We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position:

1. POSITION: Project HSE Lead Investigator

Department/Project: TEP ONSHORE Project

Education: University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences: More than 10 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status: Temporary / Contract

Work location: Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Incident investigator certification (preferably from BNSP or KEMNAKER or the training provider)

• Conducted minimum 20 incident investigations.

• Ahli K3 Umum or Ahli K3 Konstruksi Utama or Ahli K3 Migas (from BNSP or KEMNAKER)

• Root cause analysis training: tap root, 5 whys, bow tie (optional)

• Good communication and negotiation skill.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Lead and conduct related incident investigation, witness interview, evidence gathering.

• Construct the close out/ final investigation report with robust analysis and corrective action recommendation.

• Build a maintain and comprehensive incident register for the project input to INSIGHT online system.

• Liase with other function in CSTS (Construction, QC, management, etc) clients to build a beneficiary relationships.
