PetroChina Intl. Jabung Ltd., an International Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company is currently seeking the following position for an immediate engagement:

Audit Compliance Sr. Superintendent

Job Responsibilities :

1. Leads and monitors the Government Audit Compliance team's activities to ensure that all Government Auditors (BPKP, BPK, SKK Migas) are adequately assisted, provided with credible supporting data, and clarifies findings to minimize audit findings company, and ensuring cost recoverable achievement.

2. Inform related parties within the company, especially the Management of PetroChina, about the current audit events and the findings and provide coordination among associated parties to resolve the findings.

3. Build and maintain a good relationship with Government auditor officers.

4. Assists and advises the Fin. Control & Compliance Manager in his decision-making process.

Requirements :

- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Economics and Finance, Accounting, or relevant

- 8 – 10 years in a similar field and industry.

- Having experience in BPKP

- Having knowledge in Oil & Gas Accounting

- Have knowledge of Procurement (PTK 007)

- Have knowledge of Cost Recovery (PP 79/2010, PP 27/2017)

- Able to establish good cooperation with related functions in SKK Migas, BPK, DGT and Partners

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.   

Senior Legal Attorney Superintendent

Job Responsibilities:

- To handle various legal operational, corporate and litigation related issues;

- To provide advice and consultancy as required by any relevant depts in the Company;

- To represent and defend Company’s legal position inside and outside Court as the case may be;

- To be in-charged for new venture projects of the Company

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law

- 8 – 10 years litigation in law firm or other Oil & Gas Companies

- Must hold valid advocate license for Indonesia courts

- Must be a member of PERADI

- Fast knowledge on Oil & Gas related regulations

- Competency on goods and services policy (PTK) will be a preference

- English proficiency in both writing and speaking

- Must have wide experience in handling litigation

- Fast learner, high confidence, independent and reliable to work both individual or in a team

Head of Security

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Planning and implementing security strategic program including controlling and monitoring security budget.

- Lead and monitor the security activities to protect company assets.

- Ensure compliance with government regulation and company policies.

Requirements:

- Graduate from Academy or University majoring Military, Law, or Education in Government.

- Experience at least 12 years in in similar security operations or management.

- Able to establish good cooperation with related functions in SKK Migas, Army, Navy, or other relevant government agencies.

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
