We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

1. Buyer

Job Responsibilities :

•  Reviewing the process of Supplier Sourcing, Tender, Clarification, Bid Tabulation, Negotiation, and Winner Recommendation to PO Issuance

•  Receiving, Register PR

•  Ensuring that the search process and assessment of the Supplier are going well

•  Learning and clarifying as needed with the User

•  Understand electrical and instrument, subcontract services.

•  Helping determine the evaluation results of Vendor / Subcontractor those that are in accordance with the request

•  Coordinate with the expediter to ensure that items purchased have arrived on request

Requirement :

•  Max 40 years

•  S1 Engineering

•  Have min. 3 years of experience with the same position in EPCI, Fabrication Company

•  Have good negotiation and communication skills

•  Have good knowledge of export and import procedure

•  Have knowledge of vendors and awareness to the market price/trend

•  Have experience as a Subcontractor or Buyer or Purchasing or Procurement.

•  Good command in English both written and spoken (will be preferable)

•  Computer literate

2. Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

•  Conduct mechanical engineering activities for static equipment fabrication requirements such as preparing strength calculation for either pressure vessel or heat exchanger and its accessories, preparing specification and datasheet, reviewing equipment drawing, reviewing PR, preparing material purchase specification, evaluating vendor quotation, assisting workshop production team for technical issues

•  Conduct mechanical engineering activities for EPC project requirements such as preparing specification and datasheet for rotating or static equipment, package and storage tank, preparing calculations, reviewing drawing, preparing RFQ and TBE, evaluating vendor quotation, assisting team on site

•  Support business and development department during bid stage to provide any required mechanical engineering documents for proposal and to conduct site survey

•  Deliver mechanical engineering activities that meet Timas, client, applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.

•  Collaborate with mechanical engineering team or multi discipline team effectively

•  Perform work ethics that satisfy company regulation

Requirements :

•  Min 3 years’ experience in the same position in oil and gas or petrochemical industry

•  Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

•  Conversant with codes and standards such as ASME BPVC especially ASME VIII, TEMA, API 610, API 650, API 661

•  Good proficiency in English

•  Skillful in operating Codeware Compress software, ametank

•  Willing to be assigned on site
