DRILLING SUPERVISOR

Responsibility:

1. Continuous supervision to comply Drilling Operations with Company Rules to ensure safe Well Delivery especially in term of Well Barriers and Well Control

2. No technical problem due to lack of supervision/preparation

3. Deliver good quality Well with good integrity

4. Preparation of Rig Intake if any

5. HPHT Well Preparation and Execution in the future

6. Supervise all new innovation on operations with proper Risk Assessment

7. Ensure to perform simultaneous operations safe and smoothly

8. Ensure proper supervision/manning and risk review prior trial

9. Co-coordinating related to SINOPS/ Site Preparation/ Rig Move

Requirement:

Educational Discipline : S1 Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, and others are accepted based on the experience

Professional experience : min 10 years in oil & gas industry; min. 5 years field experience as Drilling Supervisor (preferably with Mahakam experience)

Technical Competency :

1. Drilling and Completion Operations best practice

2. Well Control & Barrier

3. Well Control Certification valid

4. BHA, Directional Drilling Bit and Drilling Hydraulic

5. Stuck Pipe Prevention

6. Fishing Hole Cleaning

7. Major Risk Awareness

Nontechnical Competency : MS Office, Wellview

COMPLETION SUPERVISOR

Responsibility:

1. To lead and supervise completion operation on board of PHM rig, including but not limited to: Sand control operation (Gravel Pack, SAS, Expendable Screen, etc.); Stimulation (Frac, acid, etc.); Perforation (conventional, complex, etc.); and other completion related activities

2. Basically covers end to end completion activities:

a. Operational input to engineering both on conventional and new technology)

b. Job preparation in Company & Contractor’s Base

c. On site completion of leader

d. On site and off site troubleshooting

e. Writing and filling Company’s report

f. Review and chalange of current completion practices and propose room of improvement

g. Following and ensuring strictly Company HSSE Rules

Requirement:

Educational Discipline : S1 Petroleum, Mechanical or similar Engineering

Professional experience : 8 years experience in Drilling Activities; with min. 5 years as Field Completion Supervisor for service and/or Oil & Gas Company; min. 3 years experience in Offshore Completion Operations; Mahakam experience would be an advantage

Technical Competency :

1. IWCF or IADC

2. Strong knowledge and expertise in Sand Control and Stimulation Operation

3. Well Control knowledge

4. Fishing knowledge

Nontechnical Competency :

1. Leader, bold, explorer, hard worker, sociable

2. Fluent in English (verbal & written)

3. Familiar with Oil & Gas International Standard

Computer literate (MS Office and common operational apps)

WELL TEST SPECIALIST

Responsibility:

1. Work within an integrated team of engineers to ensure delivery of high quality TCP, DST Well Testing, and overall Well Delivery activities, in accordance with Company Safety & Technical Standards & Practices

2. Ensure full integration between Engineering and Operation throughout the Well Completion and TCP, DST Well Testing Program and strive for continuous improvement through Engineering Self Verification, knowledge management and application of technology to achive Well objective

3. Perform Engineering Design for TCP, DST, Well Testing which documented in BOD, risk assessment, Well Program, DWOP, equipment design and material selection, management of safety barriers and derogation of exemption if necessary

4. Provide supervision, mentoring, coaching, and training as required to support the development of building capacity in others

5. Prepare all necessary procurement document but not limited to requirement and evaluation of HSE, technical specification, cost, acceptance, and also ensure the delivery of long head item as per schedule

6. Work with Contractors to ensure completion and DST Well Test activities meet required technical specification, cost and performance metrics are delivered

7. Perform QA/QC, supervision of operation on rig site and create daily report of operation including Incident Report and Lesson Learnt Report

Requirement:

Educational Discipline : S1 Petroleum, Mechanical or other related Engineering degrees

Professional experience : 10 years experience in DST & Well Testing for Offshore Exploration Well

Technical Competency :

1. Proven track record of good understanding and delivery of Well Work, Well Integrity, Well Barriers, Completion and Petroleum Engineering

2. Solid knowledge in turbing design, turbing selection, material selection, packer selection, fluid selection, PCE, BOP, Well Head, tool selection, explosive selection, jack-up rig operation, e-line operation, slick line operation, coil tubing operation

3. Experience in HPHT exploration Well, underbalance annulus DST – Well Test, Well killing, pipe recovery

4. Basic Safety Training and Advance HSSE Training

Nontechnical Competency : Effective teamwork and communication skill

FLUID & CEMENT SUPERVISOR

Responsibility:

1. Control drilling fluids, cementing and solid control operations on the rig in order to ensure that wells fluids and cementing programs are delivered as programmed, safely, environmental friendly and efficiently, in compliance with Company referential, local regulations and good Oil and Gas Industry practices.

2. Organize all preparation activities in workshop and on rig prior to run fluids, cementing and solid control in order to conduct the cementing jobs as programmed and in line with good engineering practices.

3. Promote fluids, cementing and solid control improvement program to optimize fluids and cement operation for efficiency.

4. Provide valid information and report to office in order to guarantee the output produced in good quality and in time.

5. Supervise contractor and advise solutions for fluids and cement's problem

6. Ready to be appointed as Emergency Intervention Team (EIT) member based on Company requirement

Requirement:

Educational Discipline : Degree in Engineering

Professional experience : Must have Oil & Gas Drilling experiences specific in Drilling Fluid or Cementing Operations. Experienced as as Drilling Mud Engineer or Cementer on offshore or Swamp Drilling Rig Experienced with exploration/HPHT wells.

Technical Competency : Drilling Fluid or Oil Well Cementing Operation or Engineering SKKNI Lumpur Pemboran. Well Control Certification

Nontechnical Competency : English MS Office

Civil / Mechanical

1. Pendidikan S1 Sipil /  Mechanical  Eng.

E&I Engineer

QAQC Mechanical Piping Inspector

Minimum D3 Mechanical

Min 10 years experience in Construction Proejct , Oil & Gas preferable.

Min 5 years experience as QAQC Mechanical Piping Inspector in Construction Proejct , Oil & Gas preferable.

WI Level 2 from CSWIP, CWE , ASW or equivalent

NDT Level 2 certified at leats 2 methods ; MT/PT/UT/RT as per SNT-TC-1A or CSWIP or PCN or ASNT or BATAN

API 510 Inspector or MIGAS vessel inspector or equivalent

API 570 Inspector or MIGAS piping inspector or equivalent

NACE CIP Level-2 or SSPC PCI Level-2 or CSWIP/BGAS Level-2 or equivalent

Experience in Structural Integrity Check

Experience in System Handover Mechanism in Brownfiled Project

QAQC EI Inspector

Minimum D3 Electrical / Physic

Min 10 years experience in Construction Proejct , Oil & Gas preferable.

Min 5 years experience as QAQC EI Inspector in Construction Proejct , Oil & Gas preferable.

ATEX / COMPEX Inspector or equivalent

Electrical Equipment Inspector MIGAS

Tubing Inspector Swaglok or Instrument Inspector

Experience inspection in Loop Checking, Wiring continuity, Color coding, Cathodic Protection, ESD, DCS, PLC, SCADA, MV/LV Switchgear/Breaeker, MCC, UPS, Battery, etc

Inspector
