An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining and has a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our expansion project in Fixed Plant area, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position :

SHIFT COORDINATOR DOWNSTREAM - FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Supervise, control and monitor plant production volume to meet schedules and delivery dates;

• Coordinate with maintenance plans for plant equipment to ensure production requirements are met;

• Prepare work schedules and ensure that the process equipment is run to give the best economic return between equipment longevity and throughput;

• Prepare and maintain production reports;

• Coordinate activities with technical, metallurgical, maintenance, set and maintain high operations standards;

• Ensure implementation of job and safety training programs.

• Assure that applicable environmental regulations and compliance programs are implemented.

• Initiate projects and direct activities leading to continuous improvement of safety and production.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum Senior High School or equivalent with minimum 7 years’ experience in the mining and mineral processing industry are necessary;

• Has minimum 4 years’ experience working in similar role as Shift Coordinator - Downstream or equivalent experience in process plant operations;

• Knowledge of, and experience in, the metallurgical principles and processing strategies related to gold and copper concentrate production;

• Minimum has frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.Certifications;

• Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards;

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

METALLURGIST ADVANCED PROCESS CONTROL – FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

The essential duties, included but not limited to:

• Develop, implement, monitor, evaluate, tuning, and do continuous improvement of advanced process control philosophy that ranging from Primary Crusher, OLC System, Stockpile Management, SAG Mill system, Pebble Crusher, Ball Mill, Flotation, Thickener, and Filtration.

• Collaborating with the instrumentation team in maintaining all infrastructures that support the advanced process control system ranging from various sensors, camera, AMDEL, ANSTAT, PSI, regulatory control, fuzzy logic, PI system, etc.

• Maintaining & Auditing of the process control environment, identifying process control performance stabilisation, optimisation, and constraint opportunities.

• Responsible for plant data analysis and visualization.

Required technical skills, training and experience:

• Physics or Chemical Engineering background that familiar with Process Control.

• At least has 3 years working experience in the same industry in similar role

• Familiar with solid foundation of mineral processing and solid foundation of process control.

• Highly organized and proactive team player with ability to multi-task.

• Strong analytical skills with sound of judgement and decision-making ability.

• Strong work ethic, coupled with a sense of urgency and ability to get things done.

• Superior interpersonal skills and an ability to work with people at all levels.

SENIOR CHEMIST – ISO TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT AND DOCUMENTATION CONTROL – FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

• Responsible to maintain and update related of Chemist’s document control system, preparation documents transmittal for all distribute documents, logging all received documents, reproduce and issue documents, maintain and update hardcopy and softcopy documents in Technical Document Control (TDC) system.

• To supports of technical QA & QC teams, Process Operations departments and projects in the the filing and storing of project related documentation. Documentation may be of a confidential or sensitive nature and needs to be stored in line with company and industry guidelines.

• To manage, compile, store and process information data and wholes documents of Mine Project effectively, so that they can be found and submitted quickly to document users.

• To manage, control whole QA & QC Process Operations’ Project Technical documents in the document storage system in compliance with applicable international standard requirements, by collaborating with internal & external ISO auditors.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineer or Metallurgy engineer with Minimum 2 years Project Management experience in Chemist’s ISO Technical Management and Documentation Control;

• Have experience minimum 4 years in similar position as Senior Chemist - ISO Technical Management and Documentation Control;

• Have knowledge of copper mining technology and mining technical management and Documentation Control;

• Demonstrate Project management skill in related field; Have experience in personnel management, in Technical Management and Documentation Control; Have experience in Laboratory Data Management; Have experience in the implementation of assays methodologies based on ASTM and ISO standards; Have  knowledge and experience in cost management; Have experience and knowledge on researching projects;

• Has Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.Certifications;

SPECIALIST RESOURCE MANAGEMENT – FIXED PLANT

(Mechanical/ Electrical/ Fabrication & Rebuild, Instrumentation, Operations, or

Technical Service)

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• The purpose of this role is to enable the building and sustaining of high and consistent levels of maintenance skills and performance at the front line; Supports front-line maintenance leaders and teams to achieve consistently high levels of maintenance performance through the Program including development of key standards for maintenance, coaching and other support to help bring these standards to reality across multiple operations.

• Leading ongoing development and implementation of the Operations Services Mastery Program, particularly in relation to maintenance.

• The development, improvement and integrity of Maintenance Standards and related resources including upskilling resources and verification tools and practices.

• Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop resources and methods for upskilling front line teams to work consistently to the established Maintenance Standards.

• Carrying out maintenance performance verifications against Maintenance Standards at the frontline including coaching others in assessment and verification processes.

• Providing advice, support and coaching to frontline leaders on the continued application of high quality maintenance management practices and relevant process improvement methods.

• Continuous monitoring of maintenance crews and their frontline leaders’ performance and initiating the necessary input or support to ensure Maintenance Standards are achieved and maintained.

• Encouraging and leading productive collaboration across the Leadership and Training teams through informal processes as well as formal forums and routines.

• Working with the Operations Services Maintenance Leadership Team to build the required capability across the business.

• Ensure the effective delivery of competency-based training in accordance with Company Management System and the requirements of relevant competency standards.

• Coordinate & manage training courses delivered in site.

• Review and approve external training providers and courses ensuring that delivery of training to field personnel is in accordance with company management system requirements.

• Identify training & development needs, by analyzing results, job requirements, operational problems, plans & forecasts and current training programs.

• Develop a schedule for training package and learning resource development within the business unit.

• Oversee the design, development & implementation of competency standards and Training Packages at Business Unit level that reflect Business’ Safety, Quality & Environmental policies, procedures & standards.

• Conduct internal audits and initiate corrective action requests.

• Counsel individual managers and employees by identifying learning requirements, assisting in the design of site training & development programs and coaching to improve performance.

• Ensuring that On The Job Training is consistent with training requirement; Provide advice to workplace managers, Supervisor in all aspects of OJT

• Ensure that relevant personnel record all attained competencies in both hard and soft copy.

What skills and experience do you need?

 Tertiary Degree in Trade and / or engineering qualifications  or professional teaching qualification; Must have certificate IV in workplace assessment & Training.

 Minimum of 5 years in senior leadership role of a significant maintenance/mineral processing industry support business, preferably Western or Multi National Corporation with strong track record. Experience in working on site, and preferably across multiple mine sites and fixed plant, as Specialist Training/ Workplace Trainer & Assessor would be highly regarded;

 A skilled coach, trainer and adviser with the ability to tailor resources to maximize their effectiveness in the workplace. Have knowledge and practical experience in Competency Based Training System principles and concepts implementation;

 A good understanding of, and proven skills in leading or facilitating work process analysis and improvement.

 Considerable experience and skills in the use of technology in managing work processes, data capture and performance reporting.

 Strong communication skills and proven ability to engage and build relationships across multiple layers of the organization from senior management to site leaders and technicians.

 Very good organizational skills with the ability to effectively priorities tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.

MECHANIC – FIXED PLANT

Tugas tanggung jawab:

• Melakukan pemeliharaan preventif rutin per program pemeliharaan pencegahan yang ditetapkan;

• Temukan sumber masalah dengan mengamati perangkat mekanik yang beroperasi, mendengarkan masalah, dan menggunakan alat ukur dan pengujian presisi;

• Diagnosa masalah mekanis dan lakukan perbaikan dan pemeliharaan pada mesin; termasuk, tetapi tidak terbatas pada : batch plant, motor, conveyor, lift, dan drive;

Persyaratan:

• Pendidikan Minimal SMU/SMK Sederajat.

• Pengalaman Min. 5 tahun di posisi yang sama sebagai Mechanic Fixed Plant di perusahaan tambang mineral.

• Pengalaman untuk pemeliharaan mekanis atau konstruksi peralatan besar

• Pengalaman untuk pemeliharaan listrik / instrumentasi atau konstruksi peralatan besar

• Pengalaman untuk pemeliharaan dan perbaikan semua peralatan karena aspek elektrik di unit dan fasilitas ; Pengalaman dengan listrik tegangan tinggi;

• Memiliki pengetahuan tentang pemrograman DCS dasar dan pelatihan logika tangga untuk analisis PLC; mampu membaca dan menafsirkan diagram dan skema listrik;.
