1. POSITION   : Process Superintendent

Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE Project

Education   : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

Work location   : Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Able to write and define commissioning procedure and method statement

2. Able to supervise and execute site commissioning activity in safe manner

3. Able to implement commissioning safety rules and control of work requirement

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

During commissioning & start-up Phase

• Ensure that all activities within his area of responsibilities are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements

• Actively contribute to Safety Walkdown. Prepares incident reports and contributes to investigations

• Approves work permits during his shift as per procedure to enable the execution of scheduled works. Ensure the works are

• conducted in compliance with approved safety and quality standards

• Identifies, reports and follow up risks within own area of responsibility

• Identifies and control hazards to avoid damage to equipment, personnel and the environment

• Follow up of mechanical completion and Commissioning planning, status and activities

• Prepares and Issue shift report

• Supervises the Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up activities according to the approved operating procedures

• Supports Licensor/Vendors at Site in order to meet specified Commissioning & Start-up targets

• Takes lead in preparing the operators for Commissioning/Start-up and normal operation through extensive training and tasks.

• Timely report any gaps that need to be bridged

• Makes decision for stopping equipment based on experience and abnormal situations

During Operations Phase

Direct/work with Control Room (CR) Operator, Production Operators, Laboratory Technician

• Ensure/promote safety awareness

• Maintain clear production history of process operations/equipment informing Production Superintendent

• Report deficiencies/malfunctions to Production Superintendent and propose solutions, if any

• Ensure all plant is operated safely in accordance with Company/Client procedures

• Act as Permit to Work Co-ordinator when required

• Know emergency response actions/duties required in emergency/abnormal situation as per Emergency Response Procedure

• Prepare plant for intrusive maintenance

• Prepare process operating procedures/guides

• Monitor/controls all process equipment via control system in the CCR

• Know/understand actions required to maximize safety and minimize commercial loss

• Ensure proper handover during shift change/crew change

• Having an understanding of chemical injection systems with regard to product specification, hydrate/wax formation

• Do daily management of production plant maintenance, general housekeeping of the Process Deck and preservation of the

• Process Area by dedicated team

• Have other responsibilities as delegated by the Superintendent

2. POSITION   : Electrical Superintendent

Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE Project

Education   : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

Work location   : Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Ensure safe commissioning, start-up and maintenance execution of Electrical equipment, compliant with HSE rules, legislative regulations and international std.

2. Supervise the execution of electrical works, both performed by subcontractors or with direct hiring.

3. Set and promote Leadership in Safety attitudes.

4. Bring leadership and supervision and provide support to team members in terms of technical and individual performance capability.

5. Be responsible for supporting the close out of any gaps in the competency standards for all team members.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Commissioning and Start-Up Execution

• Ensures that all activities within his area of responsibilities are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements

Maintenance Execution

• Ensure that the services are carried out in strict compliance with Company and Client current HSE rules.

• Plan Preventive and Corrective Maintenance operations (routine and short-term).

• Coordinate all Contractor personnel for the smooth execution of the services.

Maintenance planning

• Anticipate, plan and request the logistical means necessary for smooth maintenance operations, taking into account the various constraints when planning and carrying out operations

• Take part of site coordination meetings

• Ensure the Preparation of Maintenance reports for submission to Company

• Ensure the movement of spare parts according to the requirements of Maintenance operations

• Check and validate all technical reports in CMMS and ensure work history is comprehensively recorded in line with CMMS data quality requirements

• Carry out appropriate reporting, on the progress of maintenance operations and, if necessary, on difficulties encountered

• Ensure the Contractor Personnel complete and record all handovers (daily, weekly and rotation)

Technical Support/Methods

• Ensure theappropriateness of the operating and maintenance procedures employed by the crews and, if necessary, suggests improvements

• Ensure coordination between maintenance Operations and Preparation teams

• Keep an up-to-date list of works that cannot be performed except during inspections of machines or shutdowns

• Keep files of requests for studies of modifications and improvements

• Suggest corrective measures if a Maintenance backlog could become unmanageable

• Maintain a permanent anticipation on the potential problems that could occur in the production plant, with close relationship with other sections, in order to prevent non-productive or non-efficient operations

Team Leading, be responsible for the team on site, specifically:

• Organize the rotation schedules of the team

• Identify the training needs of the team and make training requests as appropriate

• Propose all necessary adjustments related to the Nationalization plan

• Propose appraisal and Competence assessment for the staff

• Set expectations, coach and mentor technicians with regards to acceptable attitudes and behaviours

3. POSITION   : Rigging and Lifting Supervisor

Department/Project : TEP Onshore Project

Education   : Min. Diploma

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

Work location   : Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Understanding of how a project execution and construction plan in framed. Ability to interpret and understand construction plans.

• Ability to execute the construction plan.

• Knowledge of various types of lifting methodologies, including suitability of each methods to specific operational needs.

• Knowledge of risks associated with lifting and associated mitigation techniques.

• Capability to read and interpret lifting technical project documents such as lifting plans and to identify hazard and risks related to lifting operations (mandatory periodical control, lifting plan, etc.).

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Supervise the execution of handling and lifting activities, both performed by subcontractors and in direct hiring, verifying that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and in the planned time frame

• Support the handling and lifting subcontractors or the direct hiring personnel ensuring the feasibility (availability of method drawings, procedures and materials) of the works

• Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected

• Ensure the fulfilment of the project quality and contractual requirements

• Verify and confirm the availability of method drawings, procedures and materials, to plan the efficient execution of the works performed by subcontractors or by assigned direct hiring personnel

• Assist subcontractors or assigned direct hiring personnel for the correct interpretation of the method drawings and procedures, providing support in the solution of technical problems

• Prepare and coordinate the detailed programs for the assigned activities

• Coordinate human and technical resources, indicating any needs or surplus

• Verify that works are correctly carried out in accordance with the project specifications, highlighting any engineering problems encountered in the field

• Measure the progress of the works carried out

• Provide quantitative data for producing weekly progress reports, monitoring the employed manpower

• Ensure the continuous assessment of the quantities installed

• Verify the handling and lifting equipment used for the works are in safe and good operating conditions and report any anomalies to the superintendent

4. POSITION   : Project Engineers

Department/Project : TEP Onshore Project

Education   : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : Minimum 7 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

Work location   : Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Minimum 7 years related experiences or having experience in mechanical engineer

• Fluent English

• Knowledge and experience in commissioning and start-up activities. Experience in Test-run procedures and operations

• Knowledge of construction sequences for relevant disciplines.

• Definition, knowledge ,understanding and application

• of HSE procedures and Project requirements for all project phases.

• Knowledge of the process of preparing, evaluating, negotiating and proposing contractual  documentation concerning partners, suppliers and customers.

• Knowledge of Contract Management Execution (claim and change management with regards to partners, suppliers and customers)

• Knowledge of Project Planning

• Knowledge of contractual regulations, standard terms and conditions

• Knowledge and ability to manage the company vendor qualification process, vendor feedback process and vendor data base

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating specific technical and management topics, i.e. project internal and external interface management, contractual document issue and review, project activity planning, data analysis and report preparation, subcontractor and supplier management, preparing Project Record Books, managing spare parts, collecting certifications, supplier payments, SAP data entry, with specific responsibilities especially during the close-out phase

• During the Feasibility Phase:

• Develop techno-economic models of industrial complexes including Linear Programming (LP) techniques

• Prepare appropriate economic evaluation reports to evaluate technologies to be applied in specific projects or to evaluate the relevant competitive advantage

• During the Bidding Phase, as requested by the Project Manager:

• Analyze tender and contractual documents in order to review scope of work and schedule and to identify project requirements and constraints

• Support in the preparation of the Project Execution Plan and the project Organization Charts

• Prepare bid cost estimate of project management, construction and services, including staff, manpower, construction equipment/consumables and subcontracts

• Assist the commercial team in the selection of the reference sub-contract quotation to be included in the bid cost estimate

• During the Project Execution Phase, as requested by the Project Manager:

• Assist the Project Manager during project activity planning, e.g. in the preparation of the Execution Plans and other project procedures and Plans, in the definition of the resource allocation and of the assets and materials utilization, in the preparation of sub-contracting plans, in the assessment of the man-hours required in order to prepare/update the mobilization plan, in preparing reports relevant to resources mobilization

• Under instructions of project manager, coordinate specific topics, related to but not only, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, project Record Book Spare Parts, etc.

• Coordinate external and internal interfaces

• Assist in managing Client relationships

• Assist in managing Vendors activities

• Assist in coordinating the invoicing and guarantee activities

• Assist in managing change orders and claims

• Support Project Manager to coordinate Risk Analysis

• Support the Project Management in purchase requisitions, technical evaluations, purchase order and work orders and related work progress within own field of competence

• Ensure materials availability on site

• Assist in the implementation of the Management Information System
