Sr. Petroleum Engineer

Minimum Bachelor degree graduate in Petroleum Engineering from reputable university with at least 15-years of experience in Oil & Gas Industries in related position.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable knowledge and experiences in oil and gas production engineering and operations activities (in both subsurface and surface), drilling operations (in both drilling and well intervention), and reservoir management (including reservoir simulation, surveillance, monitoring, field development reservoir studies, field and well production forecasting, etc.).

• Proven track record of successfully applying continuous improvement to improve business results within production engineering and reservoir management area.

• A resourceful problem solver and critical thinker, with a strong analytical skill and the ability to make sound business & engineering decisions.

• Able to communicate and work effectively with a multi-disciplined technical and operations team while adhering to Company corporate values and culture.

• Proficient computer skills on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), analytics (Nodal Analysis), Petroleum Engineering software’s (WELLFLO, PROSPER, PIPESIM and MBAL), and geological computer applications (Petrel & Basin Modelling)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Bahasa and English) with outstanding presentation skills.
