To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the company is seeking suitable candidates to fill the position of:

1. Supervisor Fixed Plant Maintenance

(Code position: FPS)

This position will be based at the Wetar Copper Mining site and reports directly to Superintendent Maintenance. To supervise and participate in the repair and maintenance of equipment of the 26KT plant area, NP Plant, and other support equipment as well as supervising the Mechanic Plant team to achieve the required Maintenance Department goals. Supervisors will provide technical assistance as needed and ensure appropriate equipment and spare parts are available to complete the required tasks. The role will be responsible to ensure all Safety, Environmental and Maintenance Standards are achieved.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience:

1. Minimum education is bachelor in Technical Engineering

2. At least have minimum 5 years relevant experience

3. Thorough knowledge of maintenance management systems, work order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance, etc

4. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

6. Able to work and develop a team-based work area

7. High level of organizational planning and analytical reasoning skills

8. Strong knowledge of continuous improvement systems

9. Strong interpersonal and technical skills are required; presentation skills preferred

10. Thorough knowledge of world-class maintenance management systems, work order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance, etc

11. Willing to work on shifts and roster applied by the company

12. Willing to be placed at Wetar Site, Pulau Wetar, Maluku Barat Daya

13. Familiar with working at remote area

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that BTR safety regulations are followed

2. Provide troubleshooting and troubleshooting assistance to other team members

3. Assist in the development of weekly work plans and attend planning meetings as needed

4. Assist Planner in providing clear information for the backlog

5. Record all crashes and repairs and enter the required details into Pronto

6. Leading and supervising the mechanical fix plant team to achieve the maximum availability of tools according to production needs

7. Ensure spare parts and equipment are available to perform repairs on industry best practice

8. Attending meetings as needed

9. Provide the required reports

10. Communicating with superiors and coworkers

11. Participate in safety incident/accident reports and investigations if needed

12. Ensure all equipment availability and maintenance is carried out by the crew

13. Close work orders and ensure that accurate work activities are documented

14. Evaluate the performance of team members, identify areas that need improvement and take corrective actions needed to improve performance

15. Develop and review SOP/WI and JSA

16. Responsible for working on short and long term maintenance plans as directed by Superintendent Maintenance

17. Work with internal training to ensure correct skills and numbers of people on site to meet maintenance requirements including identifying areas where additional training would add value

2. Senior Resources Geologist

(Code position: SRG)

Overview:

The role of the Sr. Resources Geologist is to build framework and database system related to standard geological drilling, geological interpretation with drill plan including an assessment of the resource model for the purpose of mining sequences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Resource estimation for operations and exploration drilling projects.

2. Having good understanding in geostatistical knowledge related to mineral deposit (Cu, Au and/Ag).

3. Provide technical study and reserve model for assist develop and training to production team and mine geologist.

4. Provide reconciliation description between Mine to Mill as well as mine to reserve.

5. Prepare or assist in providing of data for the necessary “Statement of reserves” reporting documents and long-term mine plan with some advice from related parties.

6. Identify rock mineralisation controls in order to build a suitable deposit model and assist in the development of new drilling targets.

7. Undertake and manage operational projects within a limited scope and other studies as required.

8. Understand work safety standards and conduct work safety observations in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree of Geological Engineering.

2. Have min. 8 years of work experience on geological modelling.

3. Mastered in QaQc Sampling, geological data validation and verification.

4. Hold a POP certificate.

5. CPI certified in Resources Estimation would be an advantage.

6. Familiar using geological modelling software with MicroMine and/or Surpac.

7. Proficient in english, both oral and written.

8. Willing to be placed in Site Wetar Island, Maluku, with roster scheme 4 weeks on site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accomodated to Point of Hire).

3. Fixed Plant Maintenance Trainer

(Code position: FPMT)

Overview:

This role is responsible to plan, develop and implement training programs of electrical instruments and crusher, coaching and assessing all junior employees in Maintenance Dept. This role will support both mechanical and electrical in all aspects of equipment maintenance and repair activities in accordance with HSE requirements, standards and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Skilled in using, deliver training, conduct assessment and coach for such products:

- Crusher: Striker JM1180 & CQ40E, Metso HP500 Cone Crusher, Sepro RR3048 Heavy Duty Jaw Crusher.

- Electrical Intrument: SCADA.

2. Has at least 5 years relevant experience – mining and industrial fixed plant equipment maintenance.

3. Well speaking and writing skill.

4. Hold TOT certificate.

5. Willing to be placed at Wetar Site, Maluku with roster scheme 4 weeks on site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to Point of Hire).

4. IT App Developer Specialist

(Code position: ITS)

Overview:

The role of this position is to create/develop and managing (include troubleshooting) the applications to support smooth work performance for employees. He/she will be coordinate with IT Team of Jakarta Head Office to sync the applications between JHO and the necessity of Wetar Site.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess min. Vocational School with the major of Computer Network Engineering, Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Information Technology.

2. Has min. 5 years experience as App Developer or relevant field.

3. Familiar to manage database administration.

4. Willing to be placed at Wetar Site, Maluku with roster scheme 4 weeks on site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to Point of Hire)
