controller or project engineer.
9. Engineer Right First Time
JOB ROLES
• Conduct and review activities of Right first time (RFT) process within INPEX Indonesia project; Analyze and propose Right first time objective, plan, standard and procedures; Provide recommendations and advance expertise in process & design improvement and optimization in all project phases; Review, monitor, and analyze updated RFT standard control system in project activities in order to ensure available guidelines of RFT in INPEX Indonesia project.
• Socialize RFT system and guidelines to other related department, Contractors and Suppliers; Monitor and review RFT system implementation in all projects: Provide solution on any issues and emerging problems in order to ensure implemented quality management system in technical integration projects meet determined quality and standards.
• Perform analysis, due diligence and validate decision on project process and design decisions for related department including Contractors; Monitor and report their compliance to RFT system; Develop and prepare recommendation for process improvement and optimization as well as necessary corrective action to ensure project phases optimization and compliance with HSSE Management System standards.
• Review and monitor RFT implementation results, audit results, input from related department and best practices; Review and propose improvement in project phases and generally in INPEX Indonesia project activities in order to maintain and provide continuous improvement on project activities.
• Assist and support related department to conduct RFT within their department; Monitor and review on related department initiatives or process result; Provide expertise and consultation for RFT implementation within INPEX Indonesia project in order to ensure RFT being implemented in related department within INPEX Indonesia.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is Preferable.
• Preferably, minimum 6 years in the oil and gas industry.
10. Lead Right First Time
JOB ROLES

• Assist and support related department for conduct RFT system within their department; Monitor and review on related department initiatives or process result; Provide expertise and consultation for RFT implementation within INPEX Indonesia project in order to ensure RFT being implemented in related department within INPEX Indonesia;
