An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining, and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our Mining Operational and expansion project, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position :

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR/ QUALITY CONTROL

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Write subcontractors’ and clients’ invoices, and coordinate with relevant departments/personnel to obtain or provide the needed data (g. quantity take-offs) for correct and accurate charge of payment amounts and/or for issuing the invoices.

• Support Project Development team & personnel in quantity surveys (quantity take-offs) for the architectural items of the project (whenever needed).

• Review quantity surveying for subcontractors, and coordinate with relevant personnel for issuing payment invoices, or review, issue, and sign the invoices if auth

• Support Project Development team & personnel in shop drawing for the Civil aspects of the project (whenever needed).

• Meet with project’s subcontractors to handle any problems or conflicts for smooth flow of work operations.

• Write and submit a report, whenever required, to compare between quantity take-offs of subcontractors and clients to identify any conflicts or inconsistencies; and submit Cost Control Project Development department for monitoring and evaluation purposes.

• Liaise with the Planning team on-site to provide needed data to support relevant decisions; and obtain needed data about subcontractors’ deals for writing and issuing clients’ invoices.

• Undertake breakdown of Variation Orders (VOs).

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architectural or Civil/ Structural Engineering with 8 years’ experience in Construction Industry in similar role; On-site experience (Construction) is a must;

• Must have had 5 years’ experience in similar role as Senior Quality Control/ Quantity Surveyor;

o Have substantial experience in the Domestic, light industrial construction industry and in particular facility maintenance; Must have Project infrastructure knowledge on building (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping / Plumbing); Ability to read & analyze Architectural/MEP/Structural drawings is required;

o Familiar with Project management plan & system in Mining Infrastructure activity; have working knowledge in Civil Infrastructure principles, design concepts & operations, and awareness of operation regulatory; familiar with application of ISO 9001; has experience as Internal Auditor; be able to provide reporting;

o Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills;

SUPERVISOR CARPENTER

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• To supervise and direct the activities of company maintenance (Civil and Carpenter) personnel.

• To ensure that adequate resources are available to meet production and maintenance needs.

• Reports all accidents and incidents in the work group to enable management to identify areas for improvement in work practices.

• Communicates work group status to supervisor and interfaces with other departments.

• Supervise employees of the unit/work group to ensure that all jobs are completed to the required standard.

• Plan the daily work schedule and order materials and parts required to enable client needs to be met and resources used efficiently.

• Liaise with and coordinate field and workshop activities with other maintenance supervisor, planners and production personnel to resolve problems and set maintenance priorities.

• Schedules work orders, preventive maintenance, equipment, employee vacations and training.

• Identify training needs and recommend on the job training or basic training programs to improve work group effectiveness and safety.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer or relevant engineering discipline

• Have 7 years of related experience as a supervisor Carpenter in the mining industry, and has an equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary.

• Have a license or certified for working at Heigh, scaffolding and POP

• Proven experience to Supervises and inspects all mining facilities, infrastructure, installations and equipment and Conducts inspection, investigation and assessment of mining facilities, infrastructure, installations and equipment before utilized, after reassembled, and/or repaired

• Have Certified of Competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in communication, Problem detection and resolution skills essential

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

SUPERVISOR FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• To supervise and direct the activities of Company and Sub-contractor electrical systems technical personnel and to ensure that adequate resources are available to meet production and maintenance needs

• To analyze all fire protection equipment are complied with applied standard

• To ensure maintenance procedures are done according to applied standard

• To conduct coordination Fire Protection Maintenance work with related stakeholder

• Communicates work group status to supervisor and interfaces with other departments.

• Supervise employees of the unit/ work group to ensure that all jobs are completed to the required standard.

• Plan the daily work schedule and order materials and parts required to enable client needs to be met and resources used efficiently.

• Maintain a workshop for troubleshooting and testing

• Ensure to install, maintain and monitor security access, tsunami sirens, electrical and electronic devices system are work properly

• Ensure to install, maintain, and monitor fire protection (fire alarm, firefighting, High-Sensitivity smoke detection system, Foam Suppression, and Gas Suppression) system are work properly and tagged on regular basis as required

• Analyze Fire Protection requirement & compliance based on required standards on Building & Workshop Facilities

• Coordinate with safety department & related area user department to comply fire protection with applied standard

• Reviews all maintenance schedules and coordinates activities with other departments in order to ensure optimal equipment and operation availability to meet business need.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline

• Have 7 years of related experience with electronic security systems installation, commissioning, and maintenance, and related experience as a Supervisor Fire Protection System in the mining industry, has an equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary

• Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of positions; poses relevant technical inspector certificate

• Proven experience to Supervises and inspects all mining facilities, infrastructure, installations

• Good knowledge in Fire Protection and Building & Plant Management System and Building & Plant Automation System

• Have a skill in Fire Protection Maintenance, PLC and instrumentation and Electronics

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

SUPERVISOR PAINTER

(National - Site Based)

• To supervise and direct the activities of company maintenance (Painter) personnel.

• To ensure that adequate resources are available to meet production and maintenance needs

• Reports all accidents and incidents in the work group to enable management to identify areas for improvement in work practices.

• Communicates work group status to supervisor and interfaces with other departments.

• Supervise employees of the unit/work group to ensure that all jobs are completed to the required standard.

• Plan the daily work schedule and order materials and parts required to enable client needs to be met and resources used efficiently.

• Possess the ability to visually recognize and identify different colors

• Paint the wall, floor and roof with different water based and solvent based paints in accordance with released data.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, engineering orders, and work instructions.

• Liaise with and coordinate field and workshop activities with other maintenance supervisor, planners and production personnel to resolve problems and set maintenance priorities.

• Schedules work orders, preventive maintenance, equipment, employee vacations and training

• Identify training needs and recommend on the job training or basic training programs to improve work group effectiveness and safety

What skills and experience do you need?

• Tertiary degree qualification in engineering or related of experience working in a Painting facility is preferred

• Have 7 years of related experience as a Supervisor Painting in the mining industry, and has an equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary

• Have a license or certified for working at Heigh, scaffolding and POP

• Possess the ability to visually recognize and identify different colors

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

SUPERVISOR QUALITY CONTROL - PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE WORKS

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• To coordination with related supervisor in regard for quality assurance according to company standards and company requirement;

• Understand & enforces work rules, policies & procedure consistently & fairly

SUPERVISOR ELECTRIC
