Site HR Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
1. Meeting with Client at Site.
2. Establish good communication with employees.
3. Resolving employee’s problem related work.
4. Ensuring, monitoring employees work optimally based on the code conduct and company policy.
5. Conducting for Local recruitment process.
6. Ensuring good employees database (Employment Contract, attendance, ID card, Tax ID, BPJS ID).
7. Responsible all permits and reports requirement by Local Institution (Disnaker, Pemda, etc.)
8. Assisting with performance review and termination process.
9. Conducting Site Audit by Client and Local Institution.
10. Handle exit management process (demobilization) from Site
11. Administer daily attendance, overtime, incentive, and leave records (including update each personnel working location, supervisor, and foreman assigned)
12. Handle employee discipline issues and staff grievances
13. Liaise with Main Contractor work force management for any human resource issue
14. Make letter required by management (warning, termination, internal memo, etc)
Requirements:
1. Minimum three (3) years’ experience at Site, preferable oil and gas sector.
2. Male
3. Bachelor Degree
4. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
5. Can join IMMEDIATELY
6. Willing to be place in Tangguh LNG, Bintuni with working schedule (2 weeks quarantine, 10 weeks work at Site but can be extended based on Project needs, 2 weeks off)
7. Familiar using Microsoft Office especially Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting, etc)
8. Good knowledge in Labor Law and Industrial Relation issue and Industrial Relationship Regulation that apply in Indonesia
9. Able to attend face to face interview for administration skill test
10. Honest, Strict.
11. Strong knowledge of Indonesia Employee Income Tax (PPH21).
